Nothing else matters

Romy’s POV
Today was the party at Matt’s house. I invited Jason to the party. We stayed in contact after our date which was a couple of days ago. He was a nice guy but I hadn’t more feelings towards him than friendship. It would be the first date I would bring to a party with my brother and all his friends and especially with Zacky there. I didn’t know how he would react. But after he told me that the kiss didn’t mean anything and that it was a mistake… He won’t care, or?!
Jason picked me up and again he was a real Gentleman opening the car door and helping me inside. We drove over to Matt’s house and I could see that a few people had arrived already.
“I am happy to meet Val and her fiancée again.” Jason took my hand in his.
“Yes, hm…Jason I need to tell you something just so you won’t be too surprised or anything. My brother is a little hmm.. let’s say overprotective towards me and you know…” I tried to prepare Jason for the coming event.
“Oh, you mean he could have something against… us dating?” he asked.
“Yes, but believe me that wouldn’t be personally that is just his normal behavior… but if you feel awkward or anything we can leave whenever you like?!”
“Don’t worry, Romy. It will be fine. I also have a little sister and I know how he feels. You just have to let go at some point…”
Wow, damn he was such a nice guys… Why could I not fall for him… Damn it!

Zacky’s POV

Romy walked into the living room after Val had opened the front door. But she wasn’t alone a guy was holding her hand. What the fuck? Who is that guy? And why is he holding her hand, damn it?!
Romy was smiling shyly at the other standing around her and Val was hugging the guy.
“Jason, it is so nice to see you again.” Val stepped back and Matt was already by her side.
“Jason?!” Matt asked and his eyebrows rose.
The Jason-guy nodded. “Hey Matt, nice to meet you again. It’s been a while.” Jason shook the outstretched hand from Matt.
“You know that she is my little sister, right? I don’t want to see…” Matt started but Val interrupted him. “Stop that, Matt. I need your help in the kitchen, right fucking now!”
She took him by the arm and he let her shove him towards the kitchen.
Romy looked slightly embarrassed and Jason just smiled at her and put his arm around her. He fucking laid his arm around her shoulder. How dare he touch what is mine?!
Wow, where came that thought from?! I should get another drink. That would be a long night!

Jimmy’s POV

I came from the kitchen and saw that Romy was now sitting on the couch. A guy was sitting next to her, his arm around her shoulders. I knew that this must be the guy she invited the other day. I watched him closely he was a nice looking guy. Nothing like well... us… No tattoos, no piercings, not even colored hair. So damn normal. I couldn’t believe that that would the guy that could make Romy happy. I sat down on Romy’s other side, just checking him out. I leaned over Romy and looked at Jason.
“Jimmy but you can call me The Rev if you prefer.” I didn’t give him the chance to reply and turned my attention to Romy. “Hi Babygirl. You alright?” I kissed the corner of her mouth, grinning at the expression on Jason’s face.
“I’m good Jimmy, thanks. This is Jason.”
Jason was sitting even closer to Romy and trying to get her attention back. I could see that he wasn’t comfortable but he tried to look casual. I would keep an eye on him.
I saw that Brian’s car just appeared in the drive way so I would give Jason a moment to breathe and greet my new favorite friend Ana.
