Mr and Mrs Sanders
“Ready?” Dad asked as he took my arm and held my hand.
“Yeah,” I breathed “Just… don’t let me fall,”
“Never,”
This was it, it was time, Nikki had walked down the aisle with Zacky since they were maid of honour and best man, Johnny walked down with Lacey, Jimmy walked down with Amy and Brian walked down with the twins in his arms.
Sea of Love started playing and dad and I started walking, my nerves were getting the better of me, I was about to commit myself to Matt for life, my palms were sweating and I felt sick to my stomach, but that all went away when I saw Matt turn around under the gazebo and smile a huge dimpled smile at me. We got to the end of the aisle, I handed my flowers to Nikki and she kissed my cheek.
“Who gives this woman?” The minister asked, I looked up at dad and his eyes had filled with tears.
“I do,” I said as he looked at me and smiled, he placed my hand in Matt’s, kissed my cheek and patted Matt’s back before stepping back and taking his seat beside Maureen. The music changed to A Thousand Years.
“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today, to celebrate in holy matrimony, the joining of these two,” I smiled widely at Matt who was already smiling at me “The couple have decided to write their own vows, Matt,”
“Riley, all those years ago when you were an annoying three year old who I was forced to look after while our mom’s drank coffee, I would have never expected to fall in love with you the second you moved back home, you captured my heart that night, and when I almost lost you before, I knew, that I never wanted to lose you again, you gave me two beautiful sons and someday, maybe, we can add to our family, but you are the one woman for me, the woman I am madly in love with, and I am going to spend the rest of my days…” He was choking up and struggling to get the words out “trying to make you at least half as happy as you make me,” I suddenly let out a sob as I let a few tears go.
“Matt,” I breathed “Moving back home was the best decision I have ever made, because I met you again, I was alright, and then you came along and you made me better, you’re it for me, any doubt you have ever had about my love for you, was wrong, this is it, no going back, you and me for the rest of our lives, and I’ll spend the rest of my life, by your side, holding your hand,” By now we were both sobbing and I could hear Nikki, Lacey and Amy sniffling behind me and I could see Zacky and the rest of the guys crying too “I love you,”
“Can we have the rings?” The minister asked, Nikki handed me mine and Zacky handed Matt his and he placed it at the end of my finger.
“Matthew, do you take Riley Richards, to be your lawfully wedded wife? In sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer, until death do you part?” The minister asked.
“I do,”
“And Riley, do you take Matthew Charles Sanders, to be your lawfully wedded husband? In sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer, until death do you part?”
“I do,” Matt slid the ring onto my finger and I slid the ring onto his.
“I now pronounce you, husband and wife, you may kiss the bride,”
Matt placed one hand on the nape of my neck and another on the small of my back, but before leaning in to kiss me he swooped me around and lowered me down in front of everyone and kissed me deeply, everyone was cheering and clapping. Once we parted, Nikki handed me my flowers and we headed back up the aisle and into the house, we ran up the stairs and into my bedroom.
“Ladies and gentlemen, give it up, for the first time, Mr and Mrs Sanders,” The DJ spoke into the microphone and we walked back into the room where everyone was cheering and clapping once again.
Unchained Melody started playing as we walked onto the dance floor and started our first dance, it was more of a swaying embrace until the climax of the song kicked in and it turned into a proper ballroom dance, I could see people’s camera’s and phones on us videoing the moment.
Nikki’s P.O.V
It was almost magical as my two best friends danced around the floor, the way they fit together so well, the way they moved, how he held her and… looked at her.
After the song ended, they kissed and parted enough for Riley to whisper something to Matt who nodded and she made her way over to me at the side of the floor where I had been watching the two from.
“Come on, you can buy me a drink,” She shouted over the song that was now playing, I laughed and let her drag me to the bar.
“Uh, a JD and coke for the bride and an orange juice for me,” I told the bartender and he nodded before setting about making up the drinks.
“Why aren’t you drinking?” Riley asked, her eyebrows raised.
“I uh… I don’t feel like it,” I shrugged.
“There is only one reason why a girl who loves getting drunk, won’t drink,” I looked down at my feet, but not before seeing her face light up “You’re pregnant!” She yelled.
“Shhh!” I waved at her frantically “Nobody knows, hell, I’m not even sure yet,”
“Hey ladies, what’s going on over here?” Lacey asked as she joined us.
“Nikki’s pregnant!” Riley whispered excitedly.
“I’m not sure if I am, I only took one test,” I shrugged.
“I’ll go to the store and get you another one,”
“No, Lacey, don’t!” I begged.
“Come on, please, for me? It can be your wedding present to me,” Riley begged back, grabbing my shoulders and shaking me.
“Fine, go!” I laughed at Lacey who grabbed her purse and ran out of the building.
Riley’s P.O.V
Lacey came back minutes later with a small brown bag in her hands, she grabbed Nikki and I and ran to the toilets where we pushed her into a cubicle to take the test.
“Come on Nikki!” I yelled, banging on the door.
“Done, we just have to wait on it seasoning,” She said as she walked out of the cubicle.
Nikki’s P.O.V
“I can’t look, Riles, you do it,” I said, pacing the room with my hands pressed to the side of my head.
Riley walked over and picked up the stick and looked at it.
“You’re not pregnant,” She said simply.
My heart dropped, and I sighed quickly trying to fight the tears that were building up in my eyes.
“Well, thank God for that, huh?” I chuckled “Zacky and I are in no place to have a kid anyway,” I ran my hands down my face “Y’know what, I’m glad I’m not pregnant, maybe, I do kinda want kids,”
“Well that’s good then, because you are pregnant,” Riley said.
“WHAT?!” I screeched.
“You are pregnant Nikki, and now you know what you really want,”
“I’m having a baby?” I said, letting tears of happiness flow down my face “I’M HAVING A BABY!” I sobbed happily, Riley and Lacey pulled me into a three way hug.
“I’m going to be an aunt!” Riley cried with a laugh.
Riley’s P.O.V
It’s funny the way things worked out, huh? One day, you’re about to be slaughtered in your friends basement, the next, you’re pregnant by your ex-boyfriend and living with your best friend, your mom get’s re-married, you have twin boys and then when it’s your wedding… your best friend finds out that she’s pregnant.
Well, my life has already been one hell of a ride, I wonder what the future will bring.

THE END!This story has finally finished, idk what i wanna do now, I have my new Jimmy story but I kinda wanna write ANOTHER one of these and make a trilogy, i'm still debating with myself though.
