Fire, fire everywhere. What’s going on? Where’s my boys? Where’s the men of Sevenfold? A flaming beam crashed down in front of me. Thoughts can wait, I need to get out of here. “Raven!!” I heard someone call out. “Jimmy?” I called back recognizing the voice. “Where are you?” He yelled. “Over here!” I answered runnng towards his voice. I saw him in another room but there was a big wall of flames separating us. “Jimmy I have to walk through the flames.” “No you’ll catch fire.” “Jimmy, trust me. After I walk through grab that thick blanket and smother the flames, ok.” Rave, I can’t let you do it, there has to be another way!” “James we’re wasting time, you just have to trust me.” I saw his chest rise and fall as if he were sighing then nod to me.

I bounced on my heels a few times before running into the flames. It was excruciating even with my high pain tolerance. I let out a scream and Jimmy tackled me to the floor with the blanket. The flames didn’t go out and that’s when I realized this isn’t any ordinary fire, it’s charmed. It won’t go out until there’s nothing left. “Jimmy get out, the fires charmed!” I yelled to him. “I can’t leave you!” I couldn’t say anything more as the agonizing flames made me scream in extreme pain. I saw a tear slip down Jimmy’s face before he dashed out of the building. I squirmed on the floor screaming in agony……

“Raven wake up!” I heard pulling me from my nightmare. I opened my eyes to see Brian hovering over me with a scared expression on his face. I wrapped my arms around his abdomen and cried into his bare chest. “Baby doll what happened, you were screaming.” He said into my hair. “Bad dream.” I half lied, I probably had a premonition dream. “It’s ok, you’re safe now.” He said hugging me tighter and rubbing my back. I looked over at the clock on the nightstand and saw that it was 3 in the morning. “Sorry I woke you up.” I said looking into his eyes. “It’s fine dear, let’s just go back to sleep.” He said and kissed my forehead. I cuddled up against his side and laid my head on his chest. I soon fell asleep to the rhythmic sound of Brian's heart beat while he ran his fingers through my hair.

Soon I was awaken by light shining in my eyes. I softly groaned and cuddled more into Brian’s chest, blocking out the sun. He wrapped his arms tighter around me and sighed contently. I lifted my head up to see him staring back at me. I giggled and he leaned down and capture my lips with his. “Good morning to you too.” I said. He smiled and pecked my lips again. “You’re so beautiful.” He said and nuzzled into my hair. “Awww stahp that!” I said and playfully hit him. “I’m speaking the truth.” He said. “No, you’re bs’ing me, I haven’t had an official shower in about a week.” “I don’t care, you’re still the most beautiful girl I’ve ever met.” I blushed and covered my face with the blanket. “No don’t hide yourself, I want to see that beautiful face.” He said and tried to pull the blanket away from me. “No!” I squealed and hid my head under a pillow. He pulled the pillow from my head then straddled my waist and pinned my arms down. “I win.” He whispered into my ear sending chills down my spine. “What do I get for winning.” He said once he pulled away. “I dunno, what do you want?” “You.” He said then crashed his lips down on mine leaving me breathless. His tongue swiped along my bottom lip begging for entrance. I opened my mouth up more letting his tongue explore. He soon started kissing down my jaw and to my weak spot on my neck. I moaned and grinded my hips against him when he bit down on it. He groaned and started teasing my entrance with his hardened member. “How bad do you want it?” He gruffly spoke into my ear. “God Brian, fuck me as hard and fast as you can.” I breathlessly groaned out. Just as he was about to enter inside of me Uoh walked through the door.

“My eyes!!!!” He hissed and fell to the floor covering his eyes. I pushed Brian off of me and pulled the sheets up around me. “Uoh what the fuck!” I screamed. “Renu wanted me to tell you that we got the house ready for supernatural beings.” “Good now go away! You ruined the mood!” I said and threw a pillow at him. He ran out the door and closed it behind him. “Fuckin Uoh.” Brian remarked. “Can we salvage it?” Brian asked hopefully. “Maybe later, I need to get back home to get some clean clothes and a shower.” I answered. “Awwww.” He whined. “At least let me drive you home. You don’t know where you are or how to get home.” “Okay.” I said then started finding my clothes again. “I’m stealing your shirt again.” I said putting it on. “What ever babe.” He said pulling out a new shirt for himself out of his dresser.

Brian and I walked downstairs holding each others hands. “Renu, Brian is going to drive me home so I can get a shower and a change of clothes.” I said once we reached the living room. “Ok, Hazima go with her. Keep her safe.” Hazima nodded and stood up from his seat and the three of us walked out of the house and to Brian’s black 2013 camaro with purple racing stripes. “Nice ride.” I said lightly running my fingers over the paint. “Hazima you’re in the back.” “What, who said I am?” “I said so.” I said adding some fake venom to my voice. He quickly jumped into the back and buckled up. I laughed and got in and buckled my seat belt. Brian started up the sexy car and pulled out of the driveway.

“Oh god this car is so sexy.” I said and turned down the radio. We were half way to my house but we had to use back roads. “Yeah it’s my black beauty.” “So can I say your favorite color is purple?” I chuckled while looking at the purple details in his upholstery. “Yeah, what’s yours?” “Black, red, neon green, purple and blue.” “Cool.” He responded. “So did you do anything before you got into all of this.” “Uhhh, I studied gypsy jazz and jazz in college. Shit happened and now I’m where I am today. Where you always the crystal?” Brian asked me. “No. A new crystal arises when one dies. Certain people are born with it but it stays dormant. If they don’t become a crystal before their thirty then it disappears. Anybody could be the next crystal. You, Matt, Jimmy a hobo on the street. No one knows until the next one arises from one’s death.” I answered. “When did you find out you were the crystal?” “When I was 19, let’s just say I’ve been 19 for a while.” “How long?” “Umm 6 years.” “Wow, so umm what was your bad dream last night about?” “Yeah Rave, Renu said you were using your premonition scream.” Hazima asked. “Premonition scream?” Brian questioned. “Renu knows the difference between when I scream when I’m in trouble and when it’s from a bad dream or a premonition.” “So what happened?” Hazima asked. “I was in a building that was on fire and I heard Jimmy calling my name. I found him but there was a big wall of flames separating us. The only way to him was through the flames so I told him that I’d run through it but he would need to smother the flames with the blanket next to him after I went through. Well I ran through and he tackled me with the blanket but that’s when I realized the flames were charmed. I told him to get out while he could. He sorrowfully ran out and I burned alive.” “Damn and do you think that was a premonition.” Hazima asked. “Maybe but then I could be wrong.” “That sounds scary as shit.” Brian stated while pulling into my apartment complex. He cut the engine and I got out. The three of us walked to our apartment and I got the spare key under the rug and unlocked the door.

“If you’re hungry you can find something to eat in the fridge. Mi casa e su casa, how ever you say that shit.” I said and went into the room I share with all my boys. I grabbed some clean undies and a pair of black booty shorts and a five finger death punch over the shoulder mid drift. I took the clothes with me to the bathroom and set them down on the counter. I turned on the shower and while I waited for the water to warm up I looked at myself in the mirror. I wasn’t that bad. If Brian didn’t let me have small baths I know I’d look worse. I looked away and checked the water temperature before I stepped in. I let out a groan as the water washed over my skin. “Raven, you ok in there?” I heard Brian ask. “Yeah, I just want to fuck the hot water right now.” “Hey, save that for me!” He shouted. “No promises!” I shouted back.

I washed my hair and body and shaved my legs. Then I finally turned the water off and towel dried my skin. I put the clothes I had set aside and brushed through my hair. I applied a little make up then stepped out of the bathroom and into my bedroom. I grabbed my black and green monster snap back and placed it on my head. I then put on my my multicolored DC high tops. I grabbed one of my backpacks and stuffed it with some shirts, shorts and undies. I went into the bathroom and shoved some things I would need such as make up, tooth brush, etc. I walked into the living and stood in the entryway.

“Done.” I said folding my arms over my chest. “Damn, took you forever! What were you doing in there?” Hazima groaned. “Practicing for when I burn in hell.” I said while walking into the kitchen. I opened the refrigerator and grabbed one of Hazima’s premade ham sandwiches. I took it out of the baggie and threw it into the garbage. I plopped down onto the couch next to Brian. “You look sexy.” Brian said while throwing an arm around me. “Why thank you handsome.” I said and kissed his cheek. “So do I get my shirt back?” He asked. “Nope” I said popping the p then biting into my sandwich. “Expected that.” He said I giggled then finished my sandwich.

“Ready to go?” I asked towards both Brian and Hazima. “Yup.” Brian said. “Well then lets go!!!” I yelled and ran out of the living room. Brian and Hazima slowly stood up and walked over to me. “God you guys are so slow!!!!!” I whined loudly. Brian laced our fingers together and kissed my cheek. I took in his scent and he smelled delicious. Oh shit I haven’t had any blood in over two weeks and I’m craving. “Rave when was the last time you had blood?” Hazima asked catching on. “The last time we went hunting.” I answered. “We have to go hunting tonight.” He demanded. “Hunting?” Brian asked. “Yeah, both my werewolf and vampire side are craving…..” I said then got closer to his ear. “so be careful or I’ll rip you to shreds.” I finished then bit his ear. He let out as soft groan and gripped onto my arm. “Oh god don’t do that around me.” Hazima said and walked out the door. Brian and I both laughed at him and walked out the door hand in hand. I locked the door and put the key under the mat. I had to bite my lip to keep myself from eating Brian up on the spot. He opened the passenger side door for me and Hazima was already in the back. I got in and buckled up while Brian got in and started the car.

We started the long drive back through the back ways and the dirt roads. I payed attention to the road to memorise the way back from my apartment and also not to sink my teeth into Brian’s flesh. We soon arrived back at Sevenfold’s place and I immediately got out of the car as soon as it stopped. I fast walked inside and into the living room. “God fucking damn it!!!!” I yelled, I could smell the all of Sevenfold and hear their heartbeats. Both my werewolf and vampire side are taking over. “Raven, what’s wrong, I heard you yell.” He said running into the room. “Woah Raven, your eyes are red.” “Renu, I can smell all of them it’s making me so hungry. We have to go hunting tonight.” “Ok Rave, we can but you need to get a grip before you rip someone apart.” Jimmy then bounded down the stairs and skidded to a halt next to Renu. “What’s up with Raven.” He asked Renu. Jimmy’s scent was so strong and enticing. Just one taste? Renu quickly hit a pressure point on my neck making me fall to my knees. He increased the amount of pressure on it making darkness surround me.


~Brian’s P.O.V~
I walked into the house with Hazima as I saw Jimmy standing next to Renu while he was holding pressure onto Ravens neck making her pass out. “What the fuck!” I yelled and ran to Raven. “I had to do something or she would of ripped James to pieces.” I picked her up off the floor and held her in my arms. “At least she can’t hurt anyone.” I said. “I recommend putting her in the basement for now. I know she won’t like it but when she wakes up we don’t need anybody getting killed.” Renu said and put a hand on my shoulder. “She’ll be pissed but everybody will be safe.” I nodded and walked down the stairs to the basement.

I looked around at what Raven’s protectors did down here. They cleaned up the dried blood around the floor and walls. They replaced all the rope and chains and handcuffs with chains and handcuffs that were titanium. There was a large titanium cage in the corner and the walls were all stain and sound proof titanium. I set her down in the middle of the floor but she had a death grip on my t-shirt. I pried her hand off of the fabric and placed a kiss on her forehead. I sulked out of the room and locked the door with the key that was placed on the top of the door frame. I put the key back and walked back up the stairs.

I walked into the living room to see everybody gathered together. I sat down on the couch next to Zack and ran a hand through my hair. “So we made some alterations to the house.” Renu said. “We uped the security and add more cameras. The camera feed is connected to every monitor in this house. For tvs just go to input three and for computers and laptops its control s.” Renu changed the tv to the security feed. “There is cameras in every room, a few covering the front, sides and back of the house. Also we added some around the woodland areas behind the house. We also stashed weapons around the house. All of you have a samurai sword taped to the underside of your beds and a dagger in your nightstand drawers. Us super beings don’t believe in firearms so we fight with swords and knives. We also placed hidden panels in places where weapons are hidden.” He tooks some books off of a self and slid the wood panel back revealing a few swords, daggers and a throwing knives. “We will train all of you how to use these. We have had a few attacks before and we want you guys to be prepared. We will also train you in our ways of stealth. Like Raven said we will set you up with the target and we’ll help you catch them, then you do whatever you please to them. There is also some booby traps set up around the house so be careful. They will definitely be active during the night so if you sleep walk I recommend you lock your door and do whatever it takes to stay inside your room. During the day if no one is in the area the traps will be active.The cameras have facial recognition so when you enter the room it will recognize your face and shut the trap off.” Renu finished up and took us around a tour of the house and showed where all the weapons were hidden. He also showed us that all the doors were replaced with titanium doors and he gave us all a key to every one. We finished at the basement.

“This is where you guys will do most of your job. Sadly we’ll have to show you the inside later since Raven is in there.” Renu said looking at the door. “Why is Raven in there?” Johnny asked. “She craving blood and flesh. If she wasn’t in there you guys would already be digested. We have to wait for nightfall before she can go hunting. Well, here are the keys to this door, there is one for each of you and there is a spare up here.” He said grabbing the key on top of the door frame and handing it to Matt. “You may want to hide this somewhere else.” He said then passed out our keys. “The door is 2 foot thick titanium so the strongest of the strong won’t be able to get through this door. Well this tour is over, nightfall should be upon us in about 3 more hours so lets hope that Raven stays knocked out till then. You guys can come hunting with us if you want. We personally don’t hunt but we stick with Raven to make sure she’s safe.” We agreed to join them hunting and devised a way that we can stick with her and not get eaten.

Renu would unlock the door and open it just a crack then he will make a mad dash outside where we’ll be waiting. Then we’ll as a group hid on the left side of the house. Renu said that Raven’s first instinct is to find food and quick as possible so she would most likely run out of the back door and into the woods. They’re going to mask our scents with their own because Raven know not to eat them. From there we’ll watch her from a distance and we can make contact after she makes a kill. Simple plan and don’t think anything can go wrong. And Renu said that she has enough self control where she’ll only eat animals and not humans. I’m kinda excited, I think this is going to be epic.
