Brian's Pov
"Dude, you look great!" Jimmy said patting my shoulders.
"You sure this looks OK?" I said fixing my tie. "It's absolutely fine." Zacky said.
"Here you go man." Johnny said giving me a bottle of whiskey.
"Short Shit, I don't wanna kiss my would be wife with a smelly mouth." I said tossing the bottle back to him.
"So, Guitar God, you're getting married today. What're your feelings?" Zacky asked like the news reporters.
"Great. I'm getting married to the girl I love, Amy. She's the love of my life and I can't wait to start a new life with her." I said with a smile.
"Where's Matt?" Jimmy asked.
"I guess he went to get Amy. Let me call him." Jimmy said and took out his phone.
"Hey Matt. Where are you guys?" Jimmy asked.
"Jimmy, put it on the speaker." I said and he did so.
"Matt, where are you guys?" Jimmy asked again.
"Jimmy, we have a problem." Matt said.
"What happened?" I asked getting tensed.
"Brian, I......" Matt said.
"Matt, tell me." I said firmly.
"It's Amy." He said.
"Amy? Is she OK?" I asked getting panicked.
"Brian she left." Matt said. What the hell is he saying??
"Left? What......what does that mean?" I asked.
"Brian, she ran away with everything. The clothes, money, jeweleries, everything." Matt said.
"Matt what are you saying?" Zacky asked.
"Zacky, that girl ran away with everything. And she even left a note. For Brian." Matt said.
"Matt, you come here right now." I heard Zacky say.
I felt like a knife has been stabbed through me. I fall on the ground hard but still it didn't hurt.
"Brian, hold on." Jimmy said pulling me up.
Ten minutes later, Matt arrived. He knelt down beside me and gave the note which she had left.
I opened it slowly and read the letter.
"Brian, I'm sorry but I can't do this. I can't get married now. Please try and understand.
Forgive me. Amy."
I looked at the letter, her handwriting, her scent on it, everything reminded me of her. Why did she leave?
I closed my eyes and thoughts from the past came to me. How we met, we fell in love, how I proposed to her, the wedding shopping........everything's gone now. She left me.....ME!
I open my eyes and my head begins to boil with anger.
"Brian..." Jimmy starts and I tear the note to pieces.
"Fuck this wedding. I'm leaving." I said and went home.
As soon as I reached home, I throw away all her pictures, her belongings, the gifts she gave me, everything.
I heard my phone ring and saw it was Jimmy. I picked up and snapped, "What?!"
"Brian..I....are you OK?" Jimmy asked.
"Why won't I be OK?" I asked.
"No, the wedding and....." Jimmy started but I cut him off.
"Jimmy I'm fine. My wedding was fucking killed, not me. So hang up." I spat.
But he didn't hang up.
"You guys won't leave me alone, right?" I asked angrily and he said yes.
"Fine, we're all going out tonight. I need to show you guys that I'm fucking fine!" I said and hung up.
