I went into the bathroom and tried to fix myself a bit before they would come over. I've already forgotten about the meeting, these days I was really more thinking about other stuff. I really didn't give any single fuck about the band project. All I wanted was to get laid and wasted. The meeting was about our videoclip that we were going to film in two days. I rinsed my face and wiped all the water off. As soon as I opened the bathroom door, I heard my dad's voice into the living room. I went into the living room. As soon as he saw me, he looked confused.

"Brian! I think it's the first time in years I see you the first arrived to our meeting." I hugged him fast and said.

"Oh I just woke up early and I remembered we had this meeting so I decided to come over and have breakfast with Jimmy, ain't it right?!" I said as I patted Jimmy's shoulder. He just nodded without smiling, helping me with my lies.

"Oh that's nice... Hope you guys had fun." He said to both of us. I just nodded.

Not even 5 minutes later, all the guys were there. We started talking about about the video scenario. Basically, a rubbery that turned bad for a dude and got in jail, leaving his pregnant girlfriend alone, who will later die in the video. Cool hein? The song says it, Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost..

I didn't really placed a word on the conversation, wasn't feeling really inspired either. I felt the table vibrating, I looked over my dad who took his phone into his hand and placed it onto his lap. He was typing back when I cut Zacky who was talking about I don't know what and I don't give a fuck either.

"Who's that?!" I asked rudly at him. All the guys stopped what they were doing to look at me. Dad just looked at me and cleared his throat, he was clearly uncomfortable.

"Oh, it's just Suzy." He said looking back down at his cellphone.

"She knows how to send text messages now? That's new?" It was obvious, it wasn't her. I knew who it was since I accidently looked over his shoulder about a month ago, he was texting to someone called "Hayley". He cleared his throat again and answered.

"I showed her how to.."

I looked around me, all the guys were just looking at the scene, all really uncomfortable, trying to melt into their chair. They all knew it was not Suzy. I was the only one who wasn't supposed to know it. I crossed my arm and leaned on the back of my chair, I tried hardly to calm myself, but lately it was really hard for me to control my emotions.

"You're just a fucking bad liar!" I laughed sarcastically into his face.

"Listen Brian.." He sighed

I placed a cigarette between my lips, lit it and before he could finish his sentence, I continued for him.

"I know what you'll say. She's your daughter too and blablah.. Don't you remember everything you did for her and what did she give you in return?! Nothing, a heart broken that's all!" I yelled at him trying to put the truth into his head.

"You are talking for yourself, Brian, that's how you see it. Everybody makes mistakes.. Even you. Don't you think I don't know about you drug addiction? You need help." He said calmly looking directly into my eyes. I felt everyone's eyes on me. He was right, more than right. But I seriously didn't it was that worst. It was all her fault and I knew it. On these words, I quit the house before I couldn't control myself. I just couldn't hear anything anymore.
