Amy’s POV
After hearing Sara’s scream that interrupted Brian and me, I knew that it sounded like she was having fun, and I mean not the fun Brian was thinking they were doing.
Not everything was about sex, well…

Anyways, I wanted to find out what those two had first discovered, so I scrambled off the bed and left into the directions where Sara’s voice had been coming from.

“We could be doing so many other nice things right now… while they seem to be occupied” Brian’s voice sounded in my ear, which meant he had recovered and caught up with me.
“Or we can do those other things later on” I gave him a quick smile over my shoulder and followed the trail.

I looked around the path and found different flowers and palm trees, this really was a beautiful secluded island and I thought I would never see something like this in all my life.
“Beautiful” I whispered in awe, my footsteps slowing and I felt two arms sneak around my waist, holding me against a firm chest.

“It is” Brian’s soft voice sounded next to my ear while I smiled, more thoughts were running around my head, if I hadn’t drunkenly married this guy, I would never have visited this island and I would have never spend this quality time with a man like him.

He looked so different from the “normal” men I found attractive. He was tattooed all over, his hair was styled perfectly, that famous smirk, all in all he was a fucking handsome man, his high cheekbones and those small but perfectly shaped lips…

“You like what you see?” Brian’s voice dipped low when he whispered that in my ear and I swallowed thickly, okay maybe it was a lot about the physical attraction, and earlier today we had realized that we even have the same kind of humor but were there other things that we had in common?
Or would we soon realize just how different we really were?
And did I even want to know all this?
This was a two weeks summer fling, I didn’t have to know if we were fitting for each other on a basis that was more than just a vacation flirt.

“I really like what I-” Another scream from Sara interrupted us and Brian rolled his eyes “Fine, now I wanna know what this is about” He grabbed my hand and guided me along the paths until we arrived at the beginning of a small lake.

And it wasn’t only that there was even a waterfall in the middle of this freaking island, my mouth hang agape and I just stared at this beautiful view.
“Oh my-” I started
“God” Brian finished for me and then my eyes wandered over to where I saw Sara hanging on a robe, swinging over the edge of the sea, and when she was right above the middle she let go and with a loud splash landed in the water, after a few seconds she came back up and gasped for air.

“Oh look who made it!” Sara yelled waving at us and I let my eyes wander over the area, finding Matt at the top of this little waterfall.
“Oh hell… what is he doing there?” I pointed my finger at Matt who looked like he planned to jump.
“Jumping?” Brian shrugged and moved forward pulling me along.
“What do you mean? Jumping? He can’t just jump from there, he doesn’t even know how deep the water is-” But before I ended that sentence, Matt took off in a run and jumped down the waterfall, into the lake and I widened my eyes, shock and awe together mingled to one emotion.

“What if, what if…” I couldn’t get the words out and then felt a hand on my back, rubbing up and down reassuringly, calming me down “He likes to do shit like that… He is as an action fanatic, well action and video games, you will get used to that with the more time you spend with us.” Brian said and then looked at me from the side, his eyes widened a little and I got what he meant, or rather not meant… ‘The time that we spend during the next two weeks and that’s it’

“I know… and are you… do you…?” I asked a little anxious trailing off with my sentence and Brian grinned “Not as much as he does… but after spending enough time with him, he got me into doing some stupid shit, and also some fun stuff… We did mountain rafting once, was pretty cool… But jumping from high cliffs? No, thank you nothing for me. I rather stay grounded” Brian said and I let out a relieved breathe.

After Brian and I were so absorbed into our conversation, we hadn’t even seen Matt or Sara approach us from the back, at least not before suddenly two big wet hands grabbed my hips and pulled me into a wet body.

“AHHHH” I screamed, feeling Matt’s wet body against mine “You thought to stay dry? I don’t think so Mrs. Haner” He laughed and carried me along with him into the water and dipped me down.
I gasped for air when I came back up on the surface and just saw how Sara jumped onto Brian’s back and made him stumble onto the water with her.

“What the hell?” I looked around finding a smirking Matt beside me “You two need to loosen up a little bit, this is a family vacation. Don’t hold back…” He wiggled his eyebrows at me and I snorted a laugh.

“Family vacation?” I tipped my forefinger against my chin as if I was thinking deeply, “Maybe you are right, Sara and you are the annoying little kids that need all of our attention…” I grinned and Matt pushed me back under the water and when I came back up he grinned with a wicked gleam in his eyes, “I wanted to do some nice adult things to your friend, but you had to ruin it with your-”
This time it was me who shoved him with all my might under the water, and I would have never succeeded if he hadn’t let me.

“Are you guys ready or do you want some more time for yourselves? Your husband is waiting, Ames?!” Sara’s voice sounded from the side and I whisked the water from my eyes to look at her and Brian standing at the outside of the lake, Sara tapping her foot while Brian stood there with a lifted eyebrow.

“Who are the annoying kids now? Huh?” Matt whispered while we swam towards the other side and Brian helped me out of the water.
“How about we explore the island a little more and then we head back to have a snack at the beach?” Sara asked and I nodded.
“Sure, let’s go” I nodded and grabbed Sara’s arm while Brian and Matt went to follow us.

We moved along the small paths further into the island, away from the small lake with the waterfall, but which didn’t mean it was any less beautiful.

Someone really took care of this island and made it a special place, and probably earned a lot of money with the rich tourists who booked these kinds of events, and right now I was more than happy that I had married one of them.

“I gotta go back on the boat when we make a stop for the snack” I announced turning around, seeing that Matt and Brian had their eyes directed on my and Sara’s ass.
I rolled my eyes, while his eyes snapped up and he grinned at me “Why would you need that?”

“I gotta check my phone real quick… If my boss called… I feel bad for just putting this vacation first, when I should have been at work” I said feeling a little guilty, knowing that James must be pretty much lost without me organizing his work.

“Uhhuuu… James, can’t handle the work without his assistant, can he? I bet he just called to hear your voice” Sara winked and I rolled my eyes, what this woman was thinking sometimes was beyond me.

I saw the frown on Brian face and Sara began to laugh loudly, but before Brian could ask or Sara could make any more nonsense comments about my work, we arrived at this huge climbing park,
“Whoa… look at this” Sara gasped and I saw Matt sprinting forward “We gotta check this out!”

We quickly moved behind them and Matt had already found an employee he was talking to, this seemed not to be as secluded as we thought, but they made it look like it, which was a nice surprise.

We received a pair of shorts and shirts and then we were put into some holding arrangements and safety ropes. I didn’t really know if this was a good idea, I wasn’t very fond of heights, but apparently that didn’t seem to interest the rest of my little group of friends, because they climbed already up there.

The instructor helped me and Sara the last steps, while Matt and Brian were already moving forward.
“Here are a few areas where you have to work as a team, so you should decide on who works with whom. It’s a partner workout” He announced and Matt held his hand out for Sara while I moved next to Brian.

He looked down on me with a frown “You okay?” He asked and I nodded “Yeah, not feeling too peachy with heights, but hey… We will see where this gets us right?” I tried to sound confident but knew I failed.

Matt’s POV
“Alright, the teams are set as I can see, then let’s move over to the first track, it’s a rope where you have to balance along, you got on both sides above your head a safety line where you can grab a hold on and help yourself or assist you on the rope. And keep in mind you got the safety rope, if you fall, nothing will happen. I’m gonna wait for you on the other side” The instructor climbed down and I smiled, this was exactly the kind of vacation I liked.

Friends around me, a beautiful chick to have fun with, action to blow some steam off, sun and the beach, all I needed was around me.

Sara was the first to balance on the rope, she made small steps and was fast on the other side without needing assistance. I had to get that done as well, but I guess women were just better on these tasks, when it came to strength and climbing up somewhere, I would make some plus points.

I had to correct my stance once by grabbing the line above, but then made the way all by myself.
When it was Amy’s turn she looked a little green, Brian was talking to her, but she shook her head.
“I-I can’t” She said and Sara tapped my shoulder.
“Let them figure that out and move on” She smiled and pulled me over to the next area.

I chanced a last look over to Brian and Amy, to see that Brian had moved onto the rope first, holding Amy’s hand and balancing now together, if that was easier I doubted, but she seemed to be more confident now so that seemed to be working out for them and I had to admit I was proud how my best friend handled the whole situation lately, but maybe I had to talk to him about that again as well… Not really getting a chance to check in with him and how he was feeling about all this…

“Are you ready or what?” Sara asked beside me and I frowned “What?”
“Did you hear a word our instructor said?” She asked lifting her eyebrows and I grinned sheepishly.
“No, I rather have you explain it to me” I told her and she laughed, that sound made my grin even broader.

“We gotta hang our safety rope up here” She showed me where to secure myself “Then we gotta work as team, climb up to this little platform, and then move along the tree to the next spot.” She pointed along the way and I grinned, that was something for me.

The area to climb up was way too high for Sara to reach even the first reaching area for her hands on her own, so I lifted her small form up, and she let out a small shriek not having seen that coming.
“What are you doing?” She laughed and giggled, even more when I let my hands move into a less appropriate area.

“MATT! Stop it!” She yelled and I grinned “I’m helping you up, what’s the matter?” I asked and Sara chuckled “Or rather I’m helping you up?!” She asked with a downwards glance on me and I swallowed, “Don’t stare like that or you are right.”

“Alright, what do we do?” Brian and Amy appeared next to us and Amy looked up with a sigh.
“We could have done everything… but heights?!” She groaned and I chuckled while Sara smiled at her “You did amazing back there, you stepped over your fear, you will get the rest done as well”

Sara quickly explained what to do and Brian and Amy secured themselves and after the instructor checked everything, I held Sara up again, she now knew what I was doing and I saw Brian do the same to Amy as well, it was enough space for both girls to climb parallel.

“Nice view” Brian chuckled looking up after Amy and I did the same with Sara, her muscles moving, her cute little ass shown tightly in those shorts and Amy huffed out a breath “Next climb you go first” Sara laughed, “That’s a brilliant idea, we want something to look at as well…”
“That’s a deal” I grinned and Brian punched my shoulder.

Sara was up first, but Amy was only shortly behind her, next were Brian and my part and well, we are not that competitive, hell who am I lying to, we were both pretty damn competitive and we wanted both to be up first, showing off for the girls a little bit, and believe it or not, we did that in record time, with both grabbing the top rim at the same fucking time.

When we were both up I held my fist out to Brian to bump against “Nice… next time, you’ll lose”
“We will see” Brian grinned and we continued with the park.

After we had every station behind us we grabbed a quick drink and I had to admit that I could really use a snack right now, so we followed the plan from earlier and went back the route we came from past the little lake and to the beach where we had swam to in the beginning.

I let myself fall onto the small beach bed and smiled, the sun was still high, but it must be afternoon already with all the time we had spent here already.
“Tired from the workout?” Sara asked beside me and I shook my head “No, just hungry” I grinned at the double meaning and Sara seemed to get it.

“First for some snacks the dessert I’ll take later” I grinned at her and she chuckled.
“Amy and Brian are getting our drinks and some of the snacks and come over” Sara said and lay down beside me.

“That was fun, right?” I asked, laying my arm around her and she lifted her head up to let it rest on my biceps.
“Oh yeah… I never thought to find something like that here on the island, but they organized that pretty well… maybe even the other side of the island is a whole park or something… what if we let the yacht cruise around it tonight, we could have a look at it tomorrow” Sara asked and turned to face me.

“Sounds like a good idea, maybe we find even more adventures there” I grinned and leaned in to taste her sweet lips.
It’s been way too long since I granted myself that little pleasure, and we were here for pleasure and fun, right?

I let my tongue move over Sara’s lip and she granted me entrance, our tongues danced a little with each other until she pulled away with a smile on her lips.
“That was nice and will you still show me later tonight what Brian had shown Amy?” Sara asked with a smirk and I knew what she was talking about.

“I might, depends on how you behave” I grinned and Sara chuckled when Brian and Amy arrived, Amy handed a cocktail to Sara and cold beer bottle to me, we clicked them together and Brian placed the tablet with different fruits and snacks down beside us.

We pushed the tablet in the middle so everyone could reach it and I sat on one side, pulling Sara into my arms, my legs stretched out beside her body, and Brian did the same with Amy before him.

I grabbed some of the fruits and fed it to Sara, she smiled at me and it felt real intimate, even though we were sitting here as four, it was an electricity in the air and around us that made this whole scene feel special.

We didn’t really talk, just ate in silence and enjoyed how the sun slowly began to move around. The evening was slowly approaching and Sara leaned more into my body. I rested my head on her shoulder, enjoying the closeness and the smell of her.

“Should we head back to the boat?” Sara asked softly and I groaned “It feels so good right now, let’s wait a little longer, shall we?” I whispered my nose moving at her ear shell up and down and I felt her shiver.

“Let’s go” I heard Brian’s voice and saw how Amy and Brian got up from the bed, I had already forgotten they were also still sitting beside us.
“You coming?” Brian asked and both Sara and I shook our head “We will wait a little longer, coming after you in a few minutes” I said and Brian nodded.

The two ran into the water and swam together towards the yacht and soon disappeared on deck “They are kind of fitting together, don’t you think?” Sara asked and I smiled “Yeah, kind of” I grinned and Sara elbowed my side.
“What?” I said jokingly and she shook her head but then resting back against me.

“Will you tell me something about yourself?” I asked Sara and she shifted a little cuddling further into me.
“What do you want to know?” She asked and I frowned “Hmm… don’t know. Something about you, how you live? What you normally do?”
“Oh okay… Normally, I’m working a lot, but whenever I and Amy can we spend our time together. Which was way too little when I was still with… you know who.” She shrugged and I nodded “That sucks”

“Yeah, but now… It’s all good. I won’t let anything like that drag me down again. So when I’m not working or meeting with Amy, I like to go to the movies… or musicals, I love music, in all different kind of directions but that’s also what Amy and I share, so mostly we do that together as well…” Sara said and I smiled “We need to play something for you and Amy. Maybe we get the chance to do that when we are back… We could go to some bar and do something acoustic maybe” I smiled, and didn’t know why but I felt the need to show her what I did for a living, thought she should get to know me a bit better, and since music and my band was a huge part of me, that would help me with it.

“That sounds awesome, I would really love to see you on stage again” Sara grinned and I chuckled “So that’s a deal, when we are back at the hotel we will find a way to make it happen” I nodded and then we settled back against the bed, our eyes directed up towards the sky in a peaceful silence.
