The next morning I woke up and Cassy had her arms and legs wrapped around my waist and her head pressed into the back of my neck. I reached over to grab my phone to see the time it was almost ten. I had to be at the bar by twelve but Cassy had an iron grip on me. I quickly texted Brain asking for him to come into the room.
“What do you need me for? –B”
I rolled my eyes before replying. “I need someone to get Cassy off of me. –K”
“Oh ho wild night I see ;). –B”
“You send one more winky face I’m shoving your phone up your ass now get in here. –K”
My door creaked open to reveal Brian standing there in his boxers. “You couldn’t put pants on?” I whispered.
“No,” he said simply walking over to the bed. “Now what do you need me to do?”
“I really wish you had pants on.” I said pulling back the blanket to reveal Cassy clinging to me. She looked like a little kid in her oversized shirt and sheep pj pants. I looked over at Brain and he examined both mine and Cassy’s bodies. She slept in more clothes than I did I preferred my tank top and panties to a shirt and pants I moved around too much. “Okay, what I want you to do is, as I pull Cassy’s arms and slide out I need you to slid in.” I whispered looking up at him.
He nodded his head in understanding before saying, “I see why you wanted me to wear pants.” I pulled Cassy’s arms and slid out as Brian quickly slid into my place. He let out a gasp. “Her feet are freezing and she has an iron grip Jesus.” He breathed. I laughed lightly before grabbing some clean clothes and showering.
After showering I changed into my short shorts and a grey tank top with my red and grey plaid shirt. When I exited my bathroom Brian was still there with Cassy clinging to his side. “I swear to god she is trying to squeeze me to death.” He whispered.
I laughed lightly. “You’ll get used to it.” I said regretting my words.
“Will I?” he said raising an eyebrow and smiling.
“I’m never going to let you date her.” I said leaving my room. When I walked out all the guys were still asleep. Johnny was curled up into a ball in the chair. Jimmy had one leg hanging off the couch and was drooling, and Zacky had a hand over his face and a leg sticking out from under the blanket.
I turned to the kitchen to get a bowl of cereal, I poured my cereal then I heard shuffling I turned around and Matt was standing in Cassy’s doorway he was shirtless and his pants were unbuttoned. “Morning.” He whispered sitting down on a bar stool.
“Morning.” I whispered back taking a bite of cereal. “How did you sleep?” I asked swallowing my cereal.
“Horrible Brian is a bed hog.” He said smiling.
“Better than Cassy she’s a cuddler.” I said taking another bite.
“That doesn’t sound that bad.”
“It is when she squeezes you to the point you can barley breathe.” I said, “I had to get Brian to come in and help get her off of me.”
“Is that where he is?”
“Mhm,” I said looking at the clock on the stove. “Shit,” I inhaled the rest of my cereal.
“Jeez slow down.” Matt said watching me.
“I’m going to be late for work.” I said with a mouthful of cereal. I finished and put the bowl in the sink I kissed Matt on the cheek before going to the door.
“See ya later.” Matt said watching me leave I waved as the door closed behind me. There wasn’t that much shipment to process so i was done by two and Johnny said the bartender I covered for would take my shift. When I got home everyone was gone except Cassy who was playing the Nintendo 64.
“Are you going to tell me about your date finally?” Cassy asked not looking away from the screen.
“Yes I’m going to tell you about my date.” I said sitting down next to her kicking off my vans. I gave her quick summary of my date and even told her about what happened between me and Zack and of what Matt said.
“Wow,” she said, she had set down the controller when I got to the part of Matt telling me to get to know Zack more before making a choice. “But what happens if you get to know Zack and not like him? Because he is completely into you. Wouldn’t that ruin the band if you don’t have the same feelings as Zacky and go for Matt?

“That’s what I’m afraid of.” I said because it was there is a difference between being physically attracted to someone and emotionally attracted.
“It’ll all play out I’m sure.” She said handing me the second controller. “Now let me kick your ass in Mario.” She said smiling.
“You wish.” I said we played until 4:30 and I decided I had to get ready for my date with Zack.
“What are you going to wear tonight?” Cass asked from my bed. I walked out of my bathroom in a towel with my hair up in a second one.
“I was thinking the purple dress with my silver heels.” I said pulling the dress out of my closet. Cassy made a face. “What?” I asked looking at her.
“Black heels gold jewelry.” She said standing up to leave. “And don’t forget some sexy undies just in case.” She said winking before closing the door behind her. I followed her advice and picked out some black lace panties and the matching bra. I slid the dress up it was strapless and hugged my body. I slid my black strappy heels on and added a silver necklace I brushed out my hair before bending forward and shaking it out. Cassy came in and did a purple smoky eye and put on red lipstick. It was so nice having someone who went to cosmetology school to live with. By the time she was done Zacky was knocking on the door. I opened it and smiled. He was wearing a black shirt with purple and grey pinstripes and a purple bowtie with black suspenders.
“God I better go change or else they’re going to think we’re a freak couple.” I said laughing.
Zacky laughed. “No one is going to notice.” He said winking and taking my hand. He led me out to his car it was a classic 1960 convertible.
“Oh how fancy,” I said walking up to it. Zack opened my door for me and I climbed in. he jogged around and climbed in. “So where are we going?” I asked looking over at him.
“It’s a surprise.” He said winking before starting the car, Avenged men and their surprises. We drove for an hour and I was getting a bit anxious about how long it was taking. Zack must have noticed my anxiety because he put his hand over mine.
“We’re almost there.” He said looking over at me and smiling. The sun was starting to set and the sky was turning orange. We pulled up to a beach and I looked over at him and he smiled again. “We have arrived.” He said getting out and coming around to open my door. He grabbed my hand and led me to the beach, I stopped before reaching the sand and taking off my shoes. We walked for five minutes until I figured out where we were going there was a little picnic set up.
“Oh,” I said seeing the rose petal scattered and the wine bottle and glasses.
“Surprise.” Zack said extending his arms out smiling.
“This is so cute Zacky.” I said kissing his cheek. We sat down and Zack opened the picnic basket and pulled out a PB& J sandwich. “Really?” I asked looking at him laughing.
“Cassy said you didn’t like super romantic things so what better way to ruin the romantic mood better than PB & J sandwiches.” He said smiling. He looks so cute smiling.
“And here I was worrying you would be going over the top.” I said taking the sandwich from his hand.
“Gotta keep your expectations low.” Zack said jokingly taking a bite of his sandwich.
“Well I must say you can make a mean PB&J sandwich.” I said with my mouth full. Zack laughed. We spent the time talking about ourselves. We had finished the four sandwiches he pack and half the bottle of wine he brought. Zack laid back on the blanket putting his hands behind his head looking up at the night sky. “It’s so pretty tonight.” I said looking up I could see so many more stars out here away from the city.
“Come here.” Zack said extending his arm out. I laid down in his arms resting my head on his chest. After a long pause Zack finally said, “So did I beat the other guy on this date?” Zack asked I could tell he was half joking and half serious.
“To be honest you did. But you kind of cheated because you asked my best friend.” I said looking up at him.
He looked down at me and kissed my nose. “I didn’t cheat I used my resources.” He laughed his body shaking me. My phone and Zacky’s phone buzzed at the same time. I looked at mine and it was a text from Jimmy:
“It’s her curfew time to come home xoxo- J”
“Well doesn’t that ruin a night.” Zack said putting his phone down. I giggled sitting up so Zacky could get up. He sat up and looked at me. He cupped my face in his hand and kissed me I immediately kissed him back. The kiss started off soft and sweet but the longer we kissed the more passionate it got. Zacky pulled me up onto him so I straddling his lap. His tongue ran across my bottom lip and I opened my mouth. Heat pulsed through my body as his hands moved from my hair down my body so he was grabbing my ass. When we finally broke apart we were both breathing heavily, I looked into his eye they were dark with want and passion, but I knew I couldn’t give in tonight besides both of our phones were going off from texts from Jimmy. “Well I guess I should get you home before he kills me.” Zack said running his hands up my arms sending shivers down my spine. We walked back to the car and Zack drove me home.
He parked in front of my house I looked over and kissed him one last time. I pulled away, “I would invite you inside but Jimmy is still here and he wouldn’t let you stay.” I said.

“Maybe I’ll just sneak back later.” Zack said winking. I laughed and got out of the car.
