I hadn’t seen Skylar in a couple weeks and I was missing her. Of course she was back in California doing some work. She texted me daily. We FaceTimed when we could. I was sitting in the lounge area with the guys early during the day. Skylar had sent me a file and I opened it. I smiled as I heard the sound of music begin, followed by her voice…

God, her unclean voice gave me shivers. “Dude who is that?” I heard Matt ask next to me and I looked over, “Skylar.”

“I didn’t know she could sing like that,” Matt said next to me and I nodded.

“She’s got a voice on her,” I said smiling widely. I really missed her.

“You two hooked up, didn’t you?” he asked me and covered his mouth. “Oh fuck, don’t let her dad find out. You’ll be dead…” He chuckled softly, knowing damn well I could be dead if James did find out.

“She’s not some floosy,” I told him sighing.

“What you actually like this girl?” he asked looking at me.

“She’s pretty fucking awesome,” I said sighing and setting my phone down. “I’m hooked and I cannot wait to see her again…”

“If she makes you happy dude,” he told me and clapped a hand on my shoulder. “I’m going to go warm up.”

I nodded and decided to go for a smoke. I leaned against the wall blowing out smoke and spotted a red head walking this way. When I say red, I mean red. Her hair was fire engine red, vintage lipstick red, little red wagon red. I watched the way her body walked and it reminded me of Skylar, but she was a blonde. I was thankful for the dark black RayBan’s to shield my eyes. Fuck, was she even wearing a bra… She lowered her glasses, her tongue touching her pearly whites; she sent me a wink. I gulped, inhaling a long drag of the smoke. She walked over to me, stealing my cigarette taking the last drag tossing it away. She pushed her hips against mine and she arched her back, her hair cascading down her as slid her hands up my chest, “I need to drink you in…”

“Skylar,” I breathed out. “Fuck…” She smirked and slid away from me. “I didn’t think you were coming…”

“When your screaming my name, I’ll always come,” she said and winked walking into the building.

I leaned there for a moment and adjusted myself before walking back in behind her, she sure knew how to tease. I had to think about the show and her she walks in, ready to give me a raging hard on. Fuck I was in deep with this one…



“What the hell did you do to your gorgeous hair?” I heard my father yell as I walked into the room.

“Well, what’s it look like?” I said being a smartass.

He groaned and put his head in his hands, “you are a handful.” I shrugged and walked over to the fridge, pulling out a water. “How was the studio this week?”

“Good, got one thing record,” I shrugged and sat down on one of the leather couches.

“One thing?” he asked confused.

“Yeah, I wanted it perfect,” I shrugged. “Plus I had other shit I had to do. I wasn’t just at the studio all week.”

He nodded and I stood up, “good chat, but I got shit to do.” I threw up the peace sign and walked out of the room. I really didn’t have anything to do, but I couldn’t sit and watch my father stare at me because of my hair.

I looked at the time and knew that the show would be starting up soon. I walked down the hall and spotted the Avenged boys suiting up. Brian was digging in his stand up box for a jacket to put on. I walked over and pulled out his deep maroon jacket for him, “this one.”

He looked at me and smiled, “alright.” He slipped it on and smiled down at me. I smiled up at him, something told me to kiss him, but I didn’t. He placed a hand on my hip and leaned down pressing his lips to mine softly, “I love your shirt by the way…”

“Do you?” I asked softly as he pressed his forehead against mine. “I made it.”

“Meet me back at my bus after our half?” he asked softly, pulling away when someone cleared their throat.

I looked over at the person to see Matt. I smiled and held up my fist, “kill it out there.” He bumped my fist and smiled. I looked at Brian smiled, “yeah, I’ll be there.”

He smiled and walked away with the group. I sighed and followed behind slowly, taking a spot off in the pit. I was hooked, seriously was hooked. Hell I fucking wrote a song about the sex we had. Fuck…
