Chapter 40
Erin’s P.O.V
Jimmy had been taking care of the twins for a while because Liv had gone to do something and when she returned she and Johnny had stayed upstairs for some quiet time and Kylie had told me not to bother them. I had sat there staring at my laptop screen going over some blue prints and other stuff from missions that others offered. David was in the house and I am sure that he was uncomfortable right now with being around us all.
“Are you just gonna sit there?” I asked David and he just rolled his eyes and then sighed.
“I mean honestly why are you even here? Because of Liv?” I asked him and he seemed really uptight.
“If you must know I don’t like the thought of Liv and Johnny…” He said.
“Well it’s not your call so just fucking drop it David” I said to him and he sat up and turned towards me.
“Hey listen up you little twit you may be good looking but I know that Liv and I are meant for each other okay so just keep your mouth shut!” He said and I knew that he wasn’t gonna back off… but I knew that I also wasn’t gonna let him get in between Johnny and
Liv.
“First off David call me a fucking twit and I swear to you I will shut you up myself… and Liv is just fine with Johnny, she is happy and healthy and welcomed her children into the world with him… you know nothing about her anymore… so you just keep away from her and I will keep my mouth shut” I said to him with venom… I was uncomfortable around him honestly.
“You need to learn your place… hope Matt knows he got a fucking mouthy ass” He said and I snapped and leaned forward.
“Listen you fucking idio-“ I said but was cut off by Kylie giving me the look of death, not only was David a big part of their life… but she was sick.
“Ya know what I am not gonna even go there with you Kylie… just whatever…” I said and walked upstairs to the bedroom where Matt was lying in bed half asleep and he smiled.
“Hey babe” He said and I just growled slamming things around.
“Oh jeeze what happened…” He said sitting up… yeah cause that was gonna fucking help.
“Matthew Charles not fucking now this has nothing to do with us so can you please just let me cool down…” I said and he just sat there wide eyed… he knew that hearing his middle name meant that something was really irritating me. He got up and walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me tightly putting his chin on my shoulder.
“You used my middle name… Anytime Charles comes into play I know you… I can see that you are just pushing everyone out and building up that wall again. You cannot push me out you are stuck with me forever” He said and I just turned around and raised my eyebrow.
“Oh? I am?” I asked him intrigued by how he was talking and he smiled.
“I just don’t want to lose you again…” He said and I just kinda didn’t know how to take what he was talking about.
“You sir are one big mind puzzle right now, tell me more my love” I said rubbing the top of his head through his hair.
“I just… god I don’t know if I wanna say it now or wait… or..” He said and was about to start again but Liv came into the room looking a little frightened.
Ben’s P.O.V
“Chase the time is finally coming… time to teach those two girls their place, just for fun I will take down that bitch Erin who keeps defending them… do we have a plan set yet?” I asked Chase and he just pulled out the blue prints that we were capable of getting our hands on.
“The guys and I were going over possibly ways to get into the house since they put up the security fence and system… it wasn’t looking so good at first… but…” Chase said and I waited.
“Spit it out Chase I really need to get those twins” I said to him and he lied out some of the specs for the system… and passwords and codes… holy shit.
“They may have upped the security but I sent someone to act like one of the security guys and they were there setting it up… we can take the security stuff down, we have to do it soon though because that little bitch Erin is doing the double check tomorrow night and she will do her configurations rendering these codes pointless” Chase said…
“More and more I hate that girl… but we need to stay focused… Liv and Kylie need to be taken out and the babies must be brought back here… they are mine” I said picking through some of the files. Seems that Erin left her own personal mark on stuff when she reconfigured stuff.
“Hey Chase… do you think that you could help me with something?” I asked turning to him.
“What is it?” He asked and I just laughed a little.
“Well I am realizing that taking out Liv and Kylie is the first step… but E would come at us afterwards… what if we did a hack into into the servers that the men use for everything… say someone stole some important files… and we leave a mark that little miss E would leave…. The boys would have to deal with her themselves” I said deviously and Chase just started evilly laughing. I pulled out Liv and Kylies files and grabbed the phone making my last phone call to Liv before I put this in play.
“Hello” Liv said.
“Ah so great to hear your voice Olivia… just so you know I never forgot about the twins… they are my children and I will be coming for them” I said to her and she gasped.
“In your fucking dreams Ben” She said harshly and I laughed.
“Oh those dreams are going to become a fucking reality little girl… see you soon” I said and then hung up.
Matt’s P.O.V
“I just… god I don’t know if I wanna say it now or wait… or..” I said pausing… I wanted to get this out but when I was about to start again Liv nearly ran into the room crying and was completely distraught.
“What happened?” Erin asked running over to her and hugging her.
“Ben just called me said that he is coming for the twins… I am just so afraid of him getting in here” Liv said crying on Erin’s shoulder and I walked over and hugged them both and kissed the top of Liv’s head.
“I won’t let them touch the twins or any of you, I am gonna go talk to the guys” I said walking downstairs calling for all of the guys to meet me out in the back by the pool.
“Alright so Johnny I know Liv got the call from Ben well I am sure that they are about to step their shit up and we must to, I am gonna get Erin to start doing the reconfiguring and stuff tonight rather than later… should take a little time” I said to them.
“Those assholes cannot get in here… we have got everything up to spec” Brian said.
“Yeah but that doesn’t mean that those guys can’t come up with something… they are at are level of experience… I think that we need to be on high alert right now… I don’t need anything fucking happening to Liv or my children” Johnny said and you could hear the dad tone coming through… he was a badass dad.
“Alright Johnny, we are on high alert and I will go and let Erin know to begin” I said to him and hugging him walking back upstairs to the girl that I wished to be with for the rest of my life.
