Please please PLEASE have a sequel ! Maybe something along the lines of what AudibleGiraffe said. Shadows kept him as a pet, torturing for months after and he somehow gets a message across to Sarah?
anyways, love this!

Plot twist: Zacky never actually died, he fell unconscious then slipped into a coma. Nobody knew.
Then in the sequel he wakes up, with vengeance
