*Several Weeks Later*
I rolled over in bed, and opened my eyes. The clock said 5:24 am, and I could just barely see the sun coming up over the beach, from my window. Man was I glad I had a great view, moving out here to California was one of the best decisions I've ever made, despite the craziness of psycho boyfriends. I slipped out of bed, and threw on a sports bra and athletic shorts. I put on my Nike's, grabbed my iPhone and ear buds, and headed downstairs. No one was up yet, so I walked out to the patio, quietly shutting the door behind me, today was going to be a great day for a run.

I opened the gate that led to the sand and the beach, turned on my music, and took off running. The guys probably wouldn't get up for several more hours, so I was free to do whatever until then. I was so thankful that I was finally healed, otherwise I'd never be able to enjoy running or swimming.

I ran along the beach until the sun came up over the horizon. I stopped to check my phone, it was now 6:45, I'd been running for over an hour, so I decided to head back home. On my way back to the house, I couldn't help but long for a swim in the ocean, everything about the beach looked so inviting today. I laid down my phone and sprinted towards the water, jumping right in and letting the water swarm my body entirely. I resurfaced, and swam back towards the shore. I quickly grabbed my phone, and sprinted towards home.

As I neared the house, I could tell someone was up, the curtains covering the door that led out to the patio were now open, letting the sunlight through. I slowed down to a walk, and went through the gate. I was about to open the door, when it slid open.

"Morning, beautiful." Brian greeted.

"Hey, morning, Brian. You scared me." He walked out, past me, and onto the patio, looking over the fence at the beach beyond.

"Sorry, didn't mean to. What are you doing up so early?"

"I woke up early, and decided to go for a run. The better question is, why are you up early? Shouldn't you be sleeping half the day away?"

"Ha..ha. You're funny. I woke up earlier, when you left. I must say, though, I'm glad I'm up now, it's not everyday I get to see you like this." He nodded towards my sports bra and shorts. Oh shit, I had forgotten what I was wearing, and now I felt completely insecure.

"Hmm, you're right. Well it's not everyday I get to see you like this!" I yelled as I shoved him into the pool.

"What the fuck was that for?!" Brian yelled as he resurfaced.

"You look like you needed to cool down." I said smirking. "Stop yelling you're going to wake the rest of them up."

"Them? You make them sound like a pack of wolves or something." He swam towards the edge of the pool, and pulled himself out. Man he looked smoking right now. I just wanted to...

"Dammit, Brian!" I yelled as I, now, resurfaced from the water.

"Stop yelling." He scolded me, as he smiled. I swam over to the edge, and grabbed his leg, dragging him under the water with me.

When we both resurfaced, it took a second to catch our breaths. I looked over at Brian, and I don't know what came over me, I swam right up to him, and kissed him.

As I pulled away, he looked stunned.

"I..I'm sorry. I don't know why I did that." I stammered out.

"Don't be sorry." He replied, kissing me again. He wrapped his arms around me, pulling me closer to him, and I wrapped my legs around his torso. The kiss deepened, and I couldn't help but let out a moan. This kiss only reminded me of how much I hadn't been able to have any sort of sexual activity lately.

Suddenly, though, I remembered just who I was kissing. I thought I liked Matt, but now I was kissing Brian? What the fuck was wrong with me?! I did like Matt. Man, he was so... fuck. What.Am.I.Doing.
