Makeshift Chemistry
Summary
Young and alone, Nikki Torres manages to befriend the Roadies, Jason and Matt Berry. However, after being laid off and dumped, she shuts herself from the world, hiding behind walls even the Berrys can't seem to get her out of. Hoping to bring her out of her shell and that she'd catch a certain drummers eye, they introduce her to the boys of Avenged, offering her services and guitar expertise as a roadie. As she slowly opens up, Jimmy learns there's more inside her than just a breakup. But what Jason and Matt don't know is that should she accept her dream job, old problems and old significant others will appear. And as Nikki tries to hold her life together, she has to choose between the one who had her heart, and the one who healed and stole it, the Rev. But with a heart kind to a fault, will she let him back in or learn to remove that which is toxic? (warning: possible smut, depressing situations, cursing, drinking and drug use)

Danny "The bod" Abell
One of the other Roadies of Avenged, good friend to the band, JB Diz (Jason) and Matt Berry. He was set on a blind date with Nikki by the Berrys but it didnt work out.

Nikki's ex. Uses his charm to get his way.
Jason (JB Diz) and Matt Berry
The Roadies of Avenged, and good friends of Nikki and the band. Kind hearted, they go out of their way not only to make sure the bands shows are perfect, but to ensure Nikki's happiness and safety. They think of her as a sister and sometimes treat her as such.
Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan
Drummer for avenged sevenfold, he cares a great deal for his bandmates and roadies. He wears his heart on his sleeves but isn't afraid to speak his mind. Even though hes playful and childish he still gives great advice
Johnny Christ
The youngest member of Avenged and their Bassist, hes the one who annoys everyone, but is loveable nonetheless. He is often the one who gets beaten and made fun of for being short, but thats just his relationship with the guys. He cares a great deal for his friends.
Matt Shadows
Lead singer of the band Avenged Sevenfold, he takes on the leader role. Hes often the first one people come to with problems and hes more than happy to help. Kind hearted, he cares a great deal for his friends, and the band itself alike. Big time gamer
Nikki Torres
A simple girl from NY who somehow found her way to Cali. After a bad heartbreak, she's left a shambled mess even the Berry's can't seem to fix. Despite this, she continues to wear her heart on her sleeves and tries to survive being involved with the one thing she loves most: music.

Nikki's former best friend
Synyster Gates
Also known as Brian. Lead guitarist of avenged sevenfold. Friends with the roadies. Funny and absolutely hates to change his guitar strings. His sarcasm and random faces make him a funny guy. The Rev and the others are his best friends. Loves his family and dog, Pinkly to death
Valary and Michelle DiBendetto
Girlfriends of Matt and Brian respectively, they are close to the boys, willing to do anything and everything for them, whether its band related or personal. They soon become close to Nikki as well, bringing out the girl in her from time to time.
Zacky Vengeance
Rhythm guitarist of Avenged Sevenfold. You cant have Syn without Zacky. Funny and caring but also suave when he needs to be. his band mates are his best friends.
