"Cayla."Memphis said demandingly " what happened to you" he stared into my brown eyes seriously. "It was nothing" I mumbled quietly looking away. I tried to pull away from him, but he grabbed my arm and forced me to look at him "What the hell happened to you?" He growled to me. I looked up at him " I was raped." I said bluntly. His eyes went wide with rage " who the fuck did it? I'll beat the shit out of them" he snarled at me. "Avenged Sevenfold's Bus-driver" I muttered quietly. "Wait...Avenged Sevenfold as in the band?" he asked me surprised. "Yeah. Who the hell else would I be talking about" I snapped. "Why the hell were you with them?" he asked " I was dating M.Shadows" I informed him. He looked at me surprised. "What the hell happened. Why aren't you with him?" he asked " I don't want to talk about it Memphis, and as excited as I am to see you, if you don't let it go I'm going to kick you out of my house." I told him. He sighed and walked out of my room

5 days later

I woke up with a yawn, I instantly grabbed my phone and just as I clicked the home button to see what time it was, my ringtone for Jimmy went off. I quickly answered it " What do ya need Jimbo?" I asked him, clearly still sleepy. “Hey um...Cayla...I’m sorry” I heard Matt’s voice and I hung up on him. My phone went off again and I groaned. “Hello?” I answered “ Hello are you Cayla Evans? I’m with the Huntington Beach Hospital. Your brothers Daniel and Memphis have been in a car wreck. “ the male voice on the other end informed me. I choked on my words “W...What...Are they ok?” I said, tears rolling down my cheeks. “I’m sorry, but I can not disclose that information over the phone. “ I nodded to myself before hanging up on him. I slipped on my flip flops and grabbed my keys. I quickly got in my car and started it.

I had called Jimmy and the rest of the guys of Avenged Sevenfold, because I knew they’d be there when I needed them. I just hoped they didn’t bring Matt along with them. I walked into the hospital and found my brothers’ room. I sat down in a chair in the middle, and soon the room was flooded with people. My uncle, my best friend, and Avenged Sevenfold. I hugged my uncle and my best friend first, tears cascading down my cheeks. Once I pulled away, Zacky and Jimmy came over and hugged me. I sobbed into them, and they didn’t seem to mind. Johnny and Brian came over, hugging me. I couldn’t believe this was happening. Matt was standing awkwardly in the background, and after Jimmy, Johnny and Brian walked over to my uncle I motioned him over. He quickly walked over and hugged me. Zacky took that as a sign to walk off and I just curled tightly into Matt’s chest. I looked up at them and pulled away. “I’ll be back...” I said softly, I quickly walked out of the room before slamming into someone’s chest. I backed up and looked up

“Hello princess” the man said. I swollowed the hard lump in my throat and looked up. “Randy...” I whispered quietly. I backed up and bumped into someone else. “Did you miss us babe?” I turned around to see Jaxon. “ This can’t be happening...” I whimpered quietly. I tried to back away, and run back to Memphis and Danny’s room, but Jaxon and Randy grabbed me by my arms yanking me backwards. “Let me go!!” I shouted. Jaxon slammed a hand over my mouth and I screamed, biting his finger. HE pulled his hand away, and slapped me. “Matt!!!!” I screamed “Jimmy!!!Help!!” It didn’t take long before someone screamed “ Get the fuck off her you assholes” Jimmy grabbed Jaxon and threw him to the ground while Matt slammed Randy into the ground. I ran down the hall and to Zacky who pushed me behind him. Matt slammed his fists into Randy’s face while Jimmy slammed his fists into Jaxon’s face.

“Nurse we need help in here!!!” Michael my best friend shouted into the hallway. Nurses came running into Memphis and Danny’s room. “We need a crash cart in here. I quickly ran into the room, only to be pushed out by the doctor “ we need space m’am. “ he told me. I whimpered and felt arms wrap around me. I looked up and saw Brian. I turned around and buried my face into his chest, crying quietly.

After ten minutes, the doctor came in, his head hung in shame. I looked up at him. “A...Are they ok?” I asked quietly, fear and sadness making my voice crack. “I’m sorry Ms. Evans” he said gravely “ Daniel is fine, but Memphis isn’t with us anymore.” I let out a scream of pain, it felt like someone just stabbed me in the heart. Brian helped me sink to the ground and I started to sob uncontrollably. I felt Brian’s arms unwrap themselves from me, and I felt an even stronger pair wrap around me. I didn’t have to look up to know who it was. It was Matt. I curled into a sobbing ball. Tears streaked down my cheeks and I clutched onto him for dear life. My life was falling apart. I closed my eyes and cried myself to sleep in Matt’s arms. I felt him pick me up and carry me into the room. He set me down on the couch, and I cried quietly in my sleep. He curled up beside me and held me close as sobs raked through my sleeping form. Apparently my crying turned screaming in pain in my sleep because I was shaken awake by Matt. I looked up and I thought I saw Memphis standing there. He stroked a strand of my blonde hair away from my face and put his necklace around my neck. “I’m already missing you...” I whispered quietly before he disappeared.
