Trouble In Paradise
Vanessa's POV*
My dad came out of the kitchen as soon as he heard me come in. I was just standing there giving the girl dirty looks. Of course I didn't know her but go figure the girl of my dreams just so happens to be in my house the day after I have them. My dad noticed me staring down the blonde bimbo in my living room and began to speak.
"This is Nancy's daughter, her name is Amanda. Or Mandy." He said putting his hand on her shoulder.
"Why is she here?" I asked in a disgusted tone.
"Well Nancy wanted to bring her with. Nancy!" he called for his girlfriend. She came out of the kitchen with nothing but smiles on her face.
"You must be Vanessa. Your father has told me so much about you." She said offering her hand out to shake. I just stared at it blankly. I wasn't expecting extra people whatsoever.
"You know, I wish I could say the same about you." I said as I walked to the kitchen to put the groceries away. Maybe I should have been nice but why? They were strangers.
"My granddaughter sure is a cutie." My dad said as he followed me into the kitchen. Once we were out of people's hearing capablities he turned to me and said, "Please be nice. She wants to make an impression on you."
I sighed. "Alright Dad. Well let me kick out the gang and then I will make dinner for us." I said trying to give my dad a smile. I walked out into the livingroom where everyone was still crowding Jaymee and made my announcement. "Alright guys, I love you all but you all need to clear out." I laughed.
Everyone groaned as they slowly shuffled their feet to the front door. They were definitiely reluctant to leave but they love the baby so I understand. When they cleared out I closed the door and made my way back to the kitchen pulling Zacky along with me. He seemed confused as to why I pulled him but he went along without complaint. Truth is, I didn't want him near the bimbo. I just couldn't tell him that. Then I would look crazy. Just then, Nancy came in.
"You have a lovely home. And your daughter is gorgeous. Mandy is my only child. She just turned 21. I hope it wasn't a problem that I brought her." She said with a smile.
"Wek thanks. Oh, and don't worry about it. I just wish my dad would have told me, thats all." I said as I continued to make dinner. Maybe she could tell I was irritated cause after I said that, she walked out of the kitchen. What is so damn important he had to bring them along? I cooked everything up and had Zacky set the table. Good thing spaghetti was an easy dish to make. I watched as the blondie kept staring at Zack. This made me uncomfortable. Before I began serving everyone I fed Jaymee that way she could be put down for a nap. Little Ms. blondie decided to take that as a time to talk to Zacky.
"Wow, you have like so many tattoos. They compliment your muscles." I heard her say with a flirty tone.
"Uh, thanks. They belong to Vanessa." He said with a smile as he looked over to me.
"Listen, she's gorgeous but she doesn't seem like your type. Besides that baby doesn't even look like you." She whispered. Well at least she thought she was whispering with her loud mouth. Zacky backed away from her uncomfortably. So I took action.
"What the fuck are you doing? Listen, if you call that whispering you seriously need a reality check. Oh, and by the way get the fuck out of my house. That is his daughter and you are a blonde bimbo bitch." I said very loudly.
"Excuse me?" She asked.
"Vanessa Marie Andrews! Why are you being so rude to your guest?" My dad said in his serious tone. "I wanted her to be here to tell you all that I have asked Nancy to marry me. You guys are going to be sisters."
If it wasn't Jaymee that I was holding, I would've grabbed a plate and threw it at a wall. Are you fucking kidding me? He's been with this chick for 7 months and he thinks he can just marry her without even telling me anything? Not only that but she was so important that he couldn't even ask me how my pregnancy was or be there when I was giving birth. I already had one fucked up parent, I didn't need another one. Am I being selfish? Yes, the fuck I am. I carried Jaymee with me into my room and slammed the door shut laying her down in her baby bouncer in my room. I was pissed. Sister? Yeah, not happening. She just tried to fucking hit on my boyfriend. Zacky entered into our bedroom trying to calm me down.
"Baby, are you okay? You know I wasn't flirting with her." He said to me.
"You do not fucking get it Zack. You are about to go off and do another tour. You get all this attention from all of these girls and what I just sit here and be mommy at home? It isn't fair. I don't regret having Jaymee, I love her with all of my heart but we just had her. You can't wait to go on a stupid tour and be away for months? You are going to end up finding someone else and forget about us!" I finally bursted.
"What are you talking about Nessa? I want to be here. I want to be with you and Jaymee, you think I don't? The only problem is that this is my job. How can I support you if I don't go?" He said.
I broke down crying, "Just leave me alone right now. Tell everyone to leave and leave me alone. I need to think."
He got up slowly and went to give Jaymee a kiss. Right now I needed to cool off. He left the room and I could hear him telling everyone to go. As the door slammed after them, it was quiet.
