Alexandria's POV

Zacky and I spend majority of our night at the beach. We shared many things about us in the cool-chilling wind until I started to get cold. I hope i don't catch the cold or something.

Zacky then drove me home and little did i knew, i fall asleep in that short car ride. I woke up about 20 minutes later when Zacky tapped me on my shoulder.

"Morning sweetie." He said. "Sorry i kept you up all night."

When he said that, i swear the first thing that came up to my mind was some dirty things, but i push those thoughts aside even though it would be nice to 'try' it.

"Hey," i sleepily replied, with a grin.

"Let's get you back home."

Moments later, Zacky and I arrived at my place. I opened the door and was about to go in when Zacky kissed me. I returned the kiss and few minutes later, we pulled away.

"Why don't you come in here to stay with me. It's too late to go home." He nodded.

Once i got home, i changed out of my formal dress, which by the way, is full of sand, into some very comfy clothes. I then realized that Zacky is probably very uncomfortable with his suit so i digged out some baggy clothing that belongs to my brother. I hope Zacky won't mind.

Once i walked out into my room, i gave the sweatpants and t-shirt to him and told him to change it and hope he doesn't mind them being my brother's clothes. He agreed and minutes later, we laid together on the couch, cuddling.

I woke up in the morning due to some screaming I heard and I also realized that Zacky is not near me anymore. I panicked for a second but then i heard one of the voices being Zacky. So i followed the source of the voice, which revealed to me, my boyfriend arguing with my estranged mother.

I know i probably look like shit now but i don't care, i need to confront her. She never come to see me unless she needs something. She needs to leave me the fuck alone.

I appeared from behind Zacky and looked at my mom. She looked different in some ways. I guess skinnier, trashier and wasted. She still have those piercing blue eyes and that wrinkly face and have white hair growing on her red locks.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, harshly. I don't want her in my life. I hate her.

"Alexandria, it's nice to see you." She walked towards me, trying to hug me, but i refused to let her touch me.

"Zacky, close the door." I ordered. He did and i whispered in his ears to leave this one to me.

"Honey, who's this kid?" She said pointing at Zacky.

"It's none of your fucking business. Can't you leave me alone?"

"Honey, don't speak to your mother like this."

"Don't honey me and you're not my mother."

If normal people say this to their mother, they will earn a slap in the face and that includes me.

The burning sensation of that slap doesn't hurt. I am use to it.

I just glared at her.

"Let's get straight to business here, Maria." Maria is my mother's first name. I never call her mom. I called her by her real name cause i don't have a mom like her.

"I heard you just got a nice job with nice pay. I want 10,000 dollars."

"Fuck off, will ya? I won't give you a single penny." I replied, anger begin to rise in my system.

"I raised you so don't be a bitch and just hand over your fucking money. Don't tell me you ain't got nothing cause by the look of this apartment, you sure do have some cash."

"Raise me? You raise me?" I let out a cold laugh, "No you didn't. Jeremy did. You fucking beat the crap out of me when i was little. You didn't do anything but giving birth to me, and this," I pointed at my apartment, "I earned it by myself. I work, Maria. I work my ass off for years to get this. I won't give you anything. Please leave, now!"

"Not until you pay me. I need it."

"Need it for what? Drugs? Beers? No. I said get out."

"I want my money. You should support your mother."

"Bitch, you are not my mother." I can sorta tell Zacky was shocked that I called my mother a bitch, but she is and i am not afraid to say it.

"Don't call me a bitch. I raised you, you asshole."

"If you don't leave, i am going to call the police" I angrily yelled. She sure is poking my buttons.

"Fine." She turned around and left. But i know, this isn't over.

I shut the door behind Maria and Zacky approached me.

"I'm sorry I woke you up screaming." Zacky apologized.

"Why sorry? Not your fault." I began to walk away to get ready for work. I need a shower.

He pulled me back.

"You don't seemed okay."

I sighed. "Of course i am not okay. She won't leave me the fuck alone. Zacky, this woman only comes here for money. Last time i paid her 3000 dollars, she said she need it for her house rent, and it turns out she used it on drugs. How do i know? Well, her landlord called me since she enlisted me as her family member. I end up paying her debt."

"Well, at least don't call your mom a bitch." He said, smiling a bit. "I actually found you quite ballsy for calling your mom a bitch."

"Haha, very funny. She is a bitch." I rolled my eyes.

"Don't worry about her. Next time, i will tell her to go fuck herself."

I laughed. I know this is rude doing this to my mother but to me, she is nothing more than a distant relative. Probably now she will be going to Jeremy's place and ask him for money.

"Thanks Zacky. I got to take a shower."

"Well, i should go too. Ya know. I will see you at work." He said leaving after kissing me.

"Love you."
