Erin’s P.O.V
I was in my home office when Hannah texted me and I replied to her over an hour ago but she hadn’t replied which meant that most likely she was distracted. I did my usual web surfing in between my work schedule and just as I finished replying to some emails I changed into some workout clothes and walked outside taking in the fresh air. I was on my usual walk listening to some Social Distortion when a man hurried past me and knocked me right on my ass.
“Ummm yeah ouch you wanna watch where you are going?” I said loudly and he came back.. piercing green eyes… black hair… leopard print mixed in his arm tattoo… the hand tattoos.
“Oh shit I am sorry no disrespect” He said to me and I nearly fell back on my ass in surprise.
“You.. oh god my bad..” I said getting quiet and he just laughed.
“Wow you are a very..ummm unpredictable girl?” He said as a question/statement. I just laughed really really loudly.
“HA you haven’t seen how unpredictable I can be! I am a very interesting person! But sorry about yelling at you and I am sure you have somewhere to be… being the all-powerful Zacky Vengeance..” I said trying to breathe and he just sighed and smiled.
“Are you sure that you are gonna be okay?” He asked me and I lifted myself and nodded but then I used the thing every girl wished they could…. The fake sprained ankle. I took a breath inward making a hissing noise coming in through my teeth and he leaned down helping me up.
“Ah god… I’ve hurt you haven’t I?” He said worried and I just smiled and fake limped away a little.
“I will be fine” I said and he came and helped me following me back to my place and to my door.
“Nice house” He said and I just smiled unlocking the door.
“Thanks for helping me back to my place, once again sorry for being so mad about that” I said to him and he winked at me and started walking away and just as I was halfway through the door he stopped me.
“OH WAIT! I forgot to ask… what’s your name?” He asked and I just laughed at myself for not already saying it.
“Erin” I said and he smiled widely… it kinda drove me insane.
“Well… Erin… I am sorry that I tripped you and hopefully we will run into each other again soon” He said with a bit of an oddly wide grin but I smiled and waved and walked back inside taking off my arm band and dropping to the couch in the living room… damn… Zacky Vengeance… knows my name..
Zack’s P.O.V
Erin Lee Taylor… you are naughty if you think that you can play that sprained ankle card on me… her lips weren’t red but they were perfect the way they were… naked and she smelled of fresh watermelon chapstick. Just as I suspected she was the most unpredictable girl… which made it easy to get her to a vulnerable point. I called Matt which I knew he was with Hannah.
“Erin suspected nothing” I said to him and he chuckled.
“Great dude… this is perfect… it is the same here” He said and I hopped in my car and watched into the window that was wide open on Erin’s house and she sat on the couch stripping off her jacket.. sweat still on her.
“Next step could come tomorrow” I said to him.
“Tomorrow it is… later dude” He said and hung up and I just sat there enjoying watching her… especially that she left it so easy to hear her with the window wide open. About 5 minutes later she received a phone call… ex boyfriend… very nice.
“I don’t understand why you are having such a hard time with this!” She yelled and I just couldn’t help but smile that she was so over him.
“I expect that to arrive in the next week… you know that is mine!” She said rubbing hip that I knew I left a mark on… good.. it will remind her of me and how I was watching her every sexy move. The way she brushed her long blonde hair into a ponytail every night… only to take it out 20 minutes later for bed… the way she cringed her nose at the smell of freshly mowed grass.. damnit Vengeance… calm down.
“NO NO NO YOU CANNOT COME HERE!” She called out and it rung through the car loudly and I just snapped back to reality. She rubbed her forehead calming herself.
“Be reasonable Kevin… we are over and done and I had to move on and start something new for myself… I just don’t want to talk about this anymore… send me my stuff so I can put this in the past” She said but she didn’t quiet down which confirmed that she had a temper… naughty naughty.. doesn’t watch her tongue.
“FINE BE THAT WAY! You can yell at me all you want it IS NOT going to bring me back!” She yelled and then hung up the phone running to the computer and then I she disappeared while she went upstairs only to go up to her room and I saw her turn her back staring at her door and taking off her sports bra and grabbed a towel and then took her pants and stuff off and wrapped the towel around her waist. She pulled the bobby pins out of her hair and the blonde locks fell all the way to the bottom of her back… my god… I am gonna pull that hair… soon… soon Matt and I would resume this master plan… with her stepping into her bathroom I drove off to meet up with the rest of the band.
