Matt's Pov
"I swear I'm gonna rip off his balls!" I said punching my fist on the door. "Matt, stop it. You'll get hurt." Val said and took my hand in hers. "It's not Zacky's fault wholly." she said, rubbing my knuckles. "Where's he?" Jimmy asked as he and Johnny arrived. "On his way." I spat. "What actually happened?" Jimmy asked. "Zacky fucking Vengeance fucked up. Big time!" I said angrily. "Zacky fucked up?" Johnny asked with a chuckle. "What's so funny, huh?!" I shouted.

"Michelle got to know that Zacky brought her to Molly's store by lying to her. That's why she left from there." Val explained. "That means Zacky wasted his day?!" Jimmy asked and Val nodded in response. "I'm gonna rip off his head!" Jimmy said pissed. "How the fuck did he fuck up?!" I asked Jimmy in frustration. "Just sit down, all of you!" Val screamed. We three sat down immediately and Val stood in front of us. Now Val does not get angry easily, but when she does she's a nightmare you never wanna see. "Now listen! Zacky did not fuck up on purpose. Let him arrive, he'll give his statement and then decide which part of his body you're gonna rip off! Until then, sit down and keep mum." she said and put a hand on her lips.

The doorbell rang and I got up. "I'll get it." Val said and went to get the door. "How could he mess up?!" Jimmy hissed. Val entered the living room with Zacky behind her. Jimmy and I got up and shot daggers at him. "Don't." Val said sternly to us. "Why'd you fuck up, V?" Johnny asked and Zacky flipped him off. "He's right! Why'd you fuck up?!" I growled. "Matt, it wasn't my fault. Chelle overheard Molly's customer, what could I do?" Zacky asked with a shrug. "Then whose fault was it?" Jimmy asked.

"Look, I agree I should have stayed with Chelle the whole time. And I'm sorry for not doing that." Zacky apologized. Jimmy, Johnny and I crossed our arms, not replying to Zack. "Matt." Val said sternly and I sighed. "You're forgiven." I mumbled. "No, he's not!" Jimmy said earning a glare from my wife. "Jimmy!" she said and Jimmy closed his eyes. "Okay, V. You're forgiven." he said. "Johnny, your turn." Val said and Johnny shrugged. "I didn't scream at him." he said. "But you made fun of him." Val said and Johnny apologized too.

"After whatever happened today, I wanna make a decision." Jimmy said. "It better be good." I said looking at him. "As our plan, Johnny's supposed to talk with Chelle next." he said. "Yeah, so?" Johnny asked. "I don't think you should." Jimmy said to him. "What? Why?!" Johnny exclaimed. "Short Shit, Zacky messed up. God knows what you will do." Jimmy said, tapping a finger on Johnny's forehead. "Hey!" Johnny said in defense. "He's right." Val said and Johnny looked seriously offended.

"Johnny, I'm not saying Jimmy's right because I think you'll mess up too. I'm saying this because I think we should give a break to Chelle." Val said. "Even I agree with her. We shouldn't bug Michelle every fucking day." I said. "What if she leaves then?!" Johnny asked. "I don't think she'll leave after we all talk to her." Val said. "Yeah. And Chelle's definitely not gonna leave after I talk to her." Jimmy said with a grin. "What have you planned?" Val asked him. "It's a secret." Jimmy whispered.

"I'm feeling strange." I said and everyone looks at me. "Why?" Zacky asked and I shrugged. "I can't digest the fact that Chelle is actually leaving Brian for some job." I said in an unbelievable tone. "Don't worry, Matt. We'll convince Chelle to stay back." Johnny said. "I don't think we should stop her." I said. "What?! Are you insane?!!" Jimmy said. "Listen to me. Val tried to explain her, she did not listen. We tried to talk to her, she did not listen. She left from the mall because Zacky took her to Molly's store. What does all this mean?" I said.

"It means that Chelle's not thinking clearly." Jimmy said. "Matt, don't give up because of what happened in the past two days. We can do this." Val said. "Fine, I'll talk to her only once." I said. "So, should I meet Chelle tomorrow?" Johnny asked. "No, let's give her a break tomorrow." Val said. "Has anyone talked to Brian?" Zacky asked. "After last night, I didn't talk with him." Jimmy said. "I think we should-" I was cut off by Val's ringtone. "Brian's calling me." Val said looking at her phone. "Pick up and talk casually." I said.

Val exhaled and picked the call. "Hello." she said. "Speaker." Zacky whispered and Val followed his instructions. "Hey, Brian." she said. "Hi, Val. Are you busy?" Brian asked. "I'm...." Val looked at me and I mouthed 'no'. ".....not busy." she said. "So, can we meet now?" Brian asked. "What for?" Val asked. "Actually, the thing is....." Brian trailed off. "Don't hesitate." Val said. "I'm missing Chelle." Brian said and I looked at Val. If he's missing Chelle, why is he calling Val? "As you guys said I shouldn't meet Chelle before Sunday, I didn't call her even. So I though maybe we could hang out for sometime." Brian said.

I showed Val a thumbs up and she nodded. "Okay, you can come over now." she said. "I was thinking maybe we could meet outside." Brian said and I shook my head sideways. "Okay." Val said and I gaped at her. "I'll send you the address soon." Brian said and hung up. "Why'd you say 'okay'?" I asked Val. "It's not the time to think why I said 'okay'. It's time to work and make some plans." she said. "What do you mean by plans?" Johnny asked. "Jimmy's meeting Chelle next. So you guys should discuss a little on how he should talk to Chelle." Val said. Brian send the address to Val and she went upstairs to get ready.

"Jimmy, what are your plans?" Zacky asked. "I was thinking I should take Chelle to a sorceress." he said enthusiastically. "A what?" Zacky, Johnny and I said at the same time. "A sorceress. She can hypnotize Chelle and make her stay back!" Jimmy said excitedly. "Are you nuts?! Chelle does not need a sorceress!" Zacky exclaimed. "It was just a thought." Jimmy said crossing his arms. "Bad thought." I said. "Take her somewhere out. Take her to a place where she and Brian spent most of their time together. Then she'll realize what she's gonna miss if she leaves." Zacky said. "You want me to take Chelle to Brian's house?" Jimmy asked. "What? When did I say that?!" Zacky said irritated. "That's where they spent most of their time together!" Jimmy said. "I said take her somewhere 'out'!" Zacky said. "Fine! I'll take her somewhere 'out'!" Jimmy huffed.

I went upstairs to check on Val. "Val?" I called her name and she responded from the washroom. "Can I come in?" I asked and she said yes. I went inside and found her doing her hair. "So, where are you going?" I asked. "Brian sent an address of some coffee shop nearby." she said facing me. "Do you know what to do?" I asked and she nodded. "Don't start crying there." I joked, earning a small punch on my arm. "Good luck." I pecked her lips and went downstairs.

Valary's Pov
I was in front of the coffee shop Brian had texted me. I went inside and looked around. "Val." I heard Brian's voice and saw him sitting on a table near the window. I walked to him and sat down in front of him. "Hi." I said with a faint smile. "Hey. How's your leg now?" he asked. "Better." I lied. "So..did you talk to Chelle?" I asked carefully. "Not yet." he said shaking his head. Thank god! "Do you wanna talk about something? Or....?" I asked. "Not really. I wanted to see Chelle, so the best way was to call you here." he said.

"Can I ask you something?" I said. "Maybe you can." he said leaning back on the chair. "Are you sure about proposing Chelle?" I asked. He cocked an eyebrow and brought his face closer to mine. "Why would you ask this, Val?" he said, more like whispered. "I mean, as far as I know you, you didn't wanna get married anytime soon." I said and he smirked as he sat back properly. "I guess I changed my mind about that.' he said. "Oh." I said.

"Do you wanna order something?" he asked. "No." I said. "You sure?" he asked and I nodded my head. "Okay, then let's go." he said and stood up. "Are we going home?" I asked getting up too. "Home? We just met now." he chuckled and guided me out of the shop. "Do you wanna go to the beach?" he asked and I looked at my watch. "It's almost 7 pm, you wanna hit the beach now?" I asked raising my eyebrows. "I can go there any time of the day." he said with a shrug. "You like to go there?" I asked and he looked surprised. "You didn't know that?" he asked with a chuckle and I shook my head. "I love it there." he said.

I'm not sure whether Chelle's gonna break his heart on Sunday. But I surely don't wanna upset him now by saying no. "Okay, let's go." I said with a faint smile. "How's Chelle?" Brian asked as we walked to the beach. "She's good." I said. "Does she talk about me?" Brian asks. "As a matter of fact, she does." I said nodding my head. Of course she does! She's been screaming his name for the past three days! We reached the beach and sat down on the cool sand. Nobody was there except for the two of us.

"I come here every week." Brian spoke up. "Alone?" I ask. "Chelle used to come with me sometimes." he said. I played with the wedding ring on my finger. "Soon Chelle will have a ring like that on her finger." Brian said looking at my ring. Oh, I don't think so.........

"Chelle....." I heard Brian say and looked around. Michelle was here? "Where?" I asked looking at Brian. He placed his hand on my cheek and came closer. Shit, what's got into him? He came closer and I understood what he was gonna do. Do something, Val! Or else he'll kiss you! Do something! "Bri-" I was cut off when I felt his lips on mine. What the fuck is happening?! I felt him brush his tongue against my lips and I finally pushed him away. He backed away and almost froze. "Brian!" I said surprised. He rubbed his face and said, "I'm so, so sorry Val. I got carried away, I thought you were Chelle and I haven't seen her in 3 weeks. And I...got carried away." Brian rambled on until I stopped him. "Brian." I grabbed his face in my hands and he looked very surprised. "It's okay, I can understand." I said.

"I'm really sorry, Val. Please don't tell Matt, he's gonna kill me!" Brian said in panic. "Don't worry, I won't tell him anything." I said and stood up. He also stood up and said, "You must be thinking I'm creepy and all. But I didn't do it on purpose, Val." I smiled faintly and said, "I know you didn't do it on purpose. Just forget about it." I said. Brian dropped me home and I went inside. "How was your meeting?" Matt asked as I got inside. "He just misses Chelle." I said with a sigh. "Now that's a big issue." Matt said shaking his head. "Yeah, that's a huge issue." I said.
