Summary
When Marcella Kraus' father gets a job offer in Huntington Beach, California, their small family has to uproot themselves from Oklahoma and move halfway across the country. As she starts her new journey at Huntington Beach High School she meets new best friends, while seeing the captivating boy across the room with green eyes. Could this be a new chapter in her life, meeting punk teenagers eager to start a rock band?
This story is mostly going to be in Marcella's POV as 3rd person limited. Occasionally there might be a chapter in Zacky's POV or another character's POV to see their thoughts about something.
Characters
Kris Fletcher- 17 years old
Kris is a very sarcastic person, and is very blunt and outgoing. They have quite a few mental health problems, but don't we all? Kris loves dogs and all animals, and is a very nice person. They love to draw and write, and play the guitar. They also love to read, and is like Marcella's twin in that regard. They love all things to do with superheroes too.
Marcella Kraus- 17 years old
Marcella is a pretty shy girl until you get to know her- then she's the most outgoing in the friend group. She loves to read, every genre available, and likes to write too. She has a passion for music and her main instruments she plays are clarinet and piano, but she would love to learn all of them. She's decently athletic, she loves to run and do yoga.
Sonata Cheveyo- 18 years old
Sonata is a very proud Native woman. She's very outgoing and boisterous, and loves music and singing with a passion. You never hear her not singing. She is very friendly though she looks slightly intimidating at first glance. She has a very fashionable look, and doesn't look like she would be into rock or heavy metal. She loves makeup and experimenting with it.
Zacky Baker- 17 years old
Zacky is a very nice guy, though he is pretty shy when you first meet him. He isn't the type to immediately start a conversation, unless he really wants to be friends. He's very passionate about his music and playing his guitar. He's a very determined person and will get what he wants eventually.
