Don't Throw The Cake
Erin’s P.O.V
My father had picked me up from the hospital this morning and I was in a haze and just wanted to sleep some more from the medication. I drifted off in the car but woke up when my dad said my name to wake up.
“Come on E, I am sure that you would be more comfortable on the bed rather than in the car” He said coming over to my side and I groaned getting out of the car. When I got inside I made it to the stairs but stopped realizing that Matt was asleep on our huge couch.
“He stayed here last night with Izzy and Jimmy” My dad said and I pushed him back and walked over and lied next to Matt on the couch. Without even opening his eyes or even waking up Matt put his face into my neck and wrapped his arm around me.
“I am not so sure about you doing this” My dad whispered.
“Dad shhh we are trying to sleep” I said and pushed him and Matt grabbed my hand pulling it back and he growled a little making me giggle.
“I will wake you for medication and make sure Izzy is awake then as well” He said and I drifted off once again and the next time I woke up I was alone and I heard some guitar strumming outside. The thing that made it really weird is that there was two of them and when I went and grabbed water I heard that amazing tune Matt sang to me the other night. I brushed my hair and walked outside feeling the nice breeze.
“Hi” I said softly smiling at everyone and they stopped and smiled and cooed seeing me.
“Shouldn’t you be resting?” Zack asked still worried since I practically stopped breathing in front of him. I sat down on the swing extending my legs.
“Please don’t stop it was really beautiful” I said but stopped them when I realized that the girls weren’t around.
“Where are the ladies?” I asked and the guys just laughed.
“They went to get some cake and ice cream and what not, said that it would make you feel better… totally all my idea” Jimmy said and I started laughing and Matt rubbed my leg.
“Well damn… could they hurry up… cake sounds sooo good! Have you told them yet?” I asked
and they just shook their heads.
“When they get back we are going to tell them… maybe though we should wait just in case Hannah is holding the cake… she may throw it in shock and happiness..” Brian said and everyone erupted in laughter… the girls came around the bed and I sat there taking Matt’s shades and putting them on and when the girls saw me they brightened up and I saw Brian grab the cake from Hannah and set it down.
“Why did you just take the cake babe?” She asked and I just sat there laughing.
“Because he is afraid that when you heard the news that they have out of excitement and such if you were holding the cake you would throw it.. and nobody wants that to happen especially Brian” I said laughing and she just blushed knowing that it was true.
“Alright just sit down and prepare to be blown away” Johnny said and pulled Monique onto his lap and Matt took a deep breath.
“Alright well” He said grabbing my hand tightly.
“The other day we were MIA and we wanted to share with you that while we had our meeting as a band.. cause that’s what we do, we finally finished the song we were doing. I decided that I was gonna call Erin’s father seeing as how he does producing and such and knew different people and… after listening to the song.. he decided to finish the demo and professionally work on it… and we moved on to writing other songs” Matt said and the girls perked up and Hannah turned her face to Brians putting her lips close to his.
“IS THIS WHAT I THINK IT IS!!! IS IT HAPPENING!?” She asked really excited and the girls were taken off guard but Brian was still so calm with Hannah and he smiled and pressed his lips to hers and then pulled back.
“Yes it means… that we are currently in process of recording our first album” Brian said and Jimmy chimed in.
“FIRST OF MANY I HOPE NOW CHOP CHOP I WANT THE FUCKING CAKE!” Jimmy said happily and loudly and Matt got up and moved my legs to his so that Tatum and Zack could sit in
his spot.
“Honey I think that you should play the song for them” I said and Matt smiled.
Hannah’s P.O.V
The guys were getting ready to play their song but Izzy leaped towards Erin pulling her inside the house and out of sight scaring the shit out of Matt and she came back out and walked down the steps to the sight of Tyler who was standing at the end of the walkway. I got up and stormed over there and slapped him roughly.
“I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE BUT IF YOU EVER TOUCH HER OR LOOK AT HER EVEN… I WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER” I screamed at him and he just stood there with his
face to the side and then he looked at me and he grabbed my arm breathing heavily and roughly and his eyes were really dark and Brian ran over and pulled me away.
“Just leave” Brian said putting me behind him still holding my hand and Matt walked past the both of us.
“Hi there… remember me… Erin’s boyfriend… yeah well I heard what you have done to her and she has been through hell and back because of you… I don’t wanna get into with you but I fucking love that girl and I swear that I am the last person you want to cross on this subject” Matt said and he was puffing up his chest in beast mode but Tyler stood there almost emotionless until he started laughing.
“What I have done to her? OH PLEASE” He said taking all of us off guard and I raised my eyebrow and suddenly he ran seeing that Erin’s father was home. We all stood there wondering what the fuck that man was up to…
