Kylie's POV*

I was sitting on the chair across from Johnny's bed and blankly stared at Liv. Looking at her limp body stung my heart. Please come back to me Liv. I need you. I already lost Shay. I can't lose you.

"How's she doing Kyles." Jimmy said walking in with several bottles of pills in his hands.

I just shook my head slowly. I felt a huge lump in my throat and I buried my face into my hands.

"I can't lose her Jimmy. She's my life, my other half! She's the sister I never had..." I said trailing off.

Jimmy sat down next to me and held me. "It's gonna be alright. Liv's gonna be just fine, I promise."

He stuck his pinky out and I let out a slight smile. I locked my pinky with his and he laughed.

"See no worries." He smiled.

The door swung open and Erin walked in.

"Any change?" she asked facing Liv.

"No..." I said.

She moved Liv's hair out of her face and walked towards me. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a golden locket that was still shining like the sun.

"Here." she said simply.

I grabbed it and opened it. It was me, Liv, and Shay when we were 5 on the swings. I looked at the photo and smiled like crazy. Erin and Jimmy just looked at me as I got up and walked over to Liv. Putting the locket around her neck, I kissed her on the forehead.

I turned around and walked out the door.


Johnny's POV*

I downed another beer and sat in silence looking at the wall. My head was spinning and eyes felt heavy.

"Hand me a drink." Matt said standing in the doorway of the kitchen.

I got up slowly and walked to the fridge pulling out a 6-pack of beer. I tossed one to him and sat back down with a thud. I pulled out another bottle and drank away finishing it in 5 seconds. I went to grab another but Matt stopped me.

"Dude you gotta slow down." he moved the beers away from me.

"Don't tell me what to do." I leaned over and grabbed another beer and practically sucked it down.

"Don't be an asshole bro. I'm trying to help you." he said.

"Yeah well you're not." I spat at him and went to go grab another bottle but he grabbed my wrist.

"I'm not kidding."

"Don't fucking touch me." I yanked my arm away.

"Cut it the fuck out, Christ." he hissed.

"Make me."

With that, Matt jumped over the table and tackled me to the floor. I punched him in the jaw and he back-handed me. I elbowed him in the face and busted his lip. He kicked me in the throat and I started coughing up blood.

"FUCK YOU MATT!" I screamed and he punched me in the face causing my nose to gush blood.

I kicked him in the chest and he stumbled backwards. He ran at me but I jumped out of the way and jumped on his back. He fell on his face and we were punching each other. I felt somebody grab me and pull me off Matt.

"WHAT THE FUCK GOT INTO YOU TWO?!" Zach screamed forcing me up.

I just pushed him off of me grabbed a bottle of beer and walked upstairs. I turned into my room and looked at Liv. Jimmy was sitting with Erin and they both stared at me. They obviously heard the commotion from downstairs. Either that, or they saw my blood-ridden face. I ignored them and sat down grabbing Liv's hand. I put my head down and was silent. The door swung open and I could tell it was a furious Matt ready to slit my throat.

"We need to talk. Now." he was glaring at me.

"Fuck off man." I never looked up. I stayed holding Liv's hand with my head against the bed.

"I'm not asking." he snarled.

I got up and walked out of my room and into his office.

"What do you want." I asked.

"You're gonna me a reason why I shouldn't fucking kill you right here. Right now." he spat at me.

I sighed. "Look, I'm sorry I went off on you. I'm just edge because of what happened the past few days. I'm worried for Liv. She's been through so much. Now she's laying in my bed in a coma she may not come out of. I want to be able to hold her and kiss her again. I want her to be safe. I love her man."

His face softened and he put his hand on my shoulder. "She's gonna be ok man. Liv is strong. She'll pull through this and you'll be able to hold her and kiss her in no time." He flashed me a smile. "In the mean time, please don't turn into depressed Johnny."

I stood up and he gave me a bro-hug. I thought about what he said. Depressed Johnny was a part of me that nobody should see. He starts fist fights, gets completely hammered, and does stupid shit that gets him arrested. I hope Liv never has to see that side of me.

I was sitting in the hallway when I heard screaming coming from my room.

"Oh god. Make it stop!" Kylie sobbed. I got up and sprinted into the room.

I saw Liv shaking uncontrollably and Kylie was in the corner screaming. Where the fuck was Erin?

"ERIN! JIMMY! SOMEBODY!" I screamed. I had no idea what to do. Watching Liv have a seizure brought me to tears.

The door swung open. "Oh shit! Jimmy go get a heart monitor! Zach get some medication! Brian get Kylie out of here! The rest of you guys need to hold her down." Erin barked.

I was holding Liv's head with tears streaming down my face. Soon, the seizure stopped and she sat there. But she wasn't breathing.

"She's not breathing." I whispered.

"What?"

"SHE'S NOT BREATHING." I screamed. I fell to my knees and dropped my head.

Jimmy burst through the door along with Zachy. He stopped and looked around the room. "Liv..."

I got up and walked out of the room. I felt like I was dead. I walked into Liv's room and looked around. I pressed my back against the wall and sat there.

I just lost the best thing to ever happen to me and there's nothing I could do about it. I saw the door open but I didn't bother looking up.

"Johnny" I looked up and Jimmy was smiling. "She's back."

I jumped up and ran as fast as I could into my room. I was greeting by a smiling Liv.

"Liv? Baby?"

"Hi Johnny." she was smiling.

I walked up to her slowly. "I thought I lost you."

"Well you didn't."

I stared at her not finding the words to say.

"Just kiss me." she said pulling me towards to her lips. She kissed me with passion and love. She pulled back and smiled.

"Don't you ever leave me again." I said with a smile.
