Big Not So Bad Wolf

Declan's POV:

I'm woken by a loud banging sound. Turning to check the bed I double check that Cheyenne and the six kids are sound asleep. I quickly realized there are only our four kids on the bed.

A breeze catches my attention. It's then I see that the balcony doors are open. I rush outside hoping to catch whoever it was who had taken James and Artemis it the night is empty.

Failure slams into me. I had promised Zack and Allie their children were safe and they had been kidnapped from right under my nose. With a heavy sigh I walk over and grab the phone.

When I hear the dial tone I punch in Zack's cell phone number. It rings and rings just when I think it's going to go to voicemail Allie answers.

I get right to the point of why I'm calling. After all delaying the news will only take up valuable time to try and search for them.

"Artemis and James have been taken." I regrettably tell her.

An agonizing cry punctures my ear drum. Then the sound of a thunk tells me that Allie has more than likely dropped to the floor. I try calling her name.

After about a minute I hear Zack's voice come over the line. I tell him what I've just said to Allie. He tells me they'll be here soon then the call ends.
