This was a sweet chapter, it's like they are getting to know one another all over again and on a deeper level. She's trusting Matt even though she's still hesitant to do so. Her backstory was horrible. I can't imagine anyone other than Elena Gilbert having to watch their parents die a death like that. ( I know I'm horrible for saying that but I can't help myself I'm just a horrible person.)

That was so cute. And I'm happy Jerri is being open to moving on and letting go of the past screw up. Matt seems to have taken a lot on himself and while he should, she needs to also remember even if she was intoxicated she was a participant too. May we have more soon? <3
