Dont Pray For Me

RAE POV

As much as I didnt want to get out of bed this morning I knew that if I didnt soon someone would be in here to drag me out of it, so I stood to my feet and decided to take a shower. Matt was still sleeping peacefully in the bed when I went into the bathroom but when I came out he was nowhere to be seen.

Walking out into the hallway I noticed the house was quiet. It usually was filled with laughter, fighting, singing, screaming babies, or cuss words from frustrated gamers. Today there was none of that, so I went door to door checking the rooms, my heart thumping erratically in my chest.

Empty.

The bathrooms? Empty

The kitchen? Empty

The living room, dining room, basement/cellar, and every other space in this huge fucking mansion was fucking empty!

My heart began to beat even more rapidly in my chest as I swung the backdoor open revealing everyone in the backyard gathered around a table. Finally I was able to breathe normally as I walked over and gave everyone a smile.

"Hey baby" Matt smiled pulling me down onto his lap. "Hi" I grinned as I planted kisses all over his face.

I turned my attention to Brian and Gretchen, "Arent you two supposed to be on your honeymoon? And what happened to you?" I asked pointing to the obvious stitched up skin and dried blood covering Gretchens arm and thigh.

"Thats actually what we were just talking about, you decided to wake up at the perfect time" Jimmy stated as he rested his hand on Hollys baby bump.

"Ok so long story short, Michelle attacked us at the hotel, we fought, Brian got knocked out and then he knocked her out" Gretchen said. I looked over at Brian and decided to poke fun at him.

"How did you let someone as scrawny as Michelle knock you out?" I asked. Brian rolled his eyes and continued with the story as Nix and Zacky went to put the twins down for a nap.

NIX POV

The group came back inside and met us in the kitchen. "Whats up?" Zacky asked Brian as he ushered us to join them. "I have to show you how our night ended" he stated pulling his keys out from his pocket.

I looked at Zacky with confusion before lacing our hands and following behind the group to the cellar. It was beyond dark and I kept bumping into whoever was in front of me in the dark.
"Sorry, maybe if someone would turn a damn light on we wouldnt be running into people," Lyric replied.

Suddenly the lights came on and we were face to face with a very much alive and restrained Michelle. My mouth hung open in disbelief, what the fuck have they gotten us into this time!?

"What the fuck have you done?" Jimmy spat towards Brian.

"She attacked us, we didnt want to kill her and start all that shit again so we brought her here to find out what to do next" Gretchen frowned. I pushed through the group and kneeled in front of Michelle. She was awake, staring at us speaking muffled words due to the tape over her mouth.

"Can you say that again?" Holly asked yanking the tape off of Michelles face. "You stupid fucking amateurs" Michelle smiled at us with a sinister face, "Brian you should have found someone a little bit smarter for a wife."

"Whats that supposed to mean?" Brian asked.

Michelle turned her attention away from Brian and towards me as a cellphone began to ring.

"You fucking didnt Brian.....tell me you didnt bring her CELL PHONE here!?" I screamed shoving him away from me. Brian had a sudden look of realization on his face before hanging his head down low.

"Hello?" Zacky answered the cell phone and put it on speaker for all of us to hear.

"Have you checked the children?" the voice asked before cackling uncontrollably and hanging up. My eyes connected with Zackys and everyone ran out of the cellar as fast as their bodies could handle them, leaving Zacky, myself and Michelle alone.

I heard a door splinter away from the wall and Matt screaming. "You stupid fucking worthless whores! Find them now!" Matt commanded.

I took one last glance at Michelle who was still smirking before running up the stairs behind Zacky. Everyone scattered out of the room to find the kids while I crumbled onto the floor sobbing in Zees arms. "They have my babies" I mumbled. I felt dizzy, nauseous, and thats when the world went black around me.

LYRIC POV

When everyone scattered I ran up to Brian, slamming my fists into his chest, "Are you fucking stupid Brian!? How many times have I told you to NEVER bring an active phone that can be tracked here!?"

"Lyr, I....Im so..." he scrambled to get the words out of his mouth.

Johnny came up from behind and wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me away from Brian. "Babe, this isnt helping right now, we have to find the kids, now" he held my face in his hands and kissed me before dragging me away towards the computers in our room.

I sat down and Johnny and I set out on the task of finding any evidence of how they got inside the house without tripping any alarms. The security system was fried so there was no footage from the cameras around the house, it also explains how they got inside so quietly.

"Everything is fucking fried!" I shrieked slamming my fists against the keyboard. I turned to Johnny, watching as he ran his hands over his face. "Babe, I really need a cigarette, can I step out for a minute?" he asked.

I nodded and kept working on putting trackers on the cell phones. I tapped into street cameras to get a list of all the vehicles that have been down this area since yesterday. So far nothing was useful.

This had to stop! Now Derek and Deannes lives were at stake.
