Chapter Thirty-One
Jimmy Junior’s POV
I boarded the plane after saying goodbye to my mom; I was beyond excited to see Ava again. I sat down in my coach class seat and turned my phone off. I had to look for Melody when I landed in Maine. I honestly am beyond lucky to have the parents I have, even if Zack isn’t my real father I love him like he is. Sometimes I wonder what my life would have been like if my real dad was alive, would my mom still be with Zack or would she be with Jimmy Senior. Maybe Melody would be with Senior but if all of this were to happen I would have never met Ava. I sat there the entire plane ride thinking about what my life would be like if my real dad was alive, after a while I zoned out of life and sat there staring, I’m glad no one was near me because I would look like a weirdo.
“Please buckle your seatbelts and get ready to land.” Went over the loud speakers.
I buckled my seatbelt and got ready to land in Maine. After we landed I hurried and unbuckled my seatbelt and rushed off of the plane, I went to get my bag, as I waited the more nervous I became. I pulled my bag off of the thingy and headed into the waiting area of the airport. I searched for Melody and then I saw her bright red hair, she had a sign with my name on it; I ran over to her and hugged her.
“It’s nice to see you Jimmy. You look like Senior more and more each time I see you.” She said
“My mom tells me the same thing.” I smiled
“Let’s get you home, it’s supposed to rain soon. I hope you brought warm clothes.” She said
“I did, my mom made sure I was ready for the weather.” I said
“She’s a good mom.” Melody said
I nodded and we walked out to her car, on the drive home I began to shake with nervousness and excitement.
“Does she know?” I asked
“Nope, I’m just going to send you right up to her room to surprise her.” Melody said
“Is your husband home?” I asked
“Nope. He’s out with Max at his parents’ house.” She said
I nodded and she pulled up to a quite cute house, it was a small two story house. It was getting dark out but I could tell they were right on the beach, I looked up at the house and a window was lit I was guessing it was Ava’s bedroom. We got out of the car and we walked into the house, Melody stopped me at the bottom of the stairs.
“Go up and you’ll see a bedroom door that says Ava over top of the frame.” She said
I nodded and walked upstairs, I found the door and pressed my ear to it, she was singing she probably had headphones in. I opened the door and looked at her, she was laying on her stomach in a t-shirt that looked like one of mine… wait a minute that is one of my t-shirts, well she was wearing my Avenged Sevenfold t-shirt and a pair of pink and white polka dotted boy short undies, she had headphones in and her head was down. I set my bag down quietly and closed the door softly, I crept over and quickly straddled her.
“What the fu-“She said cutting off

“My dad bought a ticket for me to come and see you.” I said

She nodded and I stood up and pulled my boxers on, she got up and walked over to her dresser and pulled new boy short undies on and a sports bra, she grabbed an oversized hoodie out of her dresser and threw it on. I went to my bag and pulled out a pair of fleece pajama pants and pulled them on. We walked over to her bed and stripped it of the sheets, we balled the sheets up and put them by the door.
“I’ll have to go put those in the washer before they get home.” Ava said
I nodded and she pulled clean sheets out of the closet in the hallway and I helped her redo her bed, she disappeared downstairs with the dirty sheets and I laid on her bed, I was tired now.
“My dad will be home with Max any moment.” Ava said walking into the room.

I got up and kicked our clothes that we had on earlier under the bed so they were out of sight. I got back in bed and she laid her head on my chest.

“It’s late.” She said

I woke up in the morning and realized I forgot to call my mom last night, Ava was still in bed she had just rolled over, I got up and reached for my pants under the bed noticing mom had texted me knowing I landed and just to call her when I could. I unlocked my phone and called her.
“Hey there’s my son.” She said
“I am so sorry mom I forgot I was distracted.” I said
“That’s fine I figured that would happen so I had Melody call me.” She said
“Okay.” I said
“I love you Jimmy, I’ll see you soon.” She said
“I love you too.” I said
We hung up and Ava was looking at me.
“What?” I asked
“It’s two in the morning come back to bed.” She said
I nodded and dropped my phone on the floor and got back into bed with her, she laid on my chest and kissed it and we went back to sleep.
I stayed at Ava’s house in Maine for a month and I was in the airport getting ready to board my plane to go home.
“I’m going to miss you.” She said
“I’m going to miss you too. I’ll call you when I get home.” I said
“Okay. I love you Jimmy.” She said

We hugged and kissed and I went and got on my plane, I thought about the month I stayed with her, we basically had sex every other night, I really did love her and I was going to miss her. It was her turn to visit next that’s the only thing I knew, I didn’t know when and I didn’t know for how long.
