Hannah’s P.O.V
While Erin and Brian went home to get fixed up, I had to take Matt to the hospital to find out if he was going to be on crutches in just over a week for our wedding.

“This is a pleasant change,” I chuckled. Matt was laying on the hospital bed with his leg propped up on the pillow. I was sitting in the chair beside him, holding his hand in a vice like grip, too scared to let him go “For once it’s you in the hospital bed and not me,”

“It’s a change,” He agreed “But it isn’t all that pleasant,” He laughed, looking at me with big eyes and a huge dimpled smile “I love you,”

“I love you too,” I told him, leaning up to kiss him softly “Never, ever leave me again,”

“I promise,” He beamed “Thank you,”

“For what?”

“Saving my ass,” He laughed and I had to giggle with him “The things they would have done to your life if you hadn’t gotten us out of there… I can’t even bring myself to think about it,”

“Then don’t,” I told him “That’s all over with now, you’re here, alive and safe, you’re going to see Brian and Erin get married in nine days and then we’re going to be married in…” I trailed off and counted on my fingers “Two weeks today… two weeks to this day is going to be our wedding day,”

“I missed you,” He said quietly “I thought about nothing other than getting you back in time to make you my wife, and I can’t wait until I do so,” I sighed quietly “What?” He asked “What’s the matter?” He asked, lifting my face so that I was looking at him.

“I went back on my meds,” I admitted.

“Your anti-depressants?” He asked, I nodded “Why?” His voice was so soft and filled with concern that I wanted to cry at his gentleness.

“I thought you’d done a runner on me an left me for another woman, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t function without you coming home to me every night, I couldn’t function when I thought you were buried inside some filthy little-“

“Knock, knock!” The doctor chirped as he walked into the room “How are we doing in here?” He asked.

“Been better,” Matt chuckled “So, Doc. Tell me the news, am I going to be able to walk on my own on my wedding day?”

“You get married two weeks from today, right?” We both nodded “You’ll be fine,” We both sighed with relief “But,” We looked back at him “For the next ten days, we’re going to have you wrapped up and on crutches,” I laughed out loud, louder than I meant to.

“Sorry,” I waved my hand at Matt and the doctor who were giving me confused looks “It’s just that our… friends, they’re having this big party and everything to celebrate their marriage and, well,” I turned to Matt “You’re gonna have to go to the thing on crutches,”

“Oh ha, ha,” He fake laughed, narrowing his eyes at me “Laugh away, you’ll just have to dance with Johnny,”

“I think you’ll find Johnny is a very good dancer,”

“Anyway,” The doctor interrupted, clearing his throat “The nurse will be in momentarily to take
you away and fix you up,”

“You tired?” I asked Matt when we finally got back into the house “Hungry?”

“Baby,” He chuckled, grabbing me and wrapping his arms around my waist, pulling me to him
“I’m fine,” He leaned down and kissed me deeply, romantically… like it was the last time he would ever kiss me “Well I’m a little tired, but I’d rather stay awake with you,”

“You,” I poked my long finger into his chest “Get your ass upstairs and into bed, I’ll be right up, okay?”

“Okay,” He sighed deeply, still smiling though “I guess I can manage that,”

“Can you?” I teased, he just flipped me off and carried on towards the stairs.

“Oh, hey!” He called out, turning back around to look at me “You never took off your ring,” He pointed out and I shrugged, looking down at my hand.

“I couldn’t bring myself to,”
Matt smiled brightly and turned back around and made his way up to bed, I didn’t want to watch him struggle his way up the stairs because I knew I would just laugh.
I walked into the kitchen to grab two bottles of water when I noticed the time, given what time it would be back in Scotland, I had about ten minutes.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and called my mum.

“Hello baby girl!” Mum sang when she answered the phone and I broke out into a huge smile. I was so close to seeing everyone again.

“Hey mum,” I smiled “You getting ready to board the plane?” I asked.

“We are,” She told me “We’re all here and we’re all so excited,”

“Put me on speaker,” I hear her fussing about, trying to work it out and then giving up and telling my dad to do it.

“Hey sweetheart,” Dad said, I could hear the smile in his voice too “We’re all here,”

“Hey, Hannah!” Everyone yelled, I had to hold the phone away from my ear, there were so many of them.

There was mum, dad, James, Isa – Sophie too – Lucy, Jodie, Lee and Jasmine, my grandmother, Lucy’s husband and Lee’s partner.

“Hey guys,” I laughed “I can’t wait to see you all,”

I talked to my mum for a few more minutes before they were called to board the plane and she had to go, I wished her a safe flight and hung up the phone.

Once I sent Erin the text, I grabbed the bottles of water and headed up to bed.

I found Matt, laying on the bed, his leg wrapped up and propped up on one of the spare pillows from the closet, wearing only his boxers and scrolling through his phone.

I wanted to ask Matt if he knew where Val and Gena had been taken, but I knew Erin would know by morning and the two of us would head out there early before we went to the airport to pick up my family and friends.

I stripped out of my clothes, bra included and slipped into one of Matt’s t-shirts again before tying my hair up and climbing on top of Matt, straddling him before leaning down and resting my head on his chest.

“I miss you,” I told him quietly.

“I’m right here,” He told me, running his fingers through my hair.

“I know,” I sighed with content “But I still miss you, but…” I started pressing soft kisses to his chest “I know how to change that,”

“Really?” He asked with a smirk “You wanna fool around?”

“No,” I sat up and looked at him “I don’t want to fool around, I want to make love to my fiancé,”

No more words were spoken after that as I kissed my way down his perfectly tattooed torso, pulled off his boxers and took as much of his length into my mouth as I could, sucking him just how he liked until he was close to his climax, but stopping before he could.

I stood from the bed, removing the t-shirt and my panties before I lowered myself onto his length, feeling him fill me all the way up, both of us creating loud moans for the next while as I rode him like there was no tomorrow, eventually, both of us reaching the release we had been aching for.

Matt’s P.O.V
I’d woken up just in time to see Hannah off for the day, she and Erin were paying a visit to Val and Gena before they picked up her family and others. Her mom, dad, grandmother, brother, sister-in-law and niece were staying in our spare rooms and we were putting everyone else up in a hotel.

“Hey man,” Brian called as he walked into the house. I’d sat myself in front of the TV with my notebook and a beer a couple of hours ago and was getting nowhere fast.

“Hey dude,” I smiled up at him as he came into the room and sat beside me.

“What are you doing?” He asked, peering over to my piece of paper that was covered in black scribbles.

“Trying to write my vows, I got my speech down, but I… we made the last minute decision to write our own vows,”

“Aw man, isn’t it just like writing a song?” He asked.

“No” I groaned “I wish it was that easy, but it’s so… it’s so much more personal than a song,”

“Then you just gotta let it all out man,” He told me confidently “You tell that woman everything you’re feeling in here,” He put his hand over my heart “You’re gonna cry dude, so you might as well make it worth the tears,”

“Alright, uh…” I looked ahead of me and pretended that Hannah was standing before me, wearing a gorgeous white dress, looking more gorgeous than ever and then… it just came to me.

Hannah’s P.O.V
Erin and I needed to clean ourselves up after out little visit to the lock-up where we were keeping Val and Gena but we headed right for the airport and hurried through, the plane had landed and they would be getting off. We rushed through the airport as quickly as we could without being arrested and we made it to the gate just as people started getting off the plane.

“Are you excited?” Erin asked me, I couldn’t form words, I could only bounce up and down on the spot and nod.

Then, I saw them… a whole bunch of pale people walking towards me, they noticed me as soon as I noticed them, all of us breaking out into huge smiles before I took off running for them, jumping into the big group of hugs and kisses.

“I missed you guys!” I cried, but I was met by an actual cry, from a baby, before anything else. I turned around and was met by the most gorgeous little girl I had ever seen, resting in my brothers arms “Is this…” I trailed off, looking up at my brother.

“You wanna hold her?” He asked, I could only nod and hold out my arms for her to be placed in them.

As soon as she was in my arms and cradled against my chest, she stopped crying and cuddled closer into me.

“I love this little girl,” I announced to everyone through tears.

The first night with my family moving in proved to be hectic. James couldn’t work out how to build the travel crib, dad wanted to try out the new TV but my mum wanted us all to go out to dinner, I wanted to order in, Isa claimed she wasn’t hungry and then had James go out for something later on and just when all of us collapsed into bed the baby started screaming the house down and nothing and no one could settle her.

“So, are you excited?” I asked Erin as we were setting everything up in the kitchen and the living room for tonight with my mum while everyone was out doing their thing.

“Of course, we’re finally going to make our marriage official to our friends, family and the rest of the world,” She laughed excitedly, placing another bowl of nibbles on the table “But remember, don’t let me get too drunk because I have to be completely alert for tomorrow,”

“Don’t worry, I’ll keep an eye on everything you’re drinking,” I laughed, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder “Come on, mum should be back with the booze any minute,”

I was laying upside down on the big chair, my bottle of water in my hand, reaching out
occasionally for some chips.

“Fiona,” Erin whined to my mum “What advice can you give me for the rest of my married life?”

“Really?” My drunken mother asked and Erin nodded “When I married Hannah’s father… I was young and had no idea what I was doing, I didn’t know how to cook and clean and everything he expected me to do, but eventually he just got used to burned dinners and that I am always right, we had Hannah and… everything was even better after that,”

“I saved your marriage?” I asked sitting back up.

“Pretty much baby girl,”

We spent the rest of the night talking about tomorrow, Erin was so excited and eventually passed out on the sofa from all of the planning and excitement.

“Hannah?” Mum asked, catching my attention again “Are you alright? You didn’t seem to enjoy
tonight like the two of us,”

“I’m fine,” I told her with a smile “I just didn’t want to drink too much tonight, I don’t trust myself to be bright eyed and bushy tailed for tomorrow,” I laughed.

“You’re lying,” She stated “I don’t know what you’re hiding from me, but it’s been a while and you haven’t been yourself since… since you moved out here,”

“I know a lot has changed, mum,” I leaned over and cuddled into her “But so much has happened in my life, it would take me another year or so to tell you everything,”

“Go to bed,” She said softly “You have to help me beautify the young bride in the morning,”
I kissed her on the cheek, said goodnight and went to bed, leaving mum to go to bed when she was ready and Erin sleeping on the sofa until she woke up later on and came to bed.
