I stood nervously, looking into his ice blue eyes. Trying not to let my emotions get the best of me. The atmosphere was so tense, everyone's breath held as I struggled to even breathe. Both of our palms sweating and a smile on our lips.

'I do.' I said, confident that this was right.

'You are now husband and wife.' The vicar announced.

The adrenaline that filled my veins was crazy, I could run a marathon I was so pumped full of happiness. Jimmy took my cheek and places his lips onto mine.

'I love you so, so much.' He whispered softly. 'Mrs Sullivan.'

'I love you, Mr Sullivan.' I grinned like a little girl. Gently wiping the gloss from his lips, I had just made the biggest decision of my life.

I woke to the usual feeling of nausea, any minute now. Almost on que the ran to the bathroom and threw my guts up, I'd barely eaten in weeks, yet I'd only really lost weight around my face.

'You are.' I heard the smile in Jimmy's voice. 'We're gonna be parents.'

'But Jimmy, I... I can't do this by myself.'

'Aurora, you are an amazing woman and will be an amazing mother, alone or not. You always have me, you know you do. We're going to have a child, of our own.' He began playing with my hair and caressing my cheek.

'I love you.' I sighed, sinking into his chest.

'I love you, Aurora and our little monster.' His grin somehow grew even wider before he began stroking my lower stomach, I joined.

'You're right, you are pregnant and just approaching 6 months its strange you didn't notice earlier, although I do know it's a difficult time for you and you're barely showing.' The doctor said, squeezing a warm liquid onto my stomach.

'And... There's you're baby. A happy healthy 6 month old, would you like to know the sex?'

'I... Uh...' I looked at Jimmy who had a firm grip on my hand, crying at the sight of our child. 'No, I want it as a surprise.'

She cleared the gel off my stomach and sent me on my way with some vitamin supplements to help with the nausea.

'I can't believe we're having a child.' I chuckled, still in shock. We were laid in bed, my head rested on Jimmy's stomach as we both stroked mine. 'I may not be here physically but I'm still always here for you and our baby.'

'I know, Jimmy, I'm really grateful.'

There was a knock at the door, I ran down to see everyone stood there.

'I'm glad you're all here, I have some really important news.'

They all suddenly rushed in and sat down, eager for me to spill what was on my mind.

'Well I... I'm pregnant.'

I had a huge chorus of 'what?!'

'6 months gone, Jimmy and I are having a child.' I smiled as everyone else in the room looked as if I'd shot their dog and made a stew. '... Guys?'
