Peyton arrived at the restaurant, which happened to be their favorite hibachi place, and everyone was waiting out in the parking lot for her. Pulling in beside Johnny's car, she shut off the engine and climbed out of her Jeep. "I'll be there on time guys, I promise." Johnny mocked her in a high pitched voice as she joined the group. "Everyone else got here ten minutes ago." "Awwwww someone's hangry," Peyton teased, giving him a hug, "Let's go feed the whittle baby before he turns into a gremlin." "Wait, was that a short joke?" Johnny asked as everyone started walking toward the building, "Cause I've got about 5 inches on ya." "Oh do you, big boy?" She said with a wink. Johnny stood there red faced, opening and closing his mouth, but finally just walked through the door without a word. "Someone is in rare form tonight." Michelle said with a laugh. They were all sat around the table, Brian on one end, Michelle next to him, Val, Matt, Zack, Peyton, Jimmy, Leana, Lacey, and then Johnny on the other end. "Oh shit," Brian sighed, "Whose idea was it to put Jim and Pey together?" Jimmy's hand shot up, "MINE!" He shouted, causing other tables to look at him. "It's going to be a looong night friends." Leana laughed.

Everyone was a few drinks in when the cook came to cook their dinner. Jimmy and Peyton kept goofing off with him and asking him to do tricks. Once their dinner was cooked and everyone was eating, Leana broke the silence. "So, Peyton, when are you and Zee going to finally just get back together?" Brian choked on his rice, and Val had to hide her face. "I.....um....well......." Peyton stuttered. "We're taking it slow." Zack spoke up, while Peyton nodded. "Yep. I have to get my shit together, and make sure any other other available bachelors in Huntington aren't interested." She joked, winking at Zack. "Well can you like hurry it up? Because I really want you to go on tour with us next time." Jimmy asked. "Jim, regardless of whether Zack and I are back together by the next tour or not, I'll be on that damn bus." Peyton said to her blue eyed friend, "Nothing can stop me from touring!" "Oh boy. Another tour with Peyton and Jimmy. You guys remember the last time she went on tour with us?" Matt asked with a laugh. "Oh you mean like the time she caught the stove in the bus on fire?" Zack asked with a laugh, "Or that time she dared Jimmy to moon everyone out the front windows and he mooned a cop?" Val said. "Or, how about that time they got super drunk and then somehow got stuck in the elevator, and Peyton called me saying they killed the little elevator man?" Matt laughed. The entire table was laughing hysterically, Lacey was wiping the tears from her eyes. "Oh shit. Those were good fucking times. We definitely need to do that again!" Jimmy said. "I'm down! Just as long as there's NO tequila!" Peyton laughed. "Yeah, no tequila on the bus this time. Hell no tequila for Peyton ever. I have never seen her so drunk, and so sick afterward." Val laughed. "That shit was horrible." Peyton cringed.

After everyone was finished eating dinner, they all decided to head to Matt and Val's house. Val drove Peyton's Jeep, because Jimmy had her taking shots before and during dinner, she was in no condition to drive. Once they got to Matt's house, their crazy antics continued, except Peyton refused to drink any more alcohol. "Nope. No way. You guys tried to fucking kill me the other night at the party. Nope nope nope." "Aw you party pooper." Jimmy pouted, "Just one more shot? PLEASE?" He begged her, getting on his knees in front of her. "I won't give in to peer pressure! You can't make me!" She shouted, running away from her crazy friend, who chased her out the door and tackled her right into the pool. "JIMMY!" She shrieked, "I have no clothes!" Well, I guess it's a damn good thing you and Val wear the same size!" Matt shouted to her with a laugh. Peyton huffed and got out of the pool shivering. "You cold?" Zack asked, wrapping a towel around her. "Ffffffreezing." She said, snuggling up to Zack, "Once I get into some dry clothes do you want to take me home? I'm a little sore after all that work I did today." "Of course I'll take you home. Go grab some clothes and we'll head out." The green eyed guitarist said, kissing her head. Peyton headed upstairs with Val to get some clothes, while Matt and Brian were smirking at Zack. "What did I miss? What do you two know that I don't?" Jimmy asked, water dripping off of him onto the kitchen floor. "Dude, first of all get a towel and dry off before I punch you. Second, Peyton told Zee she loves him today." Matt said to his friend. "I KNEW IT!" Jimmy shouted, smacking Zack on the back. "I knew she still loved you buddy, everyone could see it. I'm happy for you." Zack smiled at his goofy friend, "Thanks Rev. Now I've just got to convince her to actually be with me." "Ah, don't sweat that dude, she'll come around in no time. You have always been her number one." Johnny spoke up. They changed the subject when the girls came back downstairs, Peyton looking at them suspiciously. "You guys gossip worse than fucking old women."

Zack and Peyton said their goodbyes to their friends, and headed for her house. "You gonna be okay by yourself?" He asked her, getting out to walk her to the door. "Yeah, I'll be fine. I'll probably just turn on a chick flick and lay in bed for the rest of the night. I'm beat." She said with a yawn. "Well, call me if you need me. I'll see you later." He kissed her forehead, made sure she locked the door behind her, and headed home.

Once Peyton was ready for bed, her phone started ringing. Thinking it was Zack or Jimmy, she answered without looking. "Helloooooooo" she said in a goofy voice. But what she heard next made her blood run cold. "You can't hide in Huntington Beach forever. I will find you."
