Chapter 50: I Give my Heart to you on this Crimson Day
Zack's P.O.V
"I need you to kill me" She whispered softly into my ear... her voice cracking in fear and heartache. I pulled away in shock wondering what could have possibly been going on in her mind. I rubbed my bottom lip... I told her that I trusted her and so I must... I must follow her lead.
"I don't know what you are thinking... but I love you and I trust you" I said and a dagger appeared in her hand. But this dagger seemed different... like there was something more to it.... It was gold and it sparkled even without any light shining on it. She handed it to me folding my fingers over and she pushed her fingers into the back of my hair placing her forehead on mine and then she pushed my lips to hers. She placed her other arm on bicep and she pulled away and smiled at me and raised her eyebrows at me...
"If you give me that look again Erin... I will be forced to make this wait and rip your fucking clothes off" I said and she winked at me and I set the blade down and walked over locking the front and back door. I threw her over my shoulder and grabbed the blade and took her upstairs with me. When we got into my bedroom I proceeded to lock the bedroom door behind me.
"Why do you keep locking all the doors Zack?" She asked stripping out of her wet clothes. I walked over and turned her to me quickly and ripped her bra and underwear off leaving her completely naked in front of me. I brought her closer to me.
"I am going to make this fast... I know that Papa Gates is going to be expecting you..." I said and she kissed my neck and pulled down my pants slowly kissing my stomach and chest on the way back up; she ripped off my shirt fiercely and I picked her up pushing her against the wall immediately thrusting inside of her and she moaned loudly... I missed being inside of her. I groaned loudly fastly moving in and out of her loving each and every move she made with her hips. She made me feel alive. I trusted her now more than ever.
"Oh baby I can't last any longer" She managed to get out and I picked up the pace and reached my climaxing point. I grabbed the back of her hair and she looked into my eyes and moaned almost screaming cuming from the pleasure. I kissed her and spilled my contents into her and felt better than ever. I put her down and she went to the bathroom; I heard her snap her fingers and we were instantly dressed which was rather weird. I turned around and she was wearing this long cream colored maxi dress and I smiled because she looked stunning. I saw her holding the blade in her hands and I knew that the time had finally come. She walked over to me and grabbed my hand and walked me downstairs. She pulled me outside and I saw everyone standing outside with umbrellas because they knew that Erin was here.
"You gonna tell me the plan?" I asked her and she just turned to me and smiled and then shook her head....
Erin's P.O.V
I stood there in front of everyone with the dagger that Zack was going to use to end me... I couldn't give away my plan... It was too crucial that it stays with me... in the grave for now. I came closer to him so that he was the only one who could possibly hear me.
"I love you... you said you trust me... you are gonna do this and then give the blade to Izzy to hold on to. When she takes the blade... she will be really really upset... and then... you are going to bury me." I said and he looked at me terrified while I held his hand tightly...
"I buried you once already... you are making me doing it again?" He asked with tears in his eyes. I knew that this was going to be tough for them to handle but it is what was necessary. I knew what I was doing was right... I wiped Zack’s cheek and walked out into the rain and I saw Arin of course trying to enter my mind. I walked over to him and held his hand for a moment…
“Not this time Arin” I said and blocked him and everyone else out of my mind. I held out my hand to Zack and he walked over to me and grabbed my hand tightly. We stood in the middle of the road and Matt walked over to me and handed me my wedding rings.
“I thought you would want these. Please tell us what’s going on” He said and I turned and faced everyone knowing that it was time to face the music…
“So I wanted to first off apologize for everything that I have put you all through; I know that you are all my true friends and I am so happy to have ended up meeting you all. I have been to hell and heaven and back again plenty of times and have always been able to count on you all to be there when I woke up…. I got married to the greatest man in the world and was married by the two of the funniest and most caring people ever. But sometimes you have to pay back the favor even if it is the craziest plan in the world. I love you all so much.. Izzy come here” I said and she walked over to me and she didn’t smile… she just stood there. I rubbed her hand and then I came closer and I hugged her and moved back again.
“I don’t understand Erin… what’s going on?” She asked.
“Shhh… I promise that after a while this will get easier..” I said softly and she put her umbrella down and hugged me again tightly…
“I don’t want to lose you again” She said and I started crying and backed up to Zack… He seemed hesitant to do this but this was the easiest way. I needed to do this.. I needed them to understand that this was the only way and just then I heard a woman say my name… The woman wasn’t physically there but I could hear the voice clear as day.
“My beautiful daughter…. You are doing the right thing. You must know something before you do this though… You are pregnant… Don’t worry your child will be okay… Recite the vow for protection. I miss and love you forever” My mom said and I literally wanted to fall over crying out of shock and happiness. I looked at Zack who was completely confused. I handed him the dagger and he waited for instructions.
“I promise everything will be okay Zack. I love you so so much; just promise one thing” I said preparing myself for what was going to happen. He kissed me deeply and pulled my ear to his lips.
“Anything for the love of my life” He said and then pulled away.
“Wait for me” I said and he seemed shocked that I would say something like that. He kissed me again and I grabbed his hand and rubbed it.
“Zachary James Baker…. I Give my Heart to you on this Crimson Day” I said and turned around and put the dagger right on the skin by my heart. He grabbed my hips and then shoved the blade in my heart and I instantaneously fell into the darkness….
