Victims Of A Crime

Debt

Brian's POV

"Get the hell off of me!" I snarled, struggling against the two guys as they pinned me against a sink in the boys bathroom.
"We're just gonna have a little talk." grinned Jesse; a boy with chin length black hair and a nose ring, with scruff under his chin in very much the same place as my own.
"Just a friendly little conversation." sniggered Tyler, the blonde one with a very Nick Carter, boyband haircut, and blue eyes that might seem innocent to those unaware of his true nature.
"Let me the fuck go, she'll get her money!" I hissed, struggling against them again.
"Time's up, Haner." Jesse smirked. "Pay up."
I spat in his face, and he slammed me against the mirror again.

"Boys, please, try not to break anything, if he bleeds, it's our asses that get in trouble." came the voice of a female.

A petite, slender girl with chest-length blue hair, half tucked under her beanie, came into view. She approached me, both guys still holding me back, and leaned into my face.

"Besides-" the girl - who was named Chloe - clicked her tongue. "We wouldn't want to harm that pretty face of yours, would we?"
I clenched my jaw. "Shame the feeling's not mutual."
In an instant, she'd drawn out a pocket knife and was holding the blade against my neck. "Don't be smart with me." she hissed. "You accepted goods from me and did not pay up, I've come to collect."
"You'll get your fucking money, Newton."
"See, you're kind of out of time." Chloe smirked, lightly pricking the area under my chin with the tip of the blade. "It's been three weeks, if I don't see the cash by the end of the day-"
I flinched as she scratched me with the blade.
"You'll get far worse than just one little scratch." her tone was ice cold, matching the pale blue of her eyes. "Release him." she ordered to her henchmen.

Feeling blood trickle down my neck, I watched the three of them back away.

Chloe wrenched the door open, and the two boys left. "Better pay up."

She left the bathroom and I eased myself off the sink; my chest heaving as I caught my breath.

Notes

I've been out of High School for almost a decade, trying to put myself in a teenage mindset is kind-of difficult at this point. It'll be cheesy, a little bit cringe, bear with me. But then again, weren't we all cheesy and cringy when we were young?

And if it's not blatantly fucking obvious, this story is influenced by Life is Strange, and hints of an old movie called The Invisible (Justin Chatwin was a babe back in the day, yo...)
