“Brian what the hell are you doing?” Matt mused watching Brian from behind; his feet were facing forward and his knees bent so much that his butt stuck out so far, his shorts looked like they might rip.

“I’m stretching.” Matt chuckled taking a few steps out onto the back porch. He got one look of Brian’s concentration face and couldn’t hold back his laughter.

“The only thing you look like your doing is trying to take a shit.” Matt replied sending a smile Zack’s way when he sat down on their backyard porch; setting the sleeping baby’s carrier next to the chair. Jared was down in the yard playing with the pups. They had both gotten so large they almost outweigh the boy.

“Told you!” Zack remarked sending a smirk his boyfriend’s way. Matt had stayed with them for the past month while his house was being repaired. The cops had found his truck in some parking lot a few towns over with slashed tires. He got them fixed as well as his house, he had to have his Mom watch the baby while he worked every day but she didn’t mind.

Matt missed being with his friends and hanging out each day so he made it a habit to come over at least twice a week. He had seen Jayson two times since being asked out, so they have been on three dates so far. Matt enjoys being around another man, one that is rather attractive, funny, and he can get along well with. Well, besides his friends that is.

“Where have you been these past few days?” Zack asked; Matt had planned on coming over two days back but he had been distracted by a rather naked man in his bed. A blush lit up his cheeks. He and Jayson hadn’t had sex yet but they had done other activities together that made Matt squirm.

“I had some trouble getting out of bed.” Matt flashed him a dimpled smile at the double meaning behind those words.

“Oh that must have sucked.” Zack took a sip of his soda; sliding his notebook away after closing the cover.

“Yeah, it really sucked.” Matt looked down at his hands, fiddling with his finger. He hadn’t told Brian or Zack about Jayson, he figured they would ask too many questions that he himself didn’t know the answers too. His boyfriend use to work for Dirty Visual but his contract time had run out and he didn’t resign, instead found himself working at a local diner. Matt didn’t want Brian or Zack worrying about him being in his first relationship with a man, he could take care of himself and now he had a boyfriend that was more than willing to take care of his needs.

Jayson had taken a liking to Kage. As Val’s trial went through Jayson was the one that Matt talked to even though he lived with his friends. Yeah they thought it was odd that he didn’t really talk too much about what was going on but they figured that he wanted to deal with things on his own. Oh how wrong they were.

Kage started balling a few minutes into their visit. Matt had to pull him out of his seat she he could check his six month old son’s diaper.

“Crap, Zack can you take him for a minute? I have to go get his bag out of the car.” Zack nodded and took the little boy into his arms. He cooed and did his best to keep the boy from crying while his dad was gone.

Brian watched the scene from afar when Matt returned with the diaper bag. Zack had insisted on doing it for him so Matt could have a break. Brian saw how good his boyfriend was with the baby. ‘Zack would make a good dad’ Brian found himself thinking. Zack had been sad when he found out that Val wasn’t carrying his baby, he wanted a child, Brian could tell. Maybe one day they could make that dream happen, adoption is always available.

“So Brian how are your classes going?” Matt asked watching his friend pose in ways he wished he could manage. How can that man stretch so much?

“Becoming a doctor is going to take me forever to do and the classes are hard but I am set on being a pediatrician.” Brian sighed finally taking a seat at the outdoor table. Jared ran buy quickly and went into the house. He returned minutes later with a big red ball. Brian soon realized that it was his hamster ball. Jared set Brock the hamster on the ground and let him roll while he kept the dogs entertained with a Frisbee.

“How did the paper signing go?” Matt asked his friends about the house they are buying together.

“Everything went through. We can move in by Monday.” Brian smiled; that gave them four days to pack up both his house and Zack’s. Nix ran up the steps; right up to Zack and gave Kage a big lick.

“Shoo you big mutt!” Zack chuckled pushing lightly at his giant puppy. One good thing about their new house; it had a big yard for the pups to play in.

“He just wants a little kiss.” Brian joked, the big puppy wagged his tail so hard his butt swayed with it while he walked over to Brian, giving the big man a smooch before running off. “Oh eww! We need to start brushing his teeth.”

“Have fun with that big man. He will either slobber all over you or keep licking you in the process.” Matt laughed when Zack agreed with him.

“He’s just a lover; don’t nock his personality just because he likes kissing.” Brian played along, defending his boyfriend’s dog.

“He can slobber all over you any time he wants but not me.” Zack groaned when Jared led both of the dogs up the stairs towards them.

“Does he know about the move?” Matt played with the baby’s fingers as he fussed around; Zack had handed him back when it was time for him to eat.

“Yeah he’s so excited.” Brian took a sip of his soda watching the boy play around. “Don’t forget that hamster in the yard!” He called to his son before leaning over the table so he could talk quietly to Matt. “He doesn’t know that I signed him up for home school, I want to surprise him with it the day we move in. If he wants to stay in normal school then he has that option too but we are going to have to hire a sitter for home school unless he wants to go hang out at the computer lab until Zack gets off work at three.”

“Will he be alone?” Matt asked looking over at the boy. He was way to young to be sitting alone, even if it was a school; kids need supervision.

“No the school has the Liberian there who will watch him so he’s not alone.” Brian looked noticed that Kage was looking right at him with an intent stare. He raised his brow at the baby that only made the little boy make a cute noise.

“Maybe my mom would be okay babysitting him. She watches Kage for me when I’m working but she has to drive all the way to my house, if you guys want she may be interested. She could watch them at your place since you are closer to her house.” Matt suggested, he wished he could be there to watch the boys but he needs to work every day to support himself and his boy.

“That doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Do you think your mom would mind walking him to school during lunch so he could be with his friends for a bit?” Zack asked when Brian looked over at him with a look of approval.

“Oh yeah; my mom is no old granny I can tell you that. She works out in the gym more hours that I do a week, takes hours on walks and could beat any armature at swimming.” Matt chuckled thinking of how his mother is; then again she is not all that old either. She was only twenty when she had him.

“Would you mind talking to her about it when you see her next?” Brian kicked his feet up on the spare chair. Jared ran up the walkway the two dogs chasing after him; he practically jumped into Zack’s lap to get away from them. He giggled when Zack made a breathless sound, giving the bigger man a hug.

“Hey man will you hold him really fast I need to take a piss?” Matt asked when he turned his head to look at Brian.

“Yeah, go ahead.” Matt stood and let Matt hand him the baby; he looked down at Kage, the baby started to wriggle and fuss. Brian lifted him to his shoulder and patted his back, that didn’t work so Brian pulled him back so he could see his face. He started to make noises at the little boy and gave him a few silly faces that calmed him down. Brian got a chance to look at Kage’s fingers when the little boy wrapped his entire hand around one of Brian’s fingers. “His hands are so tiny. I almost forgot what it was like to hold a baby; it’s been a long time since I got a good look at one.”

Brian looked up to see Jared and Zack both smiling at him. “What was this one like?” Zack asked poking Jared in the sides; tickling the little boy, who in return squirmed and squealed to get away.

“He was bald when he was born; he literally had no hair on the top of his head at all; not even that really thin fuzz. His feet were big for a baby his size and so were his ears but he eventually grew into them. He had the tiniest little fingers I’d ever seen.” Brian remembered while lightly bouncing Kage.

“You should have seen this big sap when he saw him for the first time; he started balling, no joke.” Matt spoke as he walked out of the back door and onto the porch. Brian bashfully kept his attention anywhere than his best friend and boyfriend. When Kage started to get riled up from not getting attention Brian gave the fussing boy his fingers to play with while tickling his stomach. That made Kage let out another loud noise.

Brian looked over to his boyfriend who was happily holding on to his son while the boy talked to Matt. Zack still hadn’t taken his eyes off of Brian.

As the day progressed Matt helped them pack up some of their house, they had some pizza and all kicked back to watch a movie. Matt decided to spend the night in their guest room when he realized how late it was. Jared had to be carried to bed. When Zack and Brian went to their room Brian was surprised when his boyfriend literally jumped on him so they would topple to the bed.

Zack landed straddling Brian’s hips placing heated kisses on his boyfriend’s collarbone. He kissed to Brian’s ear and whispered “I want you.”

“Right now?” Brian pulled back looking up at Zack who nodded. “Baby I need a shower I stink.”

“Then let’s go take a shower.” Zack smirked climbing backwards off of his boyfriend, pulling him up by his hands as he went.

“That sounds pretty good.” Brian smirked at his riled up lover.

They didn’t make it to the shower; the counter was the closest thing they got to it until after they had their fun.
