It's October 29th. You know what that means? Only two days until Halloween! Halloween has got to be my favorite time of year. The fall weather, the Zacky cuddles by bonfire, fall is just so amazing. One of the best parts of Halloween is picking out costumes. Every year since eighth grade, Mia and I have gone together to get ours, and her being pregnant wasn't about to break this tradition. It's been almost a month since Mia and Brian found out they'd be having twins. Mia's baby bump is growing every day and so is her motherly glow. She's midway through her second trimester and excited to be entering her third. She's lucky, she's one of those people that doesn't gain too much when or look too pregnant. I mean like I said, you can notice her bump now, but after almost five months.
Today is Wednesday. A boring, dull Wednesday. That is, until Mia texted:
Yoooo! Let's get our costumes today! -M
I told her I'd be by Brian's to pick her up as soon as possible. When I got there, she half-waddled to my car and we headed out.
We first hit up the closest costume store called, "Come Out Of The Closet." It was full of cheesey decorations, scary masks, and anything else Halloween related you could possibly think of, including slutty costumes. I pulled out a "buzzing bee" costume off a rack.
"Dude. Brian will be shoving his stinger in you like no one's business if you get this one." Mia laughed and answered,
"Well Brian's allergic to bees, so I don't think that's a gonna be a huge turn on." I put the bee costume back and kept searching. She showed me a genie costume, lacy and very revealing. She asked with a smirk,
"Are you gonna make all Zacky's wishes come true?" I laughed and put it in the cart. It couldn't hurt to try it on.
Eventually, we'd each narrowed it down to three possibilities. I was either going to be a nurse, a witch, or a zombie. Mia was either going to be a genie, a cop, or a teacher. We skipped into dressing rooms and began trying things on. The zombie girl costume included the clothes being ripped in all the right places. I stepped out of the dressing room and Mia insisted it was the one.
"You have to send a picture of this to Zacky!" She said. I would protest, but I knew Mia. Eventually I'd end up giving in anyway. I reluctantly made a face and posed. she shook her head, unsatisfied.
"No,no,no. You gotta look sexy. Make him anxiously await your coming home." She explained. I laughed a little and rolled my eyes.
"What do you suggest I do?" I asked. She thought for a moment and answered,
"Bite your lip and get on your knees." She suggested.
"Get on my what."
"Your knees! Come on, do it!" Thankfully there was practically no one else in the store. I got on my knees and bit my lip as she requested, which wasn't hard, cause I was already nervous that someone would find us. "Now look into the camera, look directly into it. Give me a look that says, 'Do me Zacky Vengeance.'" I couldn't help but laugh a little bit. But I went back into my serious mode. I bit my lip and looked into the camera, eyeing it like it was Zacky himself. This seemed to satisfy Mia, because after she took it she showed it to me before sending it. "Well damn. Girl, you can be real sexy if you want to, can'tcha?" She said. I'm not gonna lie, I looked pretty good in that picture. Zacky answered almost instantly, and Mia handed me my phone so I could see.

Now it was Mia's turn. she thought it'd be funny if she was a nurse, considering how often she now visited the doctor, but she finally decided on the genie costume. I didn't even have to instruct her on what to do, she just mimicked my position. She looked perfect on her first try. And let me say, as a straight woman, she looked pretty hot. Brian's response was very similar to Zacky's. Great minds think alike I guess.

We were both giddy and excited about our costumes. We made our purchases and sped home to our men. I dropped her off at Brian's and handed her her bag.
"Have funnn." I said with a smirk.
"You toooo." She said, returning it.
I raced home, anxious to get my hands on Zacky.
I got to the house and noticed Matt's BMW was gone, but Zacky's red convertable was still in it's place. perfect.
