"And so once again we meet outside a bathroom," a cold voice said from behind you, a little closer than you would have appreciated.

"That's what happens when you stalk someone, you meet outside the bathroom," you sneered as you turned around to face Zacky.

"You're not lucky enough, nor anywhere near pretty enough for me to stalk you," Zacky snarled at you.

"Why do I doubt that?" you said walking slowly towards Zacky.

"Maybe because your disgusting antics on the dance floor have addled what's left of your brain," Zacky shot back.

You continued to approach him, you really had no idea what the hell you were doing, but Zacky's attack on you and your looks while in the state you were in made something in you snap. You slowly advanced on him, laughing inside when you saw his eyes momentarily go wide as he watched you saunter up to him. As you got close to him you stood up on your toes and leaned in a bit so your breath hit his neck.

"You know I'm good looking enough. And be careful what you say about me on the dance floor, that was us once," you breathed softly before turning and walking away.

You got about three steps from Zacky before you felt him grab a hold of your arm and swing you into into the wall that made the little alcove of a tunnel you stood under while waiting for the bathroom. Your back hit the wall hard and caused the breath to be knocked out of you slightly. Zacky quickly stepped up to you, barely an inch of space between your bodies.

"Remember that do you?" he asked against your ear, breathing slightly heavy and face beside yours and only an inch away.

Zacky slowly trailed a hand down your arm then back up it to your bare shoulder before tracing circles across the bared flesh. Your breathing became quicker as his touches were not helping your current situation any. You might be repulsed by him but the fleeting touches were making it hard to resist him, regardless of who he was and how he made you feel normally. Zacky was still looking at you, as if he had expected an answer from you for his last question. Catching his look you merely nodded your head yes.

"Fancy that," Zacky said, breathing heavy but managing to sneer his words a little any ways.

He closed the space in-between the two of you, pressing his body against yours as he put a hand on your hip lightly. Him breathing against the sensitive skin on your neck caused goose bumps to appear all over your body, including on your hips under his soft touch. He smirked but you didn't see it, your eyes were closed tight, trying not to give into the urge your body was screaming for, you had to keep Jeph in your mind. Zacky swayed your pressed bodies back and forth a bit and that was all it took.

"Zacky," you breathed softly.

At that Zacky took a step back quickly letting go of you, then another as he stared at you in shock, like he had no idea what the hell he had been doing.

"What the fuck?" you yelled as you got yourself back under control.

"Whatever," Zacky said turning and storming into the now free men's bathroom.

You stormed off to the V.I.P. area needing another drink to wash the memory from your brain. You needed alcohol and sex, and mass quantities of both, to make you feel better. Zacky on the other hand had splashed cold water over his face in the men's bathroom and was staring at his reflection, wondering if had in fact stepped off the deep end, drank and slept himself retarded.

Back at the top of the club in the V.I.P. room you joined the rest of the guys, still a little shaken from your encounter with Zacky. When you got to the table you sat down in Jeph's lap, grabbed the nearest shot glass and downed it, regardless of what it was.

"Whoa babe, what's wrong?" Jeph asked as he wrapped his arms around your waist as the other guys waited for your reply.

"Bitchy girl downstairs waiting for the bathroom got to me. I was on the verge of punching their lights out so I'm a little juiced and need to calm down," you replied.

"Ahhh the joys of being female, cat fights," Johnny added.

You simply shot him a look like he had lost his head and turned in Jeph's lap so you were facing him more. You tangled your hands in his hair and engulfed his lips with your own, pushing your tongue into his mouth without so much as a please or thank you. Jeph didn't seem to care as he put one hand on your upper back to pull you closer to him, while the other one traveled to your ass and rested there. You cocked you head to the side to allow him better access to the inside of your mouth as you moved yourself around a bit on his lap, causing him to moan into the kiss.

"That's disgusting, get a room for fucks sake," you heard come from behind you.

Tearing your lips off of Jeph's you turned in his lap and slid down a little so you were sitting directly in his lap. Leaning back a bit against his chest you glared at Zacky who had just joined the table with a brunette bimbo of his very own.

"A little taste of your own medicine go down the wrong way or something Zacky dearest? And I'm guessing that bringing Barbie the blow up sex doll is any better?" you asked shooting daggers at Zacky without paying the girl any mind.

"Hey I'm not Barbie, my hairs brown," the girl whined.

"I highly doubt that's natural," you said without tearing your eyes off of Zacky.

"Fuck off bitch," Zacky snapped at you as he put an arm around his weeping obviously naturally blonde, Barbie blow up sex doll.

"Whatever fuck bag," you snapped back.

"Okay and before this escalates into something none of us want to have happen here lets change the subject. More dancing anyone?" Jeph asked loudly.

"Me, me, me!" Bert said as he joined the table.

"There's a red head I've had my eye on down there currently by herself, so I'm in," Johnny added, standing up.

"Good. Hun why don't you go down with them, drag Syn with you and I'll meet you there in a minute?" Jeph asked.

"Fine," you said, slightly bummed that he wasnt coming with you, but that soon dissipated when you saw a bouncing Bert holding a hand out for you.

Standing up you joined Bert and he dragged you downstairs to the dance floor while being followed by both Johnny and Syn. The sea of people seemed to part when Syn got down there and you remembered why it was nice to travel with the guy, his presence demanded attention especially by those of the female gender.

Finally on the dance floor Johnny went off to find his red head and Syn picked a brunette that had been eyeing him the entire walk down to the floor. You and Bert danced around the center of the dance floor all crazy like, doing the swim, the watoosie, the shopping cart, the sprinkler, and even the hokie pokie. It felt good to let loose and not care what was going on around ones self. -xXx-
***Up In Balcony***

"So why the not so overt deployment of everyone but Jimmy and I?" Matt asked, totally forgetting Zacky was still sitting there since his face was currently engulfed by the brunette's.

"Because I wanted to talk to you guys about Kales. More to the point, Kales and I," Jeph said, looking the two guys in the eyes directly.

At that Zacky removed his face from the girl's and started to pay more attention to what they were talking about, hoping it was something he could use to throw in her face.

"Go powder your nose for a bit," Zacky said to his current girl who simply nodded her head and got up and left.

Zacky leaned back and got into a comfortable position, certain that he was going to hear something good, but didn't want to remind them of his presence just yet.

"Here's the deal. You know Kales and I have been together for over a month now, right?" Jeph asked the two guys.

Jimmy and Matt both nodded their heads yes, wondering where the hell this was going.

"Well we never made it official, like one of us ask the other out type thing," Jeph added.

"Well you'd think it'd be obvious to the both of that you were together," Jimmy replied.

"I know, but I kind of want to make it official, even wanted to bring her to an interview we've got coming up, about the tour. Sort of announce you guys coming on tour with us, and announce my dating Kales," Jeph explained.

"For publicity? That's why you want to date Kales openly, well officially as you put it?" Jimmy asked, getting a little ticked off.

Zacky couldn't help but grin at that, this was going better than he thought it would.

"No, that's not the reason, not the reason at all. It's simply because I love being with Kales, and that's the point. I want to be able to tell everybody, because I'm afraid I've fallen for her," Jeph said, the last part coming out softer than the rest.

"So why this little pow wow?" Matt asked.

"Because I wanted to talk to you guys first, before I asked her. Sort of like getting permission from the father type deal. Shads, you're her brother. And Jimmy, you're her best friend, the only one she's got. So you're her family, the two I've got to go through first before I can get to her," Jeph answered.

Zacky made a scoffing noise, from his still unnoticed seat, at Jeph's comment. He finally realized that he really didn't matter anymore; that it wasn't the four of you; Shads, Jimmy, you and him, taking on the world anymore, with Syn and Johnny as back up dancers. He had slipped from the picture, and he wasn't sure how he felt about that idea exactly.

"Why couldn't the other guys have seen it that way growing up?" Jimmy asked.

"Well because one, we were young and two, we weren't in the mood to allow anyone to touch her then," Matt answered.

"Oh yeah," Jimmy replied as it seemed to dawn on him.

"Here's the deal Jeph, from my stand point. I like you, I like you a lot, which is the only reason I've had no problem you being with my sister so far. But Kales means the world to me, she's what I got for family that still accepts me for me. So if you ever decide that breaking her heart is a good idea, know that you'll have to deal with me. I think you're good for Kales, I honestly do, just don't prove me wrong," Matt said leaning back and taking a sip of his beer.

"Noted. And I don't plan on damaging her any time soon. So no worries there," Jeph added, taking his own sip of beer.

"Now my turn. And I don't say yes so easily. I love Kailey, with all my heart. She means more to me than anything I've got, including this band. And everyone knows that," Jimmy explained.

Matt seemed to take it well, though Zacky on the other hand didn't. His eyes went wide at Jimmy's exclamation, of loving you more than the band itself. That he wasn't expecting.

"I do everything I can to make sure she stays happy, stays the Kailey we all know and love. Her happiness means more to me than anything. So here's the deal. It's true, you'll have to go through Shads first if you hurt Kales, that's his right by being her brother. But next, next you'll have to go through me. And I may not look like much, but hurt Kales and I'll have no problem ripping you to pieces, literally. And on that happy note, have at it. You seem to make her happy, she's not so bent up over Eric anymore," Jimmy said, ending his slightly scary rant at Jeph.

"Thanks, I guess. Has anyone ever told you that you can be extremely scary sometimes?" Jeph asked Jimmy.

"Occasionally," Jimmy replied, smiling over his rum and coke, which in fact was yours that you had left up there.

Zacky, still listening in on the conversation for some reason was slightly upset that his opinion wasn't asked. Hadn't he in fact grown up with you as well? Hadn't he in fact been your best friend your entire life as well as Jimmy? This whole being nothing but chopped liver when it came to you was starting to get on his nerves, so Zacky decided to open his mouth and add his own two cents.

"If you want my opinion the reason she got over Eric so quickly is because she was just stringing him along till a better catch came along to her liking," Zacky added, leaning forward from his spot to grab his extra beer from the table.

"It's a good thing that your opinions when it come to Kales don't equal up to jack shit in my book," Matt said, brushing off Zacky's opinion like it really did mean that much to him.

"Whatever," Zacky said, getting up with his beer in hand and leaving, but not before shooting Jeph a knowing glance.

A little while later Jeph got up from the pleasant conversation he was having with Matt and Jimmy to go find you finally. As he made the bottom step of the stairs he felt someone grab his arm in a strong grip and pull him to the side of the staircase. Jeph was pulled into a shaded part that was just empty space, though he wasn't too scared, since there was security less than ten feet away.

"Here's the deal," a voice said from the dark.

"Zacky?" Jeph asked, confused.

"Yeah, get over it. Here's the deal. Hurt her and I'll kill you," Zacky said menacingly as he stepped out of the shadows.

"Whatever dude, you heard what Shads said, and I agree with him. Your opinion of Kales doesn't really mean jack shit to me. Why do you care anyway? You hate her, you enjoy making her life miserable," Jeph replied, starting to be put a little on edge by Zacky's demeanor.

"I may hate her, and she may hate me, but I still look out for my own. I've known Kales practically my whole life. So hurt her. And I'll kill you. Simple as that," Zacky finished icily before walking away to go find himself another girl to attach himself to.

Jeph on the other hand stayed there for a few moments. He was shocked for one thing, and he couldn't tell if whether or not he was a little frightened of Zacky and his response. He had seemed absolutely serious, and Jeph didn't know if the seriousness was what had frightened him, or the fact that Zacky actually cared for you in some strange, sick way. Confused, Jeph went to go find you on the dance floor.
