" so it's settled then" I slurred, dropping my hands to the table rattling all the empty bottles that covered it. Brian nodded in agreement as he took a sip of his tenth or fifteenth beer, who knows. I got up from the table stumbling over to Brian as he got up as well.

" I'm glad we got this worked out man, I love you dude" I said.

" Love you too dude" Brian said as we hugged swaying side to side fighting to keep our balance.

" get over here little momma, group hug!" I shouted, Brian and I still in our embrace stretching our arms towards the couch so Frankie could join in on the celebration. She's been so quiet the whole time, I figured she would want to have some say In this whole situation.

"Frankie?" I squeaked when she didn't come to us or even answer. Brian and I stepped away from each other staring in confusion.

" she's gone!" Brian shouted as he walked around the living room and through the kitchen.

" I didn't see her leave, where the hell did she go?" I answered back completely confused by this point. I grabbed my phone of the table. Closing one eye I unlocked my phone and dialed her number. With each ring I got more worried until I heard the phone pick up.

" Frankie baby are you ok?!" I blurted not even giving her a chance to say hello. i was so relieved that she was okay. that's until I heard a masculine chuckle on the other end, making me pull the phone away from my ear to double check that I called the right number.

" Zacky it's Matt!" He yelled from the other end trying to get my attention. I rolled my eyes bring the phone back to my ear.

" Is that her? Is she okay?!" Brian shouted in a panic running from the kitchen.

" No it's Matt" I replied trying to wave him off with my hand.

" Where's she at?" I said, sounding just like a worried mother. Which added fuel to Matt's laughter. I started to grow impatient as I waited for him to get it together and answer me. Brian's eyes burned holes in me as he waited for an answer as well.

" She came home like three hours ago looking like she was in a mud wrestling competition" Matt chuckled.

" mud wrestling? What?" I questioned, the fact that I was drunk right now wasn't helping my cause.

" She's mud wrestling?!?!" Brian shouted in confusion at me. I shook my head raising my finger at him signaling him to calm down.

" You mean you guys didn't pick her up?!" I said as guilt consumed me. Please don't tell me she walked home in all this shit.

" I guess, Val had been trying to get ahold of her all day but Frankie never called back. She just strolled in the door soaking wet. She isn't here though, her and Val went out to eat." he explained. I licked my lips as the words soaking wet swirled through my drunken mind, taking my focus momentarily off the subject at hand. i shook my head mentally punching myself for being a horn dog at a time like this.God I felt so horrible, Brian and I were so into or debate that we ignored her and she actually left and walked home. But I felt relieved that she was okay.

" now what's going on?" Brian snapped impatiently as I hung up with Matt, setting my phone back down and meeting Brian's gaze.

" We'll thankfully she okay, she's out with Val" I told him seeing his body automatically relax.

" But I have a pretty good feeling that you and me aren't gonna be so lucky" I sighed, Brian's relaxed demeanor slowly tensed back up as he realized what I was saying. I wasn't too sure how this was going to play out exactly. Shit and if she flipped out on us I wouldn't blame her. I would be pissed too if I had to walk home in a storm, and especially being pregnant. We had to think of something and quick. Only problem was we were both too shit faced to drive. It's like Brian was reading my mind as we both just stood there like idiots in the middle of the room.

" I'm gonna make Johnny come get us, were gonna need a lot of flowers and chocolate. And whatever else chicks like when their angry" Brian blurted out in a panic grabbing for his phone.

"an angry chick pregnant with twins, and not one but two baby daddies!" I said slowly as the fear crept up in both of us knowing each fact we stated was just another nail in our coffins. Girls are scary enough when their mad but there's no match for one when they have crazy pregnancy hormones on their side as well. We stared at each other as it all sunk in. With that Brian hopped on his phone not asking but telling Johnny he had to come get us immediately. While we waited for Johnny we sat and tried to come up with a game plan. Just as Johnny's headlights shown through the window ten minutes later we both took a deep breathe praying that our what we came up with will work it's magic.
