There's honestly know way for Renee to know yet who the father of her baby is. It would be an awesome twist if Renee was pregnant with twins. And one was fathered by Brian and the other is fathered by Zacky
I mean Zacky has a point... they did have sex.. If Renee didnt want to carry his child they shouldnt have had sex but still.... if it is his theres gonna be alot more drama going on.. hmmm
