He got up off of the bed and walked to the door.
"You coming?" He asked, turning back to look at me.
I sat there for a second and wondered if i really should go with him. My stomach growled and i still felt weak and i was very tired. Maybe something to eat would make me feel a little better.
I slowly made my way off the bed, stumbling as i tried to walk to the door. i almost fell when strong arms wrapped around me and placed me back on the bed.
"How about you stay here and I'll bring you something?"
I looked up at him and nodded.
"I thought you'd be alright by now. Guess i took a little too much." He smiled wickedly.
I sat there frozen, with no idea what to say.
It must have really happened. He really...drank my blood. But how could that be?
He smiled at me before leaving the room. I thought about climbing out the window but i was too weak to even think about getting up off the bed. I laid back on the soft pillows and closed my eyes.
A few minutes later he entered the room with a plate with something on it and a glass of water.
"Here you go." he said, sitting it beside me on the table.
I slowly sat up and he walked over to the couch and sat down.
"Mind if i smoke while you eat?" He asked, holding a cigarette in his hand.
I shook my head as i took a bite of the sandwich he made me. I quickly finished it and took a drink of water. I chugged it down, not realizing how thirsty i really was.
He sat there with his leg crossed over the other watching me the whole time.
I looked up at him.
"Thanks." i mumbled.
He nodded and took a last drag and put it out in the ashtray beside him.
We both sat there in silence. I starred at the wall but i could feel his eyes on me. I felt better after the sandwich so i stood up facing away from him and stretched. I felt like i slept for a week. I walked around the large room with many different paintings all the walls and purposely took in every detail of each of them because i knew he was watching me. I could feel his eyes burning a hole in my back.
I felt arms go around my waist which really startled me and he could tell because his arms got tighter around me.
My heart raced quickened. I had never really been that close to a man before like that. Sure I've hugged a guy and maybe even kissed a few but what he was doing felt different.
"Umm..." I managed to get out.
I could feel his face in my hair as he breathed in deeply. He sighed.
"You smell really nice. What is that? Vanilla?"
Creep much. I smell nice?
I didn't know what to do. I stood there frozen.
He finally let his arms fall and i exhaled a sigh of relief.
"So Cat," he began, sitting on the bed with his hands behind his head and his legs stretched out.
"Tell me about yourself."
He patted the place beside him on the bed and i hesitatingly made my way to that spot. i sat with my knees up to my chest and my eyes looked forward away from him.
"Wh..What do you want to know?" i said quietly.
"How old are you?"
"I'm 22."
We were quiet.
"How old are you?" I asked.
He laughed.
I didn't see what so funny. What are you doing? Don't tell him anything!
I looked at him waiting for his answer and he looked at me.
"I'm 110."
A smile slowly crept in the corners of my mouth and i laughed. He was messing with me. He couldn't be more than 30. If even that.
He laughed along with me.
"No, really. How old are you?" i asked again.
"110."
I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Ok..." i mouthed to myself.
"What you don't believe me?"
I shook my head, looking away from him.
"Whatever." he laughed.
"Well. you've aged well."
"Thank you." he smiled.
We sat there in silence again and i felt him shift. I looked beside me and his brown eyes were very close to mine and his lips were parted. His gaze went from my eyes to my lips, staying there for a moment. My face got hot and he gently smiled. His hand went to my cheek. If my face was hot before, it was on fire now.
"You are so beautiful." he told me, as his lips got closer to mine.
My breath hitched as his lips almost touched mine. I slowly closed my eyes as lips soft lips met mine. He could feel him breath deeply as our lips moved together.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING DUMBASS?! I screamed inside my head.
I pulled away and he opened his eyes.
"I'm sorry.. i shouldn't have. Forgive me, please?"
I looked into his eyes. I nodded and he smiled.
"I won't kiss you again unless you want me to." he sighed as went back to his spot and put his hands behind his head.
Yeah, whatever. I thought.
