How To Save A Life.
Chapter Seven
The next morning, I awoke with Zacky's sweet protective arms wrapped around me. I felt so safe and happy when he was around. I looked up and saw he was still sleeping. I smiled. Down stairs I heard Matty trying to wake up whoever was down there.
"Beach day, bitches! GET UP." He shouted. There were groans and someone, I think it was Johnny who said,
"Five more minuteees." Matty responded with,
"You said that ten minutes ago. I'm gonna go wake the lovers, I'll be back." I heard him starting to walk up the stairs. After me and Zacky had had sex last night, we hadn't really bothered to, or had the energy to put our clothes back on. All I was wearing was his shirt, and all he was wearing was his deathbat boxers, which by the way were the perfect combination of awesome and adorable, just like him.
Matty burst open the door and shouted like an army drill Sargent,
"Alright you two love birds, get up! We're going to the beach! Surf, sun, sand. GET UP."
He then grabbed the edge of the blanket Zacky and I were sharing comfortably, and ripped it off of the bed.
"Dude, what the fuck?" Zacky asked groggily. Zacky saw that each of us were..lacking clothing and laughed, he then asked,
"Did you guys seriously fuck on the first date?"
"OUT." Zacky said firmly. Matty turned around and walked out, putting up his hands in surrender. Before he was out of hearing range, he added with a laugh,
"Whenever you two wanna peel yourselves off of each other, we'll be waiting downstairs."
Zacky rolled his eyes and pulled the blanket back onto us.
"Five more minutes." He said, smiling at me. He moved a my bangs out of my eyes. "Why do you do that?" He asked, referring to my bangs being long enough to cover my right eye.
"What?" I asked. He responded,
"Cover up your beautiful face. I wanna see both your pretty eyes, not just one." I smiled and looked down. He picked my face up and said, "What did I just say? I wanna see that beautiful face! Come on, show me a smileee." He smiled at me lovingly and I couldn't help but let a smile escape my lips. He smiled wide and said, "There it is." He stroked my cheek and kissed my lips softly. He rubbed his thumb against my cheek and said,
"I guess we have to get up before they drag us by our feet to the beach." I laughed and we got dressed. I wore a bathing suit with a cover up dress and I put my hair into a side braid. Zacky just wore his swim trunks with a Led Zeppelin band tee over his torso. We got a bag of spare clothes and towels and he held my hand as we walked down the stairs to join the rest of the guys.
"Finally, you two decided to show up. Now we can get going!" Matty said. He obviously really loved the beach. Jimmy did to, cause he jumped up and down like a little kid,
"Let's go!!" We all laughed and piled into cars. We all fit into Zacky's red convertable and we blasted the radio all the way to the beach, Zacky's arm around me while he drove.
