So something is wrong with my alerts. It's showing that I have one alert but when I go to that page it tells me that I have no alerts but the little bubble that pops up by your name is still there. How in the hell do i fix this?

I don't know if it's just my account or the site--but when I logged in this morning.. I couldn't check to see if any stories were updated because it said "your search returned no results". I couldn't even search for any stories at all either, because it turned up the results : "your search returned no results". Is there a way for me to fix this?
