City of Evil

Summary

Brian's mom is a total nut case, but it turns out much worse than Brian ever thought. He tries to hide but how long can he stay hidden from that monster. His main worry is keeping McKenna safe, but he's worried that McKenna has fallen far beyond from where he can pull her back.

McKenna lives a secret life at school that she keeps from Brian. She's bullied everyday and her life is becoming a living hell of secrecy.

Brians dad decided to leave them all for good and head off to England to start a new life without them all, leaving Brian and McKenna alone with a monster they can't control.

Characters

Brian

Brian comes from a broken and abusive home, he lives with his mom and little sister McKenna. His dad is moving to England and leaving him and McKenna with their mom alone. McKenna means the world to him, but how much longer can he protect her?

Jimmy

Jimmys the crazy drummer for the band, who always makes things better somehow and is best friends with Brian and is willing to do anything to make things better for him.

Johnny

Tormented by pretty much everyone in the band and doesn't speak much to Brian. On the occasions that he does they both realize what they have quite a lot in common but they still don't get on to great.

Matt

He's best friends with Zacky and struggles the least in high school, he decided to form a band with Zacky and Brian and Jimmy join him, along with Johnny who lives down the street. Hes becoming closer with Brian just as things start to go really down hill for Brian, he tries to make him feel better but all his efforts just seem like a waste of time.

McKenna

Brians little sister and has the same background story as him. Jimmy always makes her feel better and he's her best friend apart from Brian. She loves Brian more than anything but sometimes she feels like she's a burden on him. She's bullied everyday at school and she's not sure how much more she can take as her weird defense mechanisms start to get in the way of everything.

Zacky

Best friends with Matt, and plays guitar. He finds himself becoming close friends with Brian but is finding it hard all the same to keep all these secrets that he knows are wrong

Hope McKenna'll be okay... and Brian too. Hope they'll be able to stay with each other.. That maybe either Matt, Jimmy or Zack's mom will be able to take them in. Either that, or Brian will be able to look after her.

And, that they'll be able to tell them ( police) that their mom (Suzy) abused them and killed their dad. Even though Brian'll say its his fault....

I hope Jimmy'll be able to do something to convince the cops to let both Brian and McKenna stay with them. That is, when Brian's physically well enough to be released from the hospital... Well.. if he's gonna be okay that is.
