Save Me

The school day passed on as always, long as ever. I tried avoiding that post on Facebook but I could feel something was going to happen, I wouldn't get out of it.

I set my tray down at lunch waiting for something to happen. Why lunch? Because the teachers who are supposed to keep duty barely even pay attention to shit. There could be a riot and none of them would even think to lift their finger. I twirl my fork around on my tray, feeling my stomach churn. I could feel they were coming, their eyes burning into the back of my head.

"Yo Sanders!" Ones voice chuckles out.

Here we go again.

I don't answer, only turn to see a few jocks and their girlfriends stuck by their sides. Before I could move, or think of a reaction, I felt a cold liquid spill all over my shirt. I stare down, staring at my brand new shirt my mother finally allowed me to buy. She hated Metallica but finally gave in when I begged her.

It got to me, I loved this shirt. I wanted to cry and slap the girl next to her boyfriend who "accidentally" spilled her drink on my shirt, but I don't. I just stare at them, there is no need to let them see my emotions, it just lets them know they got to me. The green-eyed girl scoffs as she throws her cup aside, turning and walking away, dragging her boyfriend with her.

I go towards the condiments table and grab a napkin, wiping my shirt from the fountain drink, hoping to salvage my shirt from it. I turn to walk back towards my spot when I smash into someone. I stopped in shock as they tumbled over and fell towards the ground. I searched my shirt for any new stains, only to find they weren't carrying a lunch, just books.

"Oh my god are you okay?" I ask frantically.

I go to help them up and they turn towards me. I look at the face of a boy with blue eyes, along with blonde hair. He pressed his glasses up so he could see me, he must be a geek. I go to help grab his books and stack them into a pile so he has less work to do. He stands up quickly pulling up his jeans which seem to be at least a size too big, ever heard of a belt? I heard people laughing but it didn't matter right now, he could broke something.

"I'm fine." He finally announces.

He puts his hand out and I stare at him oddly. I take his hand in mine and shake it cautiously, who the fuck hand shakes anymore?

"The name's James." He says.

"Uh, mine's Sarah." I respond.

I let out a small shriek when I felt a body pick me up by the waist, carrying me away from James. I looked down to see Jimmy carrying me towards the table where I was sitting, now crowded by my cousin and his friends. I breath out a sigh, noticing Brian was sitting right next to my seat.

"Jimmy can you please put her down." My cousin calls.

"Only cause you said please." Jimmy pouts.

Sitting down, I glare over to each of my sides seeing Zacky and Brian. I'm trapped by two assholes, just great. To the side, I see Bri glance down at my shirt and smirk, fucktard.

"Sarah, what happened to your shirt?" Matt asks.

"I spilled my drink on it." I mutter.

Zack and Brian snort, causing me to glare at them. They were probably apart of the group who decided to do it. I felt my phone go off and I opened it only to feel even worse about shit. They posted a photo of me when they threw the drink at me, I didn't even see their phones! My phone vibrates again and I read a comment below the photo that makes me want to strangle the person next to me.
