How To Save A Life.

Jimmy's P.O.V:

I couldn't get the thought of what Ana had just told me out of my head. We went to a very fancy restaurant hoping to make her feel better. I sat there thinking about how to help, but I couldn't think of any ways I could do anything for her. I could provide a home, but it would be illegal since she's only seventeen. Maybe if we can get her to file for emancipation, and she tells children services what happens at home, they will agree to let her free at her age. I doubt Trevor would have a problem with her living with me. Especially since I have a few spare bedrooms. The waitress came over and snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Hello, I'm your waitress Danielle. Are you ready to order your drinks?"

"Ladies first. You can get whatever you want." I said.

"I just want a raspberry ice tea please." She said.

"Alright, and for you sir?"

"Wine please."

"Alright I'll be back with your beverages."

"Thank you." Ana and I said in sync. I guess Ana had noticed that I was deep in thought.

"Everything okay Jimmy?"

"Yeah, I'm just thinking about what to do."

"How about we just let it go for now, and we just enjoy lunch together?"

I smiled and said "Yes darling." She smiled cheekily. It was kind of adorable. Danielle came back with our drinks and asked us if we wanted any appetizers.

"Get whatever you want Ana." I reminded her. She looked at the menu, and she picked out some kind of shrimp. I looked at my menu for what I was going to eat and I decided I just wanted spaghetti. She got chicken alfredo. Danielle took our menus and Ana and I talked a bit.

She brought the appetizer out and Ana offered me some. I shook my head because I wanted her to be full, but she took a piece of shrimp and put it up against my lips. I smiled and opened my mouth. She threw it in my mouth and it tasted pretty good. She kept doing that until there was nothing left. Our food was brought out and we ate. We talked a little more, and had some goofy conversations. I must say, I am starting to really like this girl.

Ana's P.O.V:

Jimmy and I finished eating. He tipped the waitress, and payed the bill. He grabbed my hand firmly in his. I looked up and he smiled at me. I smiled back and we exited the restaurant. We got in his convertible, and sat there.

"Do you wanna get some ice cream?" He asked.

"You've already done a lot for me Jimmy, you don't need to get me ice cream." I giggled.

"Please?" He said with a puppy dog face. It was quite an adorable look for him. I laughed and nodded. He smiled at me. He grabbed my hand and held it while the other hand was on the wheel. I put my head on his shoulder and he kissed the top of my head.

We make it to the ice cream parlor and we both get two scoops of vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone. We had a lot in common. It was kind of creepy, but I liked it.

"So are you enjoying your time with me?"

"Yeah. Thanks. For everything."

"I didn't do much Ana." He chuckled while eating his ice cream. I couldn't finish mine so I asked him to finish it. He nodded and I had a devious plan.

"Here ya go Jimmy." I said holding the cone up to his face. He was about to take it when I shoved the ice cream in his face. At first he looked mad, but he was trying to hold back a grin.

"Two can play at that game!" He shouted. I opened the car door, and ran. The park was close by so that's where I ran to. I was laughing my ass off. I fell to the ground laughing and he found me.

"Gotcha!" He yelled in a funny voice. He ran over to me and started tickling me. I tickled him back and he fell. On top of me. Thank god we were in a private area. He pushed himself up a bit, and looked at me. I giggled.

"You got a little something on your face." I chuckled.

"Yeah, well I told you to tell me before we went out in public!" I laughed even harder. "Can you get it off for me please?" He asked sweetly. I nodded. I had napkins in my hand and I slowly started wiping his face off. But then I stopped. We looked each other in the eyes, and we started leaning closer to each other. Our lips met. He kissed me passionately. I smiled into the kiss. He then pulled away and looked at me.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that.." He said getting up.

"It's okay.."

Jimmy's P.O.V:

She sounded a little disappointed. I felt something when I kissed her. But she isn't at that age yet.. Plus I want to get to know her better.

"You ready to go home?" I asked.

"Yeah." She said coldly.

We went to my car, got in, and I drove her to the hotel room. When she got out she didn't say a word. She just waved a bit, and went inside. What have I done...

I drove back to the hotel me and the boys were staying at and went inside.

"Hey Jimmy! How was your day?" Brian asked.

"Okay I guess."

"What's with the long face bro?"

"I took Ana out today. I found out how fucked up her life is. And I kissed her in the end."

"What do you mean you found out how fucked up her life is? And you kissed her?"

"Her father fuckin beats her and rapes her. It started after Trevor left. I just know that I need to get her out of there. And yes Brian. I kissed her."

"He does what?!"

"Are you fuckin deaf man?"

"No but that's a lot to take in! Does Trevor know this?!"

"No. But he will soon because I'm calling him and talking to him. I want Ana to file for emancipation, and her brother to approve of her living at my house till she can provide for herself."

"Jimmy, you barely know her. Is that even safe?"

"I know what I'm doing Bri."

"Okay man."

I called Trevor and told him everything. He approved of her living with me until she was able to do it on her own. I got the papers she needed to file for emancipation, and I had Brian drop them off. Thank god we are almost done touring. Two more shows and I can take her and place her in my home knowing that she's safe.

Ana's P.O.V:

Brian dropped off emancipation paper work. I didn't understand what was going on until he explained it to me. I filled out the work, and I was to take it in and talk to children services tomorrow. My father was going to hate me for this, but I just can't live like that anymore.

Brian left and I decided that I needed to get some rest. I just wanted to forget that Jimmy and I even kissed. He seemed to have regret it, and that just broke my heart.. I layed down in the bed, covered myself up, and fell into a deep sleep.
