All the boys, excluding a very sick Johnny, and Kat shouted in unison.

“Are you too sick to come have breakfast, Shortshit?” I teased.

Johnny looked at me with a pale look on his face. “I will be okay, Rori. I think I'm just gonna lie down for a bit. Do you mind bringing me some bacon home for later?”

“Of course! I hope you feel better, hun! We'll come check on you later.” I consoled.

Later at the diner, the bell rang as two teenage girls walked in. It was Alexandria and Breanna from the mall yesterday.

“Oh shit, it's Alex and Breeanna…” Brian mumbled and looked away.

“Hey dickheads.” The girl with black hair said jokingly. “Where's my brother?”

“Sorry, Alex. He was feeling kind of sick this morning. He's at Jimmy's trying to sleep it off.” Matt answered matter-of-factly.

“You guys drank last night! Johnny can't ever hold his liquor. Fuck you guys for not letting us come to your party.” She said with an attitude as she rolled her eyes.

“So sorry your royal highness.” Jimmy said jokingly as he vowed to her. This made us all giggle.

Alex turned red and smiled. “Whatever, Jimmy.” She looked away and cleared her throat. “Anyways, I guess I'll see you and Kat on Tuesday then, Aurora?”

“Of course! Can't wait.” I smiled as they walked away. I noticed that Breanna kept looking back at Zacky as they sat in their booth. Every once in awhile, Zacky would look back at her.

Apparently I wasn't the only one to notice. “Zacky, when are you going to man up and find the balls to ask Breanna out?” Jimmy asked jokingly.

“I don't know, man. When are you going to notice that Alex has the hots for you?” Zacky retorted.

“Alex? Nah, I couldn't date her or anything. That's Johnny's sister. I couldn't do that to him.” Jimmy trailed off as he looked over at Alex.

Zacky scoffed. “If you would talk to him about it, you probably would be okay, Jim.”

Jimmy rolled his eyes and we finished our breakfast. We split the bill and headed out to go check on Johnny.

Once we got back to Jimmy's, we found Johnny passed out in Jimmys bed. I set the bacon on the dresser beside him and tip toed to the living room.

“You guys can take off, I'll watch short shit and make sure he's ok.” Jimmy said with a smile. He really did care for his friends a lot and it made me smile.

“You're so sweet, Jimmy.” I said as I kissed his cheek goodbye.

Matt drove Kat and I home with some soft Metallica playing on the radio. I rested my head on his shoulder and he rested his hand on my thigh.
