This party was getting off to a wonderful but slow start but it was fun and Rita was getting to know everyone so that makes me happy Zack and Samantha were in conversation about an upcoming tour which I'm sure the rest of his bandmates were unaware of either way I was still thrilled that everyone was having a great time Rita's hair has this wonderful glow to it which made me smile she could be the one but am I doubting her ? I didn't even give her a chance this wasn't like me at all so I went to the only person I knew could help me Zack was a professional at this type of thing so why not ask for help ? I walked up behind Zack he was still in conversation but she seemed to have dyed her hair. I don't know. I had to find Rita but she was occupied with Samantha ? Okay this is crazy.



Jessica and Brian shared a kiss under the "Unlucky Mistletoe" want to know why I call it the "Unlucky Mistletoe" ? Because nobody has ever kissed me under it but that was going to change tonight because I look forward to sharing my first kiss with Rita and she was starting to really grow on me and I can't shake this feeling of the butterflies every time I look at her especially when she blushes that makes my knees weak she has everything I want in a girlfriend but will she pass the annual Baker Family Dinner? Zack has been through it with Gena and she passed with flying colors I don't know how that was even possible but she did it so I hope that this works with Rita because I really like this girl and if she can't pass then I'm not going to give up on her like that I'm still going to be with her if my parents don't like it they are going deal with it. I watched as everyone danced the night away and I was still determined to get that kiss at the end of the night Matt and Zack sat outside to get away from the noise.




"Guys how are you enjoying the party ?" I asked joining them outside.


"It's going great and nobody spiked the eggnog this year!" Zack screamed.


"Yeah usually someone does every year." I chuckled.



The night was coming to an end and I still haven't gotten my kiss yet from Rita but she had disappeared but I don't know where she went rather than sitting here waiting for her to come and kiss me I was going to find her and plant a big kiss on her lips my brother and Samantha left the party two hours ago and Samantha was still here ? I saw her on the stairs talking with Danielle who was Matt's girlfriend she was very pretty no wonder why Matt took an interest in her.


"So who is this Rita girl?" Matt asked.


"She is just a girl I met at work" I tried to hide my blushing face.


"She's more than just a girl I think." Zack smirked.


"Oh." Matt looked at me with mischievous eyes.



Samantha had left the party over two hours ago why was she still here ? Or maybe she had been cloned and her clone decided to show up Zack wanted to help me clean up but I told him I had it covered but he stayed anyway he wanted know more about Rita what made me think about her more than I usually do but I just felt like a complete fool whenever I thought about her the biggest judge is our parents how are they going to react to her ? I can't wait to bring her home. Whoa never thought I'd say that but she was really special to me and I couldn't handle not having her around she was starting to become my everything.

Danielle and Matt waited for me to explain why Samantha never left the party maybe they were seeing double like I was but this was just too much to contain but Brandon did leave with a brunette she had Samantha's face and body structure yes I studied her body some people find that a little bit strange that's how I know everything about a person Zack decided to leave right after I was done cleaning but the Rita conversation was far from over... And so was this party but then I spotted Rita now here's my chance this night wasn't over just yet.



"I've been looking for you everywhere." I spoke up.


"Oh sorry darling I ran off with Jessica and Dani for a bit." Rita had that golden smile I couldn't resist.


"Oh where did you go?" I asked.


"They were just showing me around and we went out for lunch on the pier." Rita held my hand I loved it when she held my hand.



We both stood in my living room under the "Unlucky Mistletoe" her brown eyes met mine and before I knew I planted my lips on hers and it felt like magic she held on to me like her life depended on it I knew that she was just more than my co worker she was someone I could spend forever with and nobody was going to ruin my happiness she was all that I wanted and more so tonight was pretty amazing if you ask me.
