Alice In Wonderland

Jimmy's Pov
I can't believe Amy was standing in front of me.
"Amy....." I could manage to say those words only.
"Hi." She said.
I looked at Alice. She looked calm and I held her tightly. Does she know about Amy??
"I'm really happy to see you again." Amy said.
"I...... Amy, this is Alice." I said.
"Oh, your girlfriend?" Amy asked.
"No, no............ she's Brian's girlfriend." I said.
"Oh...." said Amy.
"Hey." said Alice.
"Hi, I'm glad that Brian moved on." Amy said.
"Alice will you give us a minute?" I asked and Alice nodded her head. She took the stuff from my hand and went to the car.
"Why did you leave?" I asked.
"Jimmy, I wasn't prepared. Brian proposed to me all of a sudden and I couldn't say no." She said.
"Do you have any idea what he's been through?" I asked.
"I'm really sorry Jimmy. But I didn't have any other choice. If we were married today, then none of us would have been happy." Amy said.
"He was a mess after you left. But now I'm really happy for him because he's got Alice." I said.
"Will you please tell him that I'm sorry?" Amy asked.
"OK." I said and she started to leave.
"Amy." I said and she stopped. I walked to her and hugged her tightly.
"I missed you." I said.
"I missed you too." She said, her voice cracking a little.
I let go of her and she smiled at me. "I should go. Alice must be waiting for you." She said.
"Take care." I said.
"I will. Look after yourself and the others." She said and left.
I went to my car and saw Alice sitting inside.
"Sorry Allie, you had to wait." I said in my usual voice.
"Did she say anything?" Alice asked.
I sighed and told her everything. "Are you gonna tell Brian about it?" I asked.
"Do you want me to tell him?" Alice asked.
"You can tell him if you want to." I said and drove back to Brian's place.

Brian's Pov
It's been almost 30 minutes since Jimmy and Alice went out. Even Matt and Angelina are here.
I called Alice and she picked up quickly.
"Hello." she said.
"Where are you two?" I asked.
"We're almost here." she said.
"OK." I said and she hung up.
After 10 minutes, they reached. Angelina and Alice were in the kitchen talking and making the dinner. I didn't prefer bothering them so I went to the living room where everyone else was.
"So Matt, you and Angie?" Zacky said.
"It's nothing like that." said Matt.
"Why would you two come together?" Johnny asked and Matt's face went red.
Surprisingly, Jimmy was really quiet. He wasn't like this.
"hey man. What's up?" I asked.
"Um, nothing..." he said.
"Did something happen?" I asked.
"No." He said quickly.
"Dinner's ready!" Angelina said and we went inside. We were all having dinner, and I looked at Jimmy occasionally. He wasn't being himself. Normally, he used to joke around. But tonight............
Alice looks fine. But she's also glancing every now and then at Jimmy.
What happened??!!
After dinner, it was time for everyone to leave.
"Aren't you gonna stay tonight?" I asked Alice.
"I stayed here last night too. I need to go home and work." She said.
"Why do you need to work? I am there for you !" I said.
"I love my job. And I will do it." She said not looking at me.
I tried not to lose my temper. She was my girlfriend and I needed to agree with her in some of the topics.
"OK, it's fine with me." I said.
"I have something to say to you." She said.
"What?" I asked.
"I have a sister and she called me today. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Finn. She's pregnant, so she asked me come over for a few days." said Alice.
"So you're going to New Jersey?" I asked and she nodded.
"For how long?" I asked.
"I don't know, maybe a week." She said. "A week!" I exclaimed.
"Brian, I haven't seen my sister in the last 8 months. I really wanna go there." Alice said.
"OK." I said and she hugged me tightly.
"When are you leaving?" I asked.
"Day after tomorrow." she said.
"Did anything happen when you and Jimmy went to the store?" I asked.
"Um.....no..I ....well, nothing happened." said Alice.
"Alice, I'm going home. You coming?" Angelina asked.
"I need to go." Alice said and kissed me lightly. I held her tightly against me and she looked at me.
"Bye." She said and I let her go.
