Seize The Day

I woke up the next morning Matt’s arms wrapped around me. I looked up at him he looked so peaceful when he was sleeping. I rolled over and looked at the clock on his side table, it was 11:30. ‘Shit.” I thought I went to get up when Matt’s arms tightened around me, he pulled me toward him. I turned over to look at him but he was still asleep. I gently shook his arm but he still didn’t stir. “Mattie.” I said shaking his arm again he mumbled but his arm only tightened.
The bedroom door opened. “Kaylin?” I looked over and saw Brian staring at me. I looked down at how bad this probably looked. I rushed out of the house to get to Matt’s so I didn’t bother putting clothes on so I was in an oversized tank top and panties, and I made Matt strip down to his boxers because his clothes reeked of alcohol.
“This is not what it looks like.” I said looking at Brain.
He put both his hands up.” Okay whatever you say, but the rest of the guys are on their way over.
“Brian it’s not,” I said annoyed that he wouldn’t believe me. “Can you please just help get Matt off I need to pee.” I said.
Hr shook his head and walked over to us. “Matt wake the fuck up!” he yelled into Matt’s ear. Matt shot up releasing me and looking around with a dazed and confused look on his face.
Matt’s eyes found me. “Kay,” then he looked at Brain. “Bri? What are you doing here?” He asked.
“Studio? Recording? Ring a bell?” Brian said shaking his head. I heard the front door open and close and laughter.
“Shit.” Matt said standing up. Jimmy was the first one to appear in his bedroom door followed my Zacky and Johnny.
“What the hell?” Jimmy said looking between the three of us.
“There you are! Cassy has been freaking out wondering where you were.” Zacky said walking into the room. He suddenly stopped when he saw Matt in his boxers and my bed head. “Wait why are you here?” He asked his eyes narrowing.
“I needed someone to talk to last night.” Matt said looking down sadness filling his face, “I ran into Val.” He said quietly.
I threw up my hands I couldn’t take the look on Matt’s face. “Okay not talking about this today. I can’t take anymore sad faces.” I stood up remembering I was only in a shirt and panties. “Now if you will excuse me I need to go home.” I pushed passed all the guys and out of the house as fast as possible, ignoring the protests.
