Brian’s P.O.V
I smiled as she nodded. “Sweet..,” I paused and glanced at what she was wearing. “Um you might want to change,” I said looking at her shorts and tank top. Don’t get me wrong, she looked really good in them. I just want to be one of the only people that get to see her in them. She nodded and glanced at my chest before leaning up and whispering in my ear.
“You need a shirt,” She smiled before shoving me out the door of her room and closing it in my face. She walked out a moment later in skinny jeans, a shirt over a red tank top, and a pair of gym shoes. She also had a messenger bag with her. She threw me a t-shirt. “It’s one of Tyler’s…,” She stated as I pulled on the shirt. I looked down at what I was wearing…it wasn’t something I would normally wear, but it would have to do. She walked into the laundry room and checked the status of my own clothes and nodded. She looked over at me and informed me that his shirt would indeed have to do, my clothes were still wet from my stupidity last night. Even though I wouldn’t ever take back my actions from last night.
“Alright…we gotta stop at my house for my guitar, they’ll have amps at Matt’s,” I told her as we walked towards the front door. She grabbed her keys and tucked her phone and a book into her bag and walking out behind me. I took her hand in mine and walked with her to my house. I walked up and let myself in just to see Suzy look over. “Sorry. Slept over at Zack’s house,” I stated with a shy smile, hoping she bought my lie. “You remember Madison Kaylee James,” She nodded and walked over and hugged Madi who looked bewildered.
“Hello dear,” Suzy stated with a smile. Madi smiled and returned the greeting. “It’s good to see you again,” She nodded again with a smile before letting me pull her gently to my room. When we got up to my room and the door was closed, I pulled her to me and kissed her gently. Madi wrapped her arms around my neck and smiled as my hands found their place on her hips.
I pouted when she finally pulled away. “You really want Zacky to call back with Matt yelling at you in the background?” She asked with a giggle as I cringed at that thought. I went to find my guitar before walking it down to my car. I placed it in the backseat carefully and got into the driver’s side as she sat in the passenger’s seat. I started the car and drove over to Matt’s to see Zacky out front. He looked up and grinned as we stepped out.
“Dude…Matt’s ready to kill you. Hey Madi,” He stated addressing me first before turning to Madi. She smiled and waved. He then looked at my clothes.
“Don’t ask,” I warned. He chuckled and put his hands up in surrender before opening the door to Matt’s house. I followed with my guitar, while tugging on Madi’s hand lightly to get her to follow. She followed me down the stairs to the basement where Val was sitting. I had Madi sit down with Val as everyone looked at her and then me with grins. She blushed when she noticed eyes on her and looked at her hands.
I convinced the guys to start practice though. And after we finished a set of songs, I turned to Madi.
“Well…what do you think?”
