The night we brought her home was one if the best nights Michelle and I have had in some time. At first I mostly did it just to please her but I enjoyed it far more than I had imagined.

" you have fun babe?" Michelle whispered running her hand down my chest, a huge grin plastered on her face.

" I sure did, and I'm not ready for it to end" I grinned gazing over to watch halen as she slept next to us. She had no problem falling to sleep after our romp, but Michelle and I were too wired to sleep. We both got up leaving halen as we made our way down to the kitchen and started a pot of coffee.
Michelle turned to me as if she was going to say something but hesitated turning away from me.

" what were you going to say" I questioned curiously.

" no no nothing you'll think I'm crazy" she vigorously shook her head pouring the coffee grounds into the filter. I made my way over and slowly turned her to face me.

" Michelle your my wife I love you, you can trust me. Now what is it?" I said my voice soothing as I gently rubbed her arms.

" don't you think all this is just way more than a coincidence? I mean its almost like fate meeting her?" She said looking straight into my eyes. I wasn't exactly sure what she meant, so I nodded me head to her to continue.

" You know I can't have children and we've always wanted one. As well as bringing in another person into our relationship. Our own little family" she rattled off quickly like if she didn't get it out all at once she wouldn't have the courage to later. Her eyes studying mine trying to gauge my reaction. I started to slowly understand what she was getting at but I had to make sure.

" So you want her to be like a daughter and a girlfriend?" I asked alittle confused.

" I know it sounds crazy but I mean come on Brian she has your hair, skin and eyes. And my petite body frame. It's like it was seriously meant to be!" She said in astonishment like she had just fully figured it out for herself. I took a minute to fully take it all in. And I had to admit I didn't really have any objections. " then Veronica it is" I smiled back as we got our coffee and went back to our room. The sun was starting to come up and our girl was still sound asleep. Michelle layed behind her as she played with her long black hair while she slept. I just stared at her peaceful state. Her chest slowly rising and falling, her face with not a care in the world. I knew that me and Michelle were probably going to hell for what we were planning on doing but it was all worth it, they were both worth it. I smiled at the thought as halen slowly opened her eyes to meet mine as I rubbed her cheek. It's like she knew something was off I could see it in her face. And of course once I broke it to her that she couldn't leave she completely flipped. I saw Michelle reach into the side table and pull out a syringe slyly poking it into halens arm. With that halen fell limp as Michelle and I hovered over her.

" She's a cranky little thing" Michelle giggled softly. " come on babe lets go get her room ready while she naps" she said as we walked to the spare bedroom. We never came in this room since Michelle lost the baby. We had finished decorating this room when Michelle was six months pregnant. Not even two weeks after she lost the baby and neither of us had set foot in this room till now it was too hard.

" it's all ready for her, we just need a few things" she said rubbing her hands together trying to contain her excitement. I smiled down at her happy to see her this way. Our baby was finally home, our little Veronica..........
