Narrator's POV:

Huntington Beach was starting to feel safe again. There hasn't been another body found in almost two months. The residents were starting to go back to their normal lives. They all believed that it was over.

Although shaken up Annaleigh refused to become a victim. She has a life to live and she wasn't going to let anyone take that from her.

Matt and Willow decided that they were both going to lay low. There's no saying if Annaleigh had gone to the cops after escaping from Matt. Of course that meant no killing for either one of them but they found a much more euphoric way to spend their time.

Willow's POV:

An idea suddenly strikes me. Matt had told me that Annaleigh had given him get phone number. I don't know why I hadn't thought of it before.

"Do you still have her phone number?" I question.

"Why?" Matt wonders.

I explain that with her phone number we can track her every move. Then it's as simple as me approaching her in a public place. Since she didn't see my face that night.
