Val looked out the window inthe kitchen and then smiled at me and telling me to be very quiet. I did as she instructed and then the front door opened and I knew the voice once it was spoken.

"Mom? Who's car is that ou.." Skylar said stopping in his tracks as he entered the kitchen. I stood to my feet and smiled sweetly at him. He came over to me running and I lifted him into the air holding the little boy close to me. He looked into my eyes with tears and I wiped them away.

"Don't worry Skylar...I'm not leaving again." I said and he hugged me tightly again and I was so happy to see the boy again.

"Why were you gone so long?"

"To tell you the truth Sky...When I finished school, I met this wonderful guy and we started seeing each other." I said but he cut me off.

"Is here with you?"

"No...he did very bad things so I left." I said putting him down on his feet.

"What did he do?"

"He hurt me." I said simply.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm just fine now Sky." I said smiling and ruffling his head of long hair.

"Son where is your father and your uncles?"

"They're outside looking at the car trying to figure out who it belongs too." he said going over to the fridge and grabbing a juice box.

"I'll be right back. I think I want to surprise them." Val nodded at me and I left the kitchen and went out the open front door. I went right behind the guys as they were talking about my car.

"Are you guys going to drool over my car or are you going to ask how I am?" I said smiling and they all turned around.

"Roxy!" I was lifted off the ground by Jimmy in a bone crushing hug. I couldn't help but hug him back. I missed him so much.

"Don't hog her to yourself Jimbo!" He laughed and set me back down on my feet and I hugged all of them.

"Damn Roxy...why did it take you so long to get back? Was school longer than you expected?"

"Uh no...I graduated the school and just stayed over for a vacation of sorts." I said leaning on my car with one hand.

"We all missed you so much."

"I missed all of you just as much and I am glad to be back." I said smiling like a fool.

"God you're looking good." Brian said and I thought my face was going to be as red as an apple but I kept it contained. I really feel something for Brian but he is Matt's best friend and I don't want to ruin that but not only that but my ex-boyfriend will be looking for me and I don't want Brian or anyone else getting hurt by him even though it would take an army to take all 5 of these muscular men down.

"Thanks...I try to keep myself looking good." I said smiling.

"Why are we standing out here for? Come on Roxy!" Jimmy grabbed me up and carried me into the house and into the living room where he sat me down on the couch. It was really good being back but I have a feeling that this happy beginning is going to end with sad ending.

The rest of the night we all got pretty drunk celebrating my return and it felt good to drink with my friends again. I don't why I was suckered into Roe's grasping hands for. This is all the loving people I need...well plus Lee. She'll always be the friend who got me away from that monster and I just hope he just leaves me alone and doesn't try and come after me.
