Brian's POV
It was ridiculous that I had to go into Los Angeles to meet with some asshole that was going to try to tell us what to do and say. My head hurt and I just wanted to sleep off the party the night before. I ignored my alarm and went back to sleep.
Next thing I know, Zacky is calling me.
"We're waiting outside for you, hurry up."
"Fuck! I overslept! Why don't you guys just go without me?"
"We all need to be there it's important. Damien already bailed. Get your ass out of bed, take a shower and get dressed. Matt and I are going to pick up Jimmy and we'll be back to get you. You better be fucking ready when we get back!
"This is a huge waste of time, but I'll be ready."
I jumped in the shower and got dressed just in time.
"Last one ready has to drive, that's you Haner." Jimmy said laughing.
So I was the lucky one to get to drive to Los Angeles, Matt was worried we would all be late after finding a parking spot, so I dropped them off.
After parking the car and walking to the office building, I end up in the elevator with some snooty bitch who thinks she's better than me. Fuck her! I wouldn't touch her with Little Jon Seward's dick! I'm not sure why this chick has pissed me off so much, maybe because I could still feel the burn of her slapping me.
I found the office suite and stormed in. Everyone was still waiting in the lobby, including our manager.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Zack asked.
"Fucking nothing."
"Your cheek is all red and you came in here practically slamming doors for no reason?"
"Just don't worry about it, I never have to see her again."
"Her who?"
"Just let it go Baker!"
"Okay, calm down." He said and then left me alone.
After what seemed like hours, the owner of the agency came out and Larry introduced us to Paul, the owner of the agency.
"Come with me to the conference room, I want you to meet Paisley."
"Paisley?" Zacky asked
"Yes Paisley Callahan, your new PR Manager."
Zacky looked back at me and said "A chick? What the fuck?"
"Probably some dog faced drill Sergeant." I said.
We walked through the door of the room single file. I was last in line behind Jimmy so I couldn't see shit. Apparently she was being introduced and shaking hands individually as we entered the room. This is going to take forever, I just want to go home and sleep off this hangover or just start partying all over again.
"Can you see her?" I asked Jimmy
"Yes, finally."
"She's an uggo, isn't she?" I asked.
"No man, she's fucking hot!" Jimmy's expression told me he wasn't joking.
"That's the best news I've had all day." The line moved quickly, when she was meeting Jimmy I couldn't see her but I could hear her.
"Hello, nice to meet you Jimmy!" Her voice sounded strangely familiar.
"It's a pleasure to meet you" Jimmy said.
I stepped up as Larry was introducing me.
"This is Brian, He's the" it was then I saw her, I knew why the voice sounded familiar.
"No fucking way!" I said. Her smiling face suddenly turned sour.
"Not you!" She said.
"You have met before?" Larry asked.
"Briefly in the elevator." She said.
"It was long enough to find out she's a fucking bitch." giving her a death stare.
The bitch squinted her evil eyes at me and just as she was opening her mouth to come back at me, her boss stood in between us.
"I'm not sure what happened, but I'm sure the two of you just got off on the wrong foot." He said. "Paisley, I'd like to speak to you in my office. Please excuse us, gentlemen."
As she was walking out she mumbled, "Gentlemen my ass..."
Everyone in the room was staring at me. Matt broke the silence.
"What the hell did you do?"
"Why do you assume I'm the one who did something wrong? How do you know Miss Priss didn't come onto me?"
"So you hit on her? What the fuck Brian, are you trying to mess this up?"
"I didn't know who she was when I grabbed her ass."
"You did what?" Zacky said.
"It was stupid, I'm sorry. I was blinded by her nice tits, I couldn't control myself. It was until after that I found out she was a wicked witch.
Larry said. "They will be back any minute. Brian, you are going to apologize and make nice. Understand?"
"I will, but she's still a bitch."
Before anyone could respond, Paisley and her boss came back into the room.
She walked up to me with a sickened look on her face. I swallowed hard as I braced myself to play nice.
"My apologies Brian, I had a very stressful morning and I shouldn't have said what I did to you in the elevator." She looked at me, holding her hand out to shake mine.
"I accept your apology." I said, her jaw was starting to clinch. I felt someone kick my shin and heard Jimmy whisper "Apologize idiot!"
"Hey, I'm sorry for accidentally touching you."
"Accidentally?" She said, glaring at me like snooty bitch she was.

Matt's POV
This was all going south fast, I looked over at Zacky and mouthed "Get him out of here", while trying to point toward the door without being too obvious. Of course with Brian nothing could be easy. Before Zacky could even say anything Brian spouted off with a smug grin on his face.
"Yes Accidentally, why would I touch you on purpose?" Paisley looked like she wanted to slap the shit out of him.
"Okay Brian, why don't we go to the coffee shop downstairs?" Zacky asked.
"Sure, anything to get away from her." He said glaring at her as Zacky ushered him out.
The room was very quiet all of a sudden. She looked at Jimmy and then at me with disgust, anger and possibly holding back tears. "I'm sorry Paul, I can't do this. I'll clear out my desk, thank you for this opportunity."
I was stunned, she was obviously told either she worked with us or lost her job. Brian's asshole attitude had now left this lady without a job and thinking we were all like that. I didn't know what to say, fortunately Jimmy sprang into action. Jimmy could charm anyone, but this could be tough.
"Please Paisley" Jimmy's words irritated her even more.
"It's Ms. Callahan" she snapped back at him. Jimmy didn't miss a beat and continued.
"Ms Callahan" Jimmy said as he stepped slowly toward her.. "I understand why you don't want to work with us. I am sure that no one in this room can blame you." He turned his head, giving her boss a look of disappointment. Paisley looked at her boss just as a look of shame crossed his face. Jimmy paused just long enough for that visual interaction to take place as he stepped closer, but still giving her space. "I want to assure you that we are all not as rude and disrespectful as our friend. We sincerely apologize for his behavior and regret that he has robbed us of the chance to work with you." Jimmy was now standing in front of her, it appeared by the subtle change in her facial expression that Jimmy's charm was working.
She was practically speechless. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to – he was just..."
I don't know how he did it, but he now held her hand in his.
"Please, Please, you don't have to apologize. You did nothing wrong. I wonder if you would be willing to give us another chance. I promise you that rest of us aren't assholes like Brian." Jimmy laughed and she smiled.
"Jimmy, right? I believe that you are nice guys, but I would still have to work with your friend and I just don't think it would work out."
It was now time for me to speak up. "If you give us another chance I promise you that Brian will not be a problem. I will personally make sure of it." pounding my fist into my palm and smiling at her. She smiled back, half chuckling.
"What do you say, Ms. Callahan?" Jimmy looked at her, giving his best blue eyed gaze that always melted ladies' hearts.
She smiled "I say, call me Paisley."
