Erin’s P.O.V

“Well Erin?” My father said waiting for me to answer and I just sighed… I couldn’t tell him that I was at Matt’s let alone that I went on a date… he was really protective of me.

“I am sorry I was with Hannah last night and we were studying Calculus and we crashed.. sorry I really didn’t mean to worry you” I said to him feeling like shit for using Hannah like that and he sighed.

“Remember though you aren’t going to school today we are going to the courthouse.. I came home early because I heard that your mom came out here… she thinks that you just being under my custody is a bad idea” He said and I sighed and hugged him.

“I am prepared to do whatever I need to do to help you Dad… you know that I want to be here with you more than anything, I just need to grab a shower and change and then I will be right down” I said and he grabbed some coffee and I ran upstairs and texted Hannah.

OMG later can I come over? I am gonna need someone to talk to –E

Of course you can! Aren’t you gonna be at school though –Hannah

I gotta go to this custody thing between my parents… my mom flew out here and I am sure no matter what she will cause a scene –E

Ouch… well I will miss you today love! Just come over after you get done cause I don’t feel like going to school today… I got some stuff to share too –Hannah She replied and I smiled and hopped in the shower and then got out changing into white skinnies and a blue top with a white blazer and grabbed my heels and then walked out with my dad. When we got to the courthouse my mom was waiting outside and she spotted us and almost ran over to me hugging me and then getting into it with my father.

“Jesus fucking Christ Andy you couldn’t fucking wait a little longer to leave?!” She yelled at him and I sighed because like usual she is gonna make a scene now.

“Mom stop! I went with dad on my own free will because he is the one who provides for me! You are making a scene so please stop” I said covering my face but it made no difference because the time was ticking on and my parents were going at it.

OMFG GET ME OUT OF HERE! THEY ARE FIGHTING ABOUT ME IN PUBLIC! –E

Just take a deep breath and grab the papers and go in there yourself and tell them everything and defend your dad and get him full custody yourself! I know you can do it E! –Hannah

You are the love of my life ya know.. I may come over sooner rather than later so see you soon! –E I grabbed the papers and walked inside and met with the caseworker and they looked at me like I was crazy.

“My name is Erin Collins I am here to get my father Andrew Ross Collins full custody of me instead of my mother Maria Elizabeth Willis. My mother is out there right now making drama and so I have taken it into my own hands to make it known that my father is a better choice for custody of me Erin Rose Collins” I said taking a deep breath afterwards. And with that I started making my arguments to the caseworker.

Matt’s P.O.V

I had decided to stay home from school today and Erin wasn’t answering any of my texts and I was confused when Val walked in the room and she crawled in bed with me and sighed.

“I went all the way to school to find that you weren’t there… I was bummed!” She said to me rubbing my still bare chest and I rubbed her brown hair looking at the ceiling.

“I am sorry babe I just had some stuff on my mind and school wasn’t one of them” I said to her and she looked around the room and then she shot up.

“Why are there really expensive converses sitting on your floor… that are for women?” She asked causing me to shoot up and I just searched my mind for a plan.

“I bought them for you” I said to her and she squealed and she ran over to them and tried them on… luckily her and Erin had the same size feet and just like back in the day Erin was a stickler about her shoes… I just hope that she would understand that I had to do that… telling her was gonna be a bitch.

Brian’s P.O.V

Last night I had hung-out with Hannah… and surprisingly we moved to her place last night and we both past out at like 2am which is why we decided to stay home. Hannah had been texting Erin and she was coming over here after her custody stuff was over. I sat there texting Zack while he was at school and he didn’t have any clue where I was.

Do you know why Erin is gone today? And why is it just me and Jimmy here? –Zack

Dude I just didn’t feel like going today… and I think that Erin is with her dad at the custody hearing. How did the date go with her? –Brian

Ahhhh okay.. It was great but she still hasn’t let me in her pants –Zack

Seriously is being in her pants all that this is about? We all thought that you were serious about her –Brian

Dude I am a ladies man and I mean I care… but she is just really fucking hot and I am sure she is nice and tight if you know what I mean –Zack He said to me and I turned my phone a little to make sure that Hannah didn’t see the vile words that her brother spat about her bestfriend.

Dude I am not gonna even say anything… but you better not let Jimmy or Matt hear you say that about her.. they will kill you –Brian

They won’t do shit… believe me Erin will be begging for me –Zack And with that I stopped replying to him due to the fact that I wanted nothing to do with his master plan to just get into Erin’s pants.. and I would say nothing.. I turned to Hannah and smiled and then Erin came through the door ecstatic.

“I AM STAYING WITH DAD!!! WOOT!” She yelled and Hannah started dancing around with her happily. We chilled for a while and we all went back and forth singing with my guitar and just having a blast. After a couple hours Erin went home and I enjoyed a make-out session with Hannah which ended with something I rarely asked a girl.

“Hannah?” I asked her with my lips still touching hers.

“Hmm?” She hummed sending vibrations through my lips and kissing them again.

“Be my girlfriend?” I asked her and she just nodded and I continued to make-out with my new girl.

Erin’s P.O.V

I had told Hannah and Brian that I had to go home when really I was meeting Matt at the park who texted me saying that he really needed to talk to me. When I arrived he sat there at a secluded park bench carving his name into it. I sat down and startled him a little bit.

“Hey there you wanted to talk?” I said to him and his face was just oddly expressionless.

“So you left your shoes at my house after you ran out this morning… and then Val saw them” He said and my heart sank and I rubbed my hair.

“Well what did she say when you told her that they were mine?” I asked him and he looked at the ground and sighed.

“I told her that I bought them for her… I couldn’t tell her that they were yours.. I panicked.” He said and I shot up.. those were $300 converses that were signed by Three Days Grace and he just gave them to his girlfriend.

“You son of a bitch!” I yelled at him and he shot up and tried hugging me and I pushed him away.

“Come on E don’t hate me!” He said to me and I started to tear up a little because I didn’t need another incompetent person around me right now.

“YOU DIDN’T THINK!” I yelled and he just got really pissed and back away.

“Your right I didn’t think… I thought that I would be able to do this and that you were different Erin.. fuck this” He said and then walked away leaving me alone. I sat down and just cried… fuck everything…
